I have been looking for a nail tech who knows how to do nails, and I have been going to different nails salon and this place does nails really good, and they listen to all my concerns and I would recommend Ocean Spa nails and Joy is the tech name. They do walk in and don't go by appointments.

Had me waiting for almost 40 minutes and the ladies just kept talking instead of trying to be considerate knowing she had multiple clients waiting for her.

I have been going to Ocean nails for 7 years. The staff is super friendly and knows me by name and always make me feel welcome. The prices are really good and the quality of work is great. I always walk away loving my nails set....

I went in for a gel pedicure wanting a simple yellow French tip and little bee. I showed the man my fingernails because it’s the exact design I wanted. He said “yes ok” he then proceeded to paint my nails white, I stopped him and said it’s supposed to be yellow French tip like this , and I showed him my nails AGAIN. I told him 3 times he was doing them wrong, finally another lady came and asked rudely “what do you want”? I showed her my nails and said this is what I wanted. I said, I told him 3 times, she said “well he don’t speak English “ I said ok well he shouldn’t just do whatever he wants, and if he couldn’t do it then just say so. The lady then attempted to draw a bee and it was horrible. I just told her to erase it and I’ll leave. All the workers were talking and laughing at me so I paid and left. HORRIBLE service, I’ll never go back.

Went to get a mani and pedi and requested no color to remove gel that I currently had. The prices got raised very high I was charged $180 for the service and it took 2 hours when I was the only one there being attended. Not to mention the nail tech who did my service was very rough and cut my feet with the nail drill by holding it to close to the skin multiple times. You can tell the nail drill is also not sanitized as it was already powdered by the previous days work. I won't be going to this place nor recommending ever again. They use to do such a great job but their quality is awful for the price especially.

My first time visiting this place, a man gave me a pedicure and manicure job. I didn't like his work. I did the job at home to remove my nail cuticle doesn't seem fair to me 👎I won't visit that place anymore 👎 If you come to this place, don't let the men do the work, they don't know how to work with women. with bad service they don't deserve a tip ..

No disrespect but Employees need more practice on French tips deigns. I recommend this place to many because they used to do amazing… but idk what happened. It’s not just me but peers aswell also stated that the lines were too thick. In not talking trash but just take this as feedback TO BE BETTER

My best friend and I went to this salon for the first time. We wanted pedicures and a manicure with just plain polish on our nails. We were celebrating her birthday and just wanted some pampering. We were never offered a menu to choose which pedicure we wanted. We were given the most basic blah pedicure I have ever received. I think the “massage” part lasted three min. My massage chair did not even work. Instead of offering me help the staff just looked at me like I did not know how to operate the chair. Fast forward to the manicure 🙄. I have never had such a bad paint job. When it was time to check out I was absolutely blown away that the cost was $64 for such basic poor service. Maybe if you are a regular they treat you better than we were treated. I can honestly say this is the worst nail service I have ever received in 20 years of getting my nails and toes done. The pics of what my nails look like less than 12 hrs post appt.

Twice now have ended up with burns on my feet after pedicure and sitting with feet under light. Distinct shape of the slipper the put on you. Not a safe establishment. They need to be inspected by the health department. Avoid this business

Went this morning to get mine and my daughter's nails done they started my daughter and I was waiting while 3 people walked in and they took them without an appointment as they ignored me they finished my daughter's nails I paid and left as they knew I was sitting waiting for my turn. Awful service

Ants everywhere dead flies on the floor and nail ladies leave for 10 minutes and come back the nails they do are good but the place in general is not good I will still come back to get my nails done

I’ve only been here once as I’m a new resident. I am diabetic so I try to take good care of my feet and have pedicures done regularly. I was greeted by a friendly staff member as a walk in. They did a great job my feet looked and feel really nice. I will return for my next one.

Nails chip easily. They seem nice but body language, gestures say otherwise. It’s only conveniently close in case I’m in need of a speedy color. ( I accept the fact that my nails wont last and willchip right away when coming here)

The owner's responses are very unprofessional seems like they can't do wrong instead of taking the complaints as a opportunity to make the business better. I used to go to this salon as it's just down the street but I go somewhere else for the same reasons stated in these reviews

They did my nails and they look so ugly the first time they put on a “nude” color and it looked orange then I when and told them I think they didn’t like me going back and telling them the truth they sat me down and continue talking in there language and they would all turn around and look at me like I knew they where talking About me at that point .. so she offered to re do them And omg they got worse!!! So I ended up going to anothe nail salon so they can fix their mistake and not only that this place is so over priced !!! Totally NOT WORTH IT horrible place to get nails done horrible horrible 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

They do a great job, I go here often to get my eyebrows done and I love the way they do them. I’ve also got my nails done and they came out soo cute. Would definitely recommend.👍

This place used to be my go to when I couldn’t get in at my normal Spa until I was treated rudely for no reason. I’ve been getting my nails done for many years and was a repeat customer at this place. I went in knowing what I wanted and knew it would be more ( I wanted Solar gel polish finger and toes, mani/ pedi) The tech seated me and ask me what I wanted, after I told him, he walked across the room to another tech and told her and she then turn and told me it would be $35 and I said ok and what about my fingers since we were discussing my toes and in return she said $30 plus tax and I said ok thank you. She then ask do you still want them? (WTH!) I said yes please, this whole conversation took place in front of everyone in the salon. The tech completed my pedicure and then had me take a seat. I waited 40 minutes for someone to do my manicure before deciding to leave as I had plans. Needless to say, I felt some type of way and will never return.

Worst place ever. The owner is very rude. Worst customer service ever. You cannot say anything about their work or else they will make sure they make it even worse. I asked for square and they made them so curvy and with such large gaps between my nail and the fake nail. Never going again.

Horrible customer service. My daughter waited here for two hours. After waiting for two hours, the staff told her to leave. They were closing. If a customer is there before closing and waits 2 hours for your service, the least you can do is complete the service request.

I love this place, they were so sweet and nice. I did dip powered nails and they last me three to four week! I am back to get a new pair! I highly recommend this place!!!

Jen does amazing work! I'm so grateful to have someone who gives me what I want and what I pay for. Been going for over 3yrs and still leaving satisfied!
