Victor is awesome. He's an artist, and a down to earth, friendly person who makes the experience thoroughly with enjoyable. Actually everyone there does too, from the person who checks you in to the one who washes your hair. 100%, absolutely recommend Oggi.

I have been a loyal customer here since 1999, and my mom has been going here since the mid-80’s. There are very few establishments, salons or otherwise, I’ve been going to so consistently for so long. Charles is my guy and I wouldn’t let anyone else on earth take a scissors to my hair. The staff in general is excellent; they’re friendly, pleasant, and there’s almost none of the attitude that tends to exist among employees in other Rittenhouse Square-area full service salons. Yes, it’s pricey (men’s basic cut is $60, so I’m sure for women and coloring, etc., it’s a lot more), but worth it, especially for me since I tend to go too long in between haircuts. Hair care products are available too, with a pretty amazing selection, but are also high end expensive. Overall, I think Oggi does an excellent job in all areas. 5+ stars for sure.

I've been getting terrific service at Oggi for several years. It is a lovely salon, with very kind staff members. Victor, one of the owners, is a skilled and knowledgeable about color and haircuts. The setting is Center City and attractive. They serve espresso. The salon is cleaner than others I have seen in the City. The schedulers are efficient and pleasant, always accommodating.

The best haircut & dye I have had in the United States! The three proprietors are exceptionally friendly, and very welcoming to customers. All assistants and staff are of a very high standard, and have clearly been given rigorous training. There is a metropolitan atmosphere inside the salon, and I was able to see a wide array of styles.

Very, very pleased with this salon. My experience with Master colorist, Frances, was excellent. I have only been there twice; however, yesterday I tried a local salon to save myself a trip into center city. The experience was a colossal disappoint. I wiill be returning to Oggi in the future. Frances really knows his stuff!

Had to stand up for my entire haircut, and the stylist degraded my work profession, and basically said I was trash. There is no option to put a tip on a debit card, and he told me to go across the street. (not that he was getting a tip after the way he spoke to me) After getting my hair done there it was unmanageable and dry. My regular salon had to work on blending my highlights for 2 hours, and cost me over 200 dollars for damage control. The stylist who cut my hair at Oogi just sat in the chair for 3 hours and browsed on his iPad while another girl styled my hair. It is the most unprofessional environment ever, and I would never give them another chance. Whatever products they used on me really did permanent damage. Don't ever go there unless you want to be bullied standing up in a salon where the assistants, and patrons make rude comments about you.

I walked in for a consult, everyone upfront was lovely, professional, and friendly. Loved the atmosphere and felt very comfortable as I waited because I arrived 15 minutes early. I was approached by a stylist she introduced herself and guided me upstairs for my consult. I felt like she was rude, and really rough with my hair and situation. She had tugged at me and made me feel really awful about how my hair looked. I expected the price, but I also expected to be treated kindly. Spent my money elsewhere.
