Unfortunately my lash technician Cynthia Angel never showed up for my scheduled appointment, I called repeatedly with out a response and waited for over 30 minutes.I received a confirmation email and texted her two days before hand. The lack of communication is completely disrespectful and unprofessional.

I don't even know what to say... I purchased a package of three facials from one the stylists at Oasis. Once Covid hit, I guess he closed up shop and disappeared, and I'm out $425. His number is disconnected and I can't get anyone to answer at the Salon. Not sure what to do! I can be as understanding as the next person - but don't just run out!

It was really nice. Becca did a great job on my color, as usual. The individual suites makes it comfortable in that you're not sitting there listening to others' conversations and vice versa. Not to mention all the noise with blow dryers running and the overall usual salon activities. So glad Becca is on her own now.

Patricia Hill SAVED my hair! ❤️ She is simply the BEST at what she does! Here’s my story: I was blonde sporting some serious brunette roots during quarantine and decided that I wanted to go back to my natural brunette color. Afraid of damaging my hair since it was so light, I decided to go the “natural’ route of using henna (Light Mountain henndigo mixture) to go back to brown. It turned my blonde hair somewhat brown but mainly green because of the indigo!! 😱 So I went to Patricia to have this fixed and after doing a test-strand, she brought me back to a gorgeous, warm, rich brunette color. My hair is healthy, beautiful, and definitely not green now! I HIGHLY recommend Patricia as most stylists do not know what to do when someone hennas their hair. She can fix anything and make you look even more gorgeous in the process! ❤️

Tried to use a gift card from Oasis for $150.. and Lorraine , European Touch, would not honor it. They are all independent so whatever you do don’t buy or gift card unless speaking to your stylist first. I have used Lorraine for over 5 years and it’s the first time I presented her with a gift card and it was $150 so didn’t want to waste it. A friend gave to me knowing I use Lorraine at Oasis. Oasis gives the stylist $145 of that $150 for processing fee.. ok so I will tip well and make up the difference in $5 for her to do my facial. But no she wouldn’t accept it Period! Terrible and not professional about the whole thing. Thankfully the manager found me another stylist that will honor the gift card.
