KEVIN IS AMAZING !!! He gives great costomer service and he gives you what you asked for unlike other people… he understand what you want and he jokes around with me &he isn’t stuck up !! You can see he loves what he does and the costumers ! AMAZING IF I COULD GIVE 5 star I would !!

I came here because of all the positive reviews, it’s really nice, it’s not too loud or crowded. They really took their time and dug in on my pedicure. My feet feel and look so much better.

I love this place so much!! Jennifer and Kevin are the best nail techs! You can show any of the techs a photo of the nail design or shape you want and they will replicate it for you!! If you have any preferences about your nails they are flexible, and often times will provide suggestions that help you get your money’s worth. I have been going to this salon for over 15 years and have not/will not go anywhere else. The entire team is kind and I always feel welcomed. The location is always clean and smells great; I trust them to take care of my needs. They also are excellent at waxing eyebrows, I state my preferences and they exceed my expectations every time. If you are looking for a new nail salon to call home, this is the business you should support!

Been coming here for about 8-10 yrs on and off. All the nail techs are great, and Kim is the only one I allow to touch my toes! She is amazing.

I frequently get my eyebrows done here, but today I also came in for a pedicure and my daughter got a full set—it was such a wonderful experience. Kevin did my daughter's nails beautifully, and Lilly did a fantastic job on my pedicure. There's no doubt that I'll return.

This was the worst manicure I've ever had. It felt like a rush job and my nails are bumpy and not smooth. I got a pedicure also and it was rushed and I didn't enjoy the experience.

Mine were done by an older man in a hawaiian shirt and not only did he do exactly what i wanted but he was very charismatic and fun to talk to !!! I will definitely come here again.

I can remember the gentleman that has done my nails about three times but he always nails my shape to a t! Which is the most important part to me personally. This definitely isn’t one of those shops that don’t care if you even like the results. Team work is very good between the staff. They don’t get irritable when you speak up about what you want or don’t want. Very accommodating and welcoming. I come sporadically and the guy still remembers I prefer square nails lol that’s good old fashion customer service.

I went this past Saturday when they first opened that morning.I was one of the few people already there but it took a minute for someone to help me but I didn’t mind. Once someone was helping me,I asked for short nails. She put the tips on and I asked if she could cut them a little shorter because I work on computers all day and she said they were already short and didn’t cut them. She wasn’t rude about it though so at least their customer service was okay. The whole thing felt rushed and lacked detail. I’ve had worst experiences but I heard a lot of good things about Ocean Nails so i was a little disappointed

I’m giving this place 4 stars because my pedicure was immaculate! My nails however, not a fan…. After the 1st week I started to notice spots in my nails. I’m not sure if their polish was bad or what the issue was.Definitely won’t go back for nails.

Second Time here and can confirm the energy is always weird. No one ever greets you when you walk in, they just stare? Customer Service needs work for sure. Don't know if I will be back based on that alone. My nails turned out decent for what its worth, but if I'm paying for a service i expect a bit more professionalism on the business side.
