I had multiple services done today. Katie did a lip & chin wax. She did a wonderful job. My face feels great. Jo’Neishia Moreland did a manicure & pedicure. She did a wonderful job. My nails look fantastic.

I booked a massage for my husband for an early birthday treat prior to the delivery of our new baby. I booked for 90 minutes. He only received a 60 minute massage. The manager only had apologies to offer and to be certain my contact information was correct. There was no issues sending me the receipt. I should have been certain about receiving a confirmation receipt as the manager put it. It's not the first issue my husband and I have both had, especially regarding scheduling, but today was supposed to be a special treat. We aren't complainers typically but this iced the cake. Thank you Brittani for being awesome to my husband. However, the business has poor standards for customer service and we will be looking to take our business elsewhere. Good riddance.

Channa was wonderful! I went to her for my first time getting my hair done since before having my first daughter 3 years ago, and she knocked it out of the park! She is kind, funny, and great to work with. Highly recommend Channa for all of your hair needs!

Five star, standing ovation, A+ massage from Raven. She checked in with me on temperature of room/towels/blankets, pressure of massage, and took time to figure out my target areas and still worked on all of my muscles. I can’t say enough good things about her service and I can’t wait to book again!

Very disappointing! I had a polish change and was expecting a $15 charge as posted on website but it cost me $30 - she charged me double for shaping my nails which was always included in the past. Front desk service was abysmal! Won’t be back!

I absolutely love this spa! Every service that I have had done here has been amazing. I’ve gotten facials, massages, and a lash lift/tint done here and they exceed my expectations every time. The last facial I had was with Desiree and she KILLED IT! 100% recommend

My best friend booked us a hour massage for my upcoming birthday and hands down this experience was fantastic! Gabby and Raven were WONDERFUL! They were very professional and made us feel comfortable. The facilities were quiet and very clean. The vibe was nice. I was under Gabby’s care and it was a very relaxing hour. She really listened to my target areas. Thank you both!
