I have no complaints with this place and I always have good service. I generally get the 20 minute table massages to reenergize me as well as crack a couple of upper back vertebrates into place. The Lady in particular is very strong and intense with Her massages but you can ask Her to be more gentle if you want a more gentle massage. As for the one star reviews I've been reading, I highly doubt they are trying to scam you out of your money by asking you if you'd like to extend the time. A scam would be them extending the massage without asking you. They've only asked me one time because I had serious knots from sleeping too much on my left side and my work and I've been there at least a half dozen times. And you have to keep in mind that reflexology massages differ from other types of massages so you may want to look up the definition first before bashing a business. I particularly liked the last massage guy that worked on me today. I don't remember seeing him before so he maybe new. I felt like he focused on other overall body parts besides the back. Like my stiff legs. I would advise only doing 20 or 30 minute sessions at a time if you're not used to reflexology and the intensity of it. An hour could have you sore the next day. I guess it depends on the massage therapist. 🙂

Worse massage ever, I am a Truck driver I need a serious relaxing massage . I was coming this spot Once a month or every two months, It is not the great but it is not the worse either. But today was the worse massage I ever had in my life. Plus they charged me. I took 2 hours massage but I stoped it right at 20 minutes or so. I had to end up paying getting really bad service…! What can I say. It is what it is.

Just got totally scammed by this place. I had asked for a 30 minute chair massage, about 10 minutes in he said something about me being tight and wanted to know if I wanted to add 15 minutes to it making it 45 minutes. I said sure. When I went to pay he charged me for a 30 minute and a 15 minute massage which comes to $78. A 45 minute is $58. Even a 60 minute is cheaper than what I paid for I never even left the chair, why would I pay for two seperate massages? Thankfully I didn’t add ANOTHER 15 minutes when he asked later on in the massage.

Who knew you could get a fantastic massage at the mall?! We stopped in for an impromptu visit, and we’re so glad we did - they’re very good at targeting problem areas without you having to say a word. The hubs and I will definitely be making that a regular spot!!

Best MASSAGE PLACE EVER!! RUN to this massage place at the mall in south hills. These amazing individuals talk to spirit in my opinion to truly heal you with their gift!!! In a mall none the less 🤷🏼‍♀️. The tables are really comfortable we often fall asleep. Their touch is so intuitive!! They chase your afflictions out of your tissue. We store traumas there so this type of knowledge massage everyone needs but not everyone can do. My husband will go from barely being able to walk to running the next day. You will be sore so drink a lot of water. We try to go at least once a month. Wish we could go weekly!

My partner had an hour long massage here and everything went well until the end when the masseuse slapped him on the back several times very hard, undoing all the work he had done. A half hour of mall walking later and the pain was still very great, we returned to complain and request a refund. The manager kept telling him he would be fine tomorrow but otherwise no sympathy and certainly no refund was forthcoming. We then had to file a complaint, and we were told the mall office will follow up with us in the coming week. Overall a bad experience that influenced us to stay away from this place in the future.
