Absolutely horrible. Definitely avoid this one. I’ve specifically told the stylist not to cut my hair short but just trim the split ends. She went ahead and cut 3 inches and asked me if it was okay. I couldn’t see because I did have my glasses on that day. She then cut my bangs short as well, no style no structure and no design, completely ruined my bangs. I left without checking because I was in a hurry (she kept recommending me to do a hair spa or whatever) Now I feel terrible about this and cry in my room for an hour. I have prom and graduation coming up and I genuinely freaking hate this hair salon. I don’t understand how hard it is to follow instructions given by customers. I had hair to my lower waist which I told her in the beginning that I wanted to keep, and now I only have it down to my upper chest. Definitely AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COST

please do not come here. the lady who cut my hair did a horrible job. i asked for a small trim and even specified to only cut an inch or so. my hair turned out way shorter than how i wanted it and my bangs were uneven with little pieces that were shorter or longer than the others.

If you are new to this place. They will do their best to pair you with a hair stylist, it could be a hit or miss. I normally don't ask for a specific hair stylist because I want to be serviced asap without waiting for too long. But if you plan to come back again, you will need to tell them what you want and see if they can understand your needs and maybe you find a stylist you like for the future.

My son loved having hair cut here. The lady was very patience and professional and she cut my son’s hair nicely. The price is reasonable. Their staff had their masks on and required customers to keep the masks on during the cut. They offered new masks to customers once hair cut is done. The floor was a bit messy with all the hair though.

Have been coming to this place for a while but the experience during the pandemic was a little different. They asked me to sanitize my hands upon arrival. They also checked my temperature and obtained my contact info before I could enter. They practiced strict social distancing with plastic shields separating each seats. There’re also hand sanitizers at each station. Touchless sensor hand soap dispenser and trash can at the bathroom. I felt safer knowing that they have done everything to protect their customers.

I was concerned about going back to the salon to get a hair cut because of COVID-19. Even though I've been coming here for a long time and I know my hair stylist Eric all my life. But I once I got there all my concerns went away. They are very strict on following soical distancing and sanitization guidelines even towards their regular guests. Which I appreciate. They also take temperature checks at the door and is appointment only. So guest can have a peace of mind in these tough times. The staff members are very friendly and they can speak both Chinese and English. I highly recommend this place, plus you are helping out local businesses.
