I know it sounds crazy, but I haven't had my nails professionally done in 30 years... and have never had a real pedicure ever! I decided it's wayyy overdue, and time for me to go ahead and pamper myself. I definitely made a fine choice going with Royal Nails on Novat, Nick was awesome! He took great care of me. Nick was warm & friendly, funny, and great to talk with! I can tell he makes his clients feel special and that his work is important to him. Everyone at the spa was super sweet and friendly! My first impression was I could tell their customers matter to them. Most importantly... I love how my nails turned out, and my feet look and feel great too! I feel confident and ready for my special occasion. I will definitely not wait so long to pamper myself again. I deserve it! Nick is highly recommended, he will take good care of you! Thanks to everyone at Royal Nails & Spa for treating me right and making it a relaxing and pleasant experience. ❤️

I originally wanted very short very squared nails, but I left with round almost coffin looking nails, (very fat from the middle, and skinnier from the bottom like a coffin) I didn’t like that they looked so round like if I have really bad veneers on my nails. The worst part was how bad I was cut by the electric and regular file. I was in so much pain I couldn’t touch anything for 2 days. The first pic was the shape I wanted, the rest is how I left. I did get asked if that was a good shape, but I had been cut a lot already I did not want to get filed again, so I said yes. On some of the pictures you can see the missing skin from the file. I think the guy was sick. Definitely not worth $65. Edit to add, I used my own file at home and filed them and they look so much better.

Uneven, bloody, messy. Every nail is a different shape and length. He missed a bunch of spots with the top coat. He left dip all over my fingers and underneath the nail. He wasn’t paying attention to what he was doing.

It was my first time going to this salon,I was hesitant going here at first because of one of the pictures I saw of a nail cuticle ripped off basically, but I really need it my nails done for Christmas and I’m a very detail type of person so I take little longer to do my nails and I decided to take the risk on going to this salon. I don't think the prices are fair due to the lack of no precision and no attention to details when doing the nails, also for the price in general I believe the cuticle should be always part of the manicure or refill if guest ask so, that is just common sense, when cuticles are removed if needed, the nails will look more beautiful and clean and the after results of the work will just look much better. I didn’t get the desired nails I was hoping for, not even close to it, but I’ll take this as a learning lesson, and sharing with you all so you don’t have to pay the price I did. I also see very disrespectful when they are speaking in their own language in front of you and not even a shame of talking bad or making comments or making fun of you thinking that you don’t know, which in most cases people don’t realize but all the places I’ve been before including this one, said something offensive, we are in America please be more respectful and speak English so all guest can understand, doesn’t have to be a perfect English, just enough for us to understand. Also you should never ever use used nails file in multiple guests, this must be a very clean work environment giving the guest the proper attention when it comes to health and guest preferences. Using used tools without sterilizing them goes against state board standards rules and precautions. I say this because I have enough knowledge, and you can all check it out if you want too. I advise wherever you go to, this place or anywhere else, please make sure the tools are clean and new, you could get many health issues for going to the wrong places and the worse is that you might never know where you got health problems such as hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), if they come into contact with infected blood from a co-worker or clients, there is many other complications associated with this that you can get to you and even your loved ones without realizing. Be cautious, anywhere you go. Please be safe out there, and as for the bussines please, please take more serious the health of the clients, we’re trusting on businesses to provide us with quality in our entire service that we are paying for, it cost us money and our time. Thank you.

Way over priced for Gel X nails $110 and regular pedi was $55 Nails on my right and are longer then left and the nail polish is darker in some places and light in others. Never going back there! Staff was nice but a rip off

FIVE STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It was my first time coming to Official Royal Nails and the reason why I give this nail salon five stars is for three main things, 1.Environment 2. Atmosphere 3. Customer Service. Not only is it really beautiful inside of the salon, but the workers are extremely friendly. "Franky" did my regular pedicure ($35.00) and I got a nice foot massage with the lotion, along with the hot towels on my feet, and with the spa chair. I love how when I requested to have a "regular pedicure," done, I wasn't forced or persuaded to get "gel nails." I have been to other nail salons where they are eager to get more and more money out of you, but I didn't feel that way here and that is a big deal to me. If you want a nice and relaxing environment to get your nails done. COME HERE! Not to mention, I came without an appointment. (walk ins are welcomed).

Found out after I already paid and left that I was charged $15 more than what I should have been for a gel manicure. It also wasn’t much of a manicure. All she did was paint and shape my nails, nothing else. My thumb nail also didn’t cure correctly and I ended up going somewhere else to get it fixed.

I don’t know why they got so many bad review. But i love this place so much. I’m always Call them to make appointment cause they kinda busy. I have my own picture to show them what i want them paint my nail and sometimes they help me design to make it more fancy. and price for me it’s cheap. Somewhere else about $200++ price not included tip yet. for acrylic nail, painting design and nail feet color. but this place about 150++ for all that i said. Please guys, Call them and make appointment first. make sure you’re not gonna waste your time.

I have called before and the phone was disconnected. They are closed in the middle of the week as well. Lastly they have thee worse customer service. I will never go back, I went in to make an appointment and the manicurist literally said to me: "Go find somewhere else then," when I told her it is hard to get an appointment because she is only here 2 weeks at a time. No matter how good you are Crystal, people will go somewhere else where customers are treated with respect over your skill level. What you said to me other customers witnessed and it was embarrassing. Don't worry, I will never set foot in this place again, nor will I send any more customers your way!

I used to love this salon. I adore Tweety. They have always been kind and professional. But today I brought my husband with me. He has Parkinson's and dementia but he is able to walk and lift his legs. No tremor due to meds. And one of the men (owner) tried to refuse to give him a pedicure and manicure. Wanted to only cut his nails! He wasn't even going to file them! Said it would be too hard for him (owner) to do. WTH? It is no different than doing one on any other customer! Sadly. We won't be coming here anymore.

The Royal Nails and Spa has an amazing atmosphere and area to be in. It is in a small town which is beautiful, and has a royal feel to it, and makes you feel like you are in a palace. There are spa chairs, Many colors to pick from, and royal chairs you sit in when you get your nails done. This is an overall extraordinary nail/salon and I highly recommend it if you are in the town!

The first photo is what I had asked for. The second is what I got. The third is their price list. I got a gel fill. They charged me $50 as opposed to their listed $25. My gel polish didn’t set and is bubbling up 5 minutes after leaving. Owner would notaddress concerns before I left. Shady place.

This is a wonderful nail shop. I came here with my partner and a couple of our friends, and we all had nothing but good things to say. The employees were very funny and extremely nice. We will definitely come back!

I have a lot to say but I’ll keep it brief because I don’t like to leave negative reviews. I had an appointment and they were not ready to take me when I arrived. Rather than seating me, asking if I would mind waiting a few minutes, offering me color options, I was just treated rudely and ignored. The only person who bothered to address me barely looked up from what he was doing and they had three staff members there working on only two people. I don’t know why the service was so horrible and the atmosphere was so cold. I’ve never been there before but I am a good customer who tips well and I will certainly never be back. Very disappointing. There are much better salons less than a mile away.
