Just happened to drop in because it was convenient close to work. Per my request I only want one coat of acrylic n it was honored no questions ask. And the nails last. First time I was impressed with my nail tech, 2nd time I got mani n pedi it was okay different tech. My 3rd time I was convinced that obsession nails is a place that I do not mind spending my money and recommend very highly. Thank you for the great service.

They did a great job on my pedicure. I brought my niece on homecoming day to get her toes and nails done. Great job, great atmosphere.

i hate they rushed on my feet and left a mess didn’t clean up the polish and the nail polish its self is a mess and they gel polish chips all the time 👎🏽

It's a hard No for me. Pedicure for my husband & I went fine. The gel polish on my fingers didn't dry because my hand a bit under the UV lamp long enough. I had a bubble & went back the next day for a repair... 2 days later the bubble reappeared again. I called to cancel my next appt & they were so rude, they hung up immediately after "I'd like to cancel my appt". She said OK & Hung up... I was like, they didn't want the date & time!?? Yes I cancelled a week before. A. Week. Maybe caller ID helped them find my appt.

Lots of fun for kids, mom, dad, and Gigi... prices are great, (concessions a bit on the high side). We all had a great time. Worth it for sure!

The only reason they get a 2 star is because my nails ended up pretty but the person I had was rude and in the process of doing my nails she injured about 4 of my fingers (the skin under nails). Won’t be coming back here

I had an amazing experience today. Betty and Cylia were amazing. Best pedicure ever and my nails are amazing. Everyone spoke English. The salon is clean very professional and provided details to my nails and pedicure. My feet feel great thanks so much

I loved this place. The owner fixed my nail for me better than my regular manicurist did and it made it through the wedding I had to go to and it's still going strong. A week later. I also found her to be great with doing hair for people who have thinning hair, she also has a shampoo system that will hopefully help my hair thicken up. But she did my hair wonderfully. I couldn't have been more pleased and they're just so sweet. If you're traveling through Indianapolis and need your nail fixed or your hair done, definitely stop in and see these people and tell them that. Annie with the pink broken now told you to come.

The first time I went here I had a welcoming experience and my nails were done nicely this was 2 years ago . I went here yesterday and the experience was the same but the girl did an amazing job plus super fast she even waxed my eyebrows .

Within a day I had one nail come completely off. That I didn’t even feel when it did. A week later, (Yesterday 09/23/2021) another nail fell off while I buttoned up my pants. Gel polish that I paid extra for because I just got my tips done, is chipping off. I am not happy at that with the quality of work that I received. I have crooked nails, that I have to wait to grow out before I can even get them fixed. I have gotten my eyebrows waxed, which I was also not pleased with. I will never do that again. Do Better! For the amount of money it cost, I’m not at all happy.

I called ahead and they were able to get me in quickly on the same day, although I know it won't happen every time. My nails look great for mani pedi and they took the time needed to make the colors look good. I am happy with my visit. I will go back.

I made an appointment to get my acrylic nails removed and get a manicure. I got there about 10 min early & I was seated immediately. The salon is so clean, everyone was friendly & the service was excellent! I would definitely recommend this place. I have no complaints.

Worst place I’ve ever seen. The lady that did my wife’s hair butchered it and didn’t speak any English at all. My wife wanted her hair dyed and styled to her natural color. They dyed it red and put a treatment in it. Same lady did her nails and butchered them too. Worst experience she’s ever had and was crying as soon as she got in the car and MY WIFE DOES NOT CRY EASILY AT ALL. She got charged 250 bucks for nothing. This is the worst place in history!!! Ladies if you plan on going there then just wash your hair with lye soap and peroxide and stick your nails in a garbage disposal because that’s what you’ll get.
