I’m writing this review after visiting twice, hoping my first experience was just an off day. Unfortunately, both times the service was disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming, speaking in a language I didn’t understand in front of me, which made me feel uncomfortable and like they were talking about me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but it didn’t improve. The prices are comparable to other salons in the area, but the quality of service is lacking. I paid $50 for a pedicure, including tip, but they only applied one coat of polish—no base or top coat. I had to repaint my nails myself two days later. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

I've been here three times, and each visit was disappointing. The staff is extremely rude—no greeting, just a blunt 'What do you want?' The poor attitude seems to be the norm. My acrylic nails started chipping within days, and for their high prices, the quality is lacking. They also pressure you to leave a tip, which feels unprofessional. I regret returning after the first two bad experiences. Not worth your time or money.

I used to be a regular customer. they never really did 5 star quality nails but for a simple manicure it worked… until it didn’t. I can write a laundry list of grievances but the one consistent thing is this: their customer service is lacking and don’t even bother making an appointment because when you show up for said appointment they will always prioritize walk-ins. this is an inconvenience worth sharing because everyone is busy and you should be able to rely on scheduled appointments.

Awful pedicure experience. Actually the worst one I’ve ever had. Lady that trimmed my nails cut them way too short and made them look awful. I was bleeding at home from multiple spots. When I went to pay, she charged me way too much and kept asking about the tip, literally forcing me to give it to her. After she didn’t like the amount I gave her she started screaming to the other lady and gave me an altitude. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE!!!!

Did not have a good experience. My nails were not filed evenly and when I asked to just fix it myself before the polish, she just tried again and made it worse. I ended up leaving with no polish so that I could just file them myself when I got home. Would not go back.

I literally paid $170 for gel pedi and tips with design. To be honest it wasn’t worth it at all. They were nice but the gel nail polish started chipping a week later. For that kind of money my nails should be good for a whole month.

My nails look great! I’m not sure why there is so many bad reviews and I’m extremely picky. I got long acrylics, they were thin and smooth all over, she really paid attention to detail. Thanks!

The lady that did my pedi was very attentive to detail. However the lady that did my “fill in” was very messy, attending her phone the entire time. Wont be going back. Left hand middle finger has a huge lump, I just wanted to get out as quickly as possible and not take up anymore of her time.

The salon is not hygienic and should be reviewed by the state. There equipment is not sterilized. They used razor blades on my feet which is not in compliance with state regulations. The paraffin wax they had me put my feet in the wax that everyone uses instead of separating the wax. The they use paper towels instead of actual towels. Ultimately not worth the cost for the location. Before you start ask them to show you the equipment being sanitized, as the machine is not even on when I came in. I questioned the lady about sanitation and she pointed to the machine with no lights. Do not recommend

I was very overdue for a pedicure and my feet were in rough shape. These ladies did an incredible job. I’m so grateful I took the time out of my day to give my feet attention.

First time here. Went on a Thursday evening. Was able to walk in and wait a short time. Got a gel manicure and pedicure. Also treated myself to a 10 min foot massage which was great.

I went to get black stiletto acrylics. The shapes were inconsistent, the polish got watered down and took forever to dry, and it cost $70 after tip.. I ended up repainting my nails at home because they weren't dry after being under a fan :/ I told the tech I only do this about once a year and to have $70 cash for acrylics...I wish I'd spent my money on something else...

The worst manicure experience I’ve ever endured. The technician couldn’t identify my natural nail vs my gel polish and pulled my nail off nearly at the cuticle. It was hanging on by a thread, and I was in a lot of pain. No apology, but I never became upset or agitated. I proceeded with the rest of the manicure and within 5 hours of me leaving, it began to chip without my doing anything. Within a week, every nail was chipping without cause. Do not go to this salon if you value the health of your nails.

I asked them how long is the wait time, they said 1 hour. I don’t live in the area so I walked around for that amount of time and called before I went back in after an hour and they said 20 more minutes. I patiently waited the extra 20 mins. After I physically went inside and they told me wait just a few more mins. I waited patiently for another 40 mins IN THEIR STORE. I thought this was absurd, so they watched me leave. Didn’t say a word. Didn’t even apologize for wasting my time. Never again.

Reservations don’t mean anything. If they give you an estimated wait time, triple it. Pricing on the snailz website is incorrect... They finally sat me down at a mani station and eventually one of the techs comes over, picks up my purse and the polish I chose and walks away to another station. Not a word was said. So I follow and sit down and she just goes to town on my nails. Didn’t ask what shape I wanted, cut or file, trim cuticles or push, again, not a word. She picks up her cell phone and places/takes several calls throughout the mani. I asked if the nail polish bottle had enough in it for her to do the mani. She says yes and after one coat runs out and without a word, gets up and searches for more… and can’t find the same color. Was annoyed that I asked for another coat. However, as annoying (and time consuming) as it was, she did a pretty good job.

Wanted to try out a new nail salon and decided to go to this one. However, once I was seated, I felt like the whole experience was kind of rush (I think it was because they were trying to get as many customers in a chair for more business). The nail tech I had was very rough in handling my nails and one of my cuticles bled a bit because of it. I left with sore nails, that are still sore and now it's day 3. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here if you're looking for an experience, though. I've been to better nail salons that have had a much better experience and treated my nails gently.
