Worth recommending.There are many massage parlors in new york, but many of them are poor in technology. The technicians in this house are good.I have been there at least twice, which gives me a good feeling.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew this spa was something special. The tranquil ambiance, soothing aromas, and warm welcome instantly began to melt away my stress. The staff is incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making your experience there the best you could have. I indulged in the Swedish massage package, (I purchased a Groupon) it was pure perfection. Ruby was my therapist and she is highly skilled, I felt the tension in my shoulders and upper back melt away. Also made sure to check in constantly if the pressure was correct, I felt completely rejuvenated afterwards. The facilities are very nice and well maintained, whether you’re treating yourself or celebrating a special occasion, this spa is a must-visit. I can’t recommend it enough! I’m already planning my next visit-don’t hesitate to book!

They did ok. They might be one of $40 foot rub in the area and demanded a minimum $10 tip for 1 hour foot rub. They changed my first reflexologys into another one which took my massage time then the first one was coughing here and there took my massage time and they don’t even bother to give me more time for the time they took from me as the time went bip they finished right away. Mm they should give me a good first impression since this was my first time and they don’t have no customer there when I left. Sorry, won’t come back again

I’ll keep this review pretty brief. I went for the 70 minute body work massage. 1) I left sore and achey after the male “ Masseuse” gave me a massage. It was clear he wasn’t trained. 2) they give you a bath towel to cover yourself…. That’s not nearly big enough and makes things uncomfortable. 3) they demand a 20% tip even if the massage isn’t that good. Although they never mention this upfront. It’s rude. If they want a 20% tip then they should make sure guests are comfortable and the massage technique is actually good.

*Be aware, $10 tip minimum insisted upon for a $44 total*. Massage was good, got the full one hour. Masseuse had strong hands, checked in about pressure regularly. Took reservations same day (basically a walk-in). A note about the pricing: I was planning to buy a Groupon for 30 min massage/30 min foot massage (60 min total), but instead was told it was ok to pay the salon directly the same amount. When trying to pay, I realized I needed to put part on my card because I was TOLD tip should be at least $10 for a 1 hr massage ($38 +tax = $44+ $10 tip) and ended up paying $56 total once the credit card 3%+ service fee was applied so that change the value of my massage. I would have paid for the Groupon on my card and tipped cash, so it worked out better in their favor. I am all for supporting small business, but this left me a bit disappointed overall.

I came here for a foot massage, reflexology therapist is great! it was very relaxing. I was walking a lot, and the feet really hurt. The place was nice. The owner here is very welcoming lady. Overall it was a great experience.

I came to NY for business trip and very tired. I walked in and asked for deep tissue massage. The gentleman, Tony did a fantastic job! He diagnosed the knot and pain on my back and focused on it. I will definitely come back again if I ever visit to NY. The price is affordable. If you need a good massage, I will highly recommend this place.

I love the experience of foot and body massages at Ocean 1 Spa. The store is located conveniently at the Pell street in Chinatown. I just stopped by and was welcomed in. The price is affordable. The service was great. The place is clean and comfortable. The masseur was very nice, I feel like fully relaxed.

They tried to bully me into leaving more than 20% tip. It was so awkward and ruined any relaxing vibe I had. They also charged me 13.5% for using my card. I was so flustered and frustrated I signed and got out of there. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
