I received a text message about 10pm from Carlon canceling my Saturday appointment (less than 3 day notice)after receiving no acknowledgements when I texted pictures of my hair.

I had a much needed haircut from Rosalia (may have spelled this wrong). Every person I spoke with was beyond welcoming and friendly. She did a great job and they recommended some hair care products for me that smell amazing. Highly recommend doing business with this establishment!

Never again.. I made a appt got there and was rushed the woman kept looking a her watch as if I was not a paying customer smh.. on top that I got a retwist no design or up do or anything she didn't even ask

Never come back again. Women cutting my hair was more focused on phone calls coming in than cutting my hair. Don't feel like she was concerned with what I wanted. I feel she could have been more attentive.
