Truly a 5 star experience! I loved the unique touches like the hand and neck massage, the full consultation prior to color, and aromatherapy. I've never had a hair experience like it and will 100% be back! Despite being a Groupon client they treated me like a million dollars and I left loving my new hair.

Have been with Donna over 20 years. She is so attentive and caring. She has guided me through many phases of life and always comes up with great styles for what I want. I love all the treatments you get from Chakra, to hand massage etc. Perfect location, feels so inviting and never rushed. Cant even imagine my hair without Donna. OHANA!

Ohana hair is an amazing salon with very talented stylists. One in particular whose name is Kim knows her cuts and is extremely seasoned in color/highlights! Listens and gives you exactly the cut you ask for! I will never go elsewhere.

Ohana Salon is a beautiful salon filled with employees who as soon as you walk in the door you can feel the positivity and see how much each of the hairdressers truly cares about what they are doing and their clients! I have always struggled with my hairs health and finding the person that I trust with my hair. I have been going to Ohana Salon for 7 months now and have found my hair girl Amber who I fully trust with my hair ! My hair has never been healthier than it is now and my confidence flourishes thanks to the amazing care and work Amber puts into my hair! From as simple as styling to coloring and even better extensions !! Amber is your girl!!

Ohana Salon is absolutely amazing!! Kim has been doing my hair for over 20 years and turned me onto to Aveda products and Keune products. I am definitely an Aveda and Keune junkie!! All of the staff there are super friendly and when you go there you really fell like royalty with the complimentary hand massages and chakra sprays. Kim keeps me looking youthful and I love all the various colors she has put in my hair over the years. Ohana is the BEST!!!!!!

This place is totally amazing and orders of magnitude better than any salon I've ever been to! No joke...!! I had the privilege of being styled by Wayne and I'm still in shock for the magic that he worked on my hair. Before this I had never had any coloring or styling done. Wayne broke down the process, listened to what I wanted, then flexed their expertise to give me a flawless rendition of my original idea. Basically, I came in wanting a balayage but I apparently had an amazing color of grey that life/stress granted me. He then chose the perfect color combo and instead, went with a color melt vs the balayage, to render me excitedly speechless! For context just check out the Pic. First one is the reference, second is the before, and third is the after! A true master and artist worthy of having their talent displayed in a museum! A massive thanks, enormous high-5, and 6.78 million cheers to Wayne & Ohana for unlocking the deepest happy feeling I've felt in ages with my look!

Today I got my hair done by Anna she colored and styled my hair! I love getting my hair done by her and she always makes me feel welcomed and leaves my hair perfect that I always get compliments! :)

I can't write enough good things about my experiences! Anna is absolutely amazing and gives me exactly what I ask for every time. The service is well worth the 2 hours of drive time it takes me each trip. I always leave the salon looking revitalized and refreshed. Thank you for working you magic Anna!

I deeply regret not listening to the reviews and booking a highlight retouch and haircut. I'll say that the staff are nice and it's a relaxing experience however, the quality of the work is beauty school apprenticeship at best (with the exception of the owner, the staff I consulted with have very few years of experience and seem completely insecure). I usually receive 4x the foils, bleach application, and product on my hair and happily pay 3x the price for good hair. I asked for a regrowth touch up and a shadow root. I was very specific that I did not want to compromise the highlights I had (second photo). I left looking like I haven't retouched my highlights in years and it looks like an early 2000s ombré. I had an incredible experience and most importantly a fantastic haircut at Ohana last week. I had Caroline who was so sweet and engaging and a terrific stylist. I walked out with exactly what I needed and wanted and I’m super happy with the final product.

Donna has been my stylist for over 20 years. She is attentive to my needs and goes above and beyond to make sure that I am pleased with my hair services. She is amazing. I look forward to our time together each time I visit Ohana Salon. I recommend her and Ohana highly!!

I had been going to this salon for several months & I was happy with my hair until I switched hair stylist. I started going to Amber & then my appointments were getting rescheduled or canceled 15 minutes before my appointment. Not to mention the receptionist was snobby. This is VERY unprofessional & inconsiderate…That’s not how you treat existing, loyal clients. I will not be returning to this salon nor will any of my friends or family that have been going there!!

Anna did an INCREDIBLE job. I had a consultation and service booked the same day. She was very transparent with pricing and explained the dye process thoroughly. She listened to my concerns and was able to answer any/all my questions. She was able to give me the hair I’ve been dreaming of for the past 5 years! If you’ve been done wrong by stylists in the past, I recommend going to Anna — she will restore your faith in stylists! Wayne knows everything hair for sure. I loved every single bit of my apt and the ton of knowledge he was sharing. He crafted an amazing haircut for me can’t wait to be back for all my future cuts. Overall the salon was nice and the entire staff seemed friendly and professional. The front desk was very helpful when I called to switch apts.

My experience at this salon was extremely disappointing. I had gone in with high hopes of getting a vibrant royal blue color for my bangs and sideburns, but what I ended up with was a dull cobalt blue that was barely noticeable unless under intense lighting. The color was not what I had asked for, and it was clear that the stylist did not pay attention to my desired outcome. Furthermore, the environment in the salon made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. The staff members were more preoccupied with their own conversations in the back room rather than attending to the clients in the salon. I was left alone for a majority of the time, which only added to my dissatisfaction with the service. To make matters worse, the pricing for the service was exorbitant for the quality that I received. I left the salon feeling disappointed and frustrated, vowing to never return. In conclusion, my experience at this salon was subpar and left much to be desired. I have since learned how to do my own hair to avoid another disappointment like this one. I would not recommend this salon to anyone seeking quality hair services. Added photos for proof***

Always feel like a new person when I leave Ohana! I love the products they use. Today I told Amber to help me figure out what to do with my hair and she did! It came out SO fun! Love how she colored it and how she styled it! Already got compliments from strangers! Thank you Amber!

This has been by far THE WORST experience I ever had at a hair salon: not only they burnt my scalp, they also burnt my hair and completley stained the roots of it, it seems the bleach leaked out of the foil and left blotchy stains all over my head. They also failed to achieve the requested result (we had a consultation prior to doing anything to my hair and I was told it would be ok) they gave me red/brassy hair and a rough root to what was supposed to be a balayage. The sad part is that when I told my stylist (her name is Amber) that I was very unhappy with the whole experience, she said (and I quote) “I wish you the best in your hair journey” in other words; you already paid so I don’t care to have you back as a costumer, kind of the same thing happened when I called the manager, she kept saying ok ok, like she didn’t care to try to fix the mess they made. I would stay away from this place because they were not only ignorant, they were also unapologetic and they charge a premium for a lousy and terrible job. I also forgot to mention they make you sign a bunch of papers before they take you in and now it all makese sense, they protect themselves from giving refunds. What they offer is to go back with the same stylist to fix you which makes no sense because why would you go back to the person that ruined you in the first place? I should have taken that as a big red flag!

If I could give more than five stars, I would! I’ve been going to the salon for two years consistently, and I’m in love with the results! Since day one, Amber has not only been kind, but she’s given me suggestions that have helped me along my hair journey! Each and every time I go in, she gives me her upmost attention, making sure I have everything I need to enjoy my time at the salon! Not only does she slay my color and move up every time, she offers a warm and friendly vibe during your visit! Amber is always upfront and honest about any questions I have during the appointment, and any products that she is using, and in my eyes, honesty is a trait you are born with, not one you learn. She is an extraordinary stylist and an amazing person and I’m so happy to let everyone know who does my hair anytime they ask!
