I booked an hour long head massage with a female masseuse. The massage overall was decent but service was not very good. My masseuse was male and there was no acknowledgement of this…whats the point of asking me which gender masseuse I prefer when I book? I then told my masseuse no oil and he still put oil on my back. My masseuse is also yelling in another language to another worker, who is outside, disturbing the peace as I was relaxing. Finally, even after these issues, I still decide to tip 20% and the lady at checkout reprimands me, saying I should be tipping more as my friend tipped more (she got a different service which was more expensive). This was very rude and not professional…I felt very uncomfortable even though I was tipping 20%! As I was leaving, I checked the receipt and saw I was charged 10% extra…I guess maybe a credit card fee but again no mention of this! I’m pretty sure this is illegal too as it’s way over the credit card processing fee limit and it wasn’t disclosed either. Terrible service, do not recommend. Go elsewhere

The massage itself was okay, not great, but fine, but the phone kept ringing and our massagers kept leaving the room to go answer the phone, keeping the clock running and didn’t wash their hands before coming back… not great overall. Now they’re charging a massive credit card fee way over the amount allowed by law and didn’t have this fee posted, which is also in violation of the law. Overall not a great experience. There are so many options I would go elsewhere.

1. Lady answering/using the phone repeatedly mid-massage and massaging me with one hand while she held the phone in the other. 2. Another employee coughing up phlegm loudly in the bathroom mid massage. 3. Uneven table that shook and rocked during the massage. 4. No communication around areas to focus on, pressure, etc. 5. Really random patterns and inconsistent pressure, felt like they were just making it up as they went. 6. Freezing cold room. 7. Horrifying bathroom sink, I don’t even know how to describe it or what caused it. 8. Left the massage with insane creases on my face from the face holder being too small and covered with some weird kind of paper. This has never happened to me before and I have a normal sized head I swear!

Amazing sports massage! Very deep tissue massaging on hamstrings and glutes (per my request), plus back now feels so much better. Highly recommend and very inexpensive!

I got a gift card from my husband and finally got to use it during my maternity leave. My shoulders, neck and lower back was aching a lot from breastfeeding. I feel so much better and refreshed! Definitely will be going back again soon. Thank you!

This was the best massage I’ve ever had. Went for 90 minutes and he completely worked out all the stress in my back and shoulders. I’ll be back every month as my new go-to spot.

I left my vintage Bulova on the tissue box, I realized it 5 hours later, I called, and they said they had it. Nice. Average massages in a really small room. 60 bucks for 60 minutes and no wait time.

My husband and I received a great massage today. My husband had a foot massage and back massage and I had a body massage. It was the perfect amount of pressure and it was so relaxing that I could have stayed on for 1 more hour! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming . I wish I had known of this place years ago! They will be our new go to massage place for sure !

The masseuse was really thorough. I told him I worked on a desk and he really focused on my shoulders and my neck. Similar to other reviews I discovered I had knots I didn’t even know existed 😅

This place is so good I have to write a review m. At other places, I have to often repeatedly ask them to go harder, but my masseuse was so great. Not exaggerating I feel like the massage changed my life lol. This is the only place I’m going to go to from now on.
