Today was my first visit to a hairdresser in Florida, since I moved here in the summer. I went with Nay and I am so glad I did. We had a deep heartfelt consultation which I needed regarding this birdnest on my head. After all was said and done, I will be going back for sure to continue my healthy natural hair journey.

I’ve been a regular at this barber shop for the last couple years, the customer service is awesome and the owner is one of a kind. My cuts come out fresh every time. The atmosphere is amazing and the people keep me coming back

This salon is so nasty and unprofessional. Should be called Oh So Ghetto. Just trashy employees. The floors were dirty, the women working there smelled like body odor and were dirty looking. I took one look at her fungus under her nails and walked tf out that hole in the wall. No other customers in sight should have been a warning. The only other customer there was a poor lady complaining that the lady working there used a bad chemical on her hair to cause baldness. Her hair was falling out on the floor. Stay far away from this place. The awful reviews speak for themselves. RUN!!! And the owner is a liar. She tries to get out of all her bad reviews by just saying "you were never a customer". I was there I have proof and it's to bad i can't post how it smelled.

Great staff!!!!! I went in for my son to get dreads but end up getting braids. The owner was kind enough to recommend braids because of the condition that his hair was in. Instead of turning us away she was able to squeeze him in. Thanks again NAY

I would never recommend or book with Ebony ever again. She’s unprofessional, never showed up for my appointment and tried to argue with me that I scheduled an appointment on a day her calendar was blocked (which if that was the case how would I have been able to schedule in the first place) . Never apologized about the mix up and then confirmed she “wasn’t expecting anyone to book” and that her “Saturdays are normally booked up” what that had to do with my appointment was beyond me. The shop owner was not even caring at all. Just all around a bad experience . There are better braids and salons throughout Orange County .

This salon is...just trash. Booked with Amoy through styleseat. On the day of the appointment I had orginally scheduled, I got an upcoming reminder from the app for the following day, thought i was going crazy. Turns out I was not, apparently she rescheduled it to the following day without notifying me, then didn't show up to the appointment she rescheduled. I waited at the Salon for almost 30 mins, two of the other salon employees saw me waiting and told me she was not here yet. I finally reached out, only for her to come up with every excuse in the book on why she's a no show to an appointment she rescheduled. Finally after alot of back and forth, she offered to come out and do my hair. It's a NO for me, throw the whole salon away.

Very grateful to Nay and her team! I appreciate her for taking my appointment when a different stylist at her salon had to cancel. She did a great job and I’m so happy that I was able to get my hair retwisted and braided while on vacation. The shop is around 35 minutes away from most Disney related areas. I initially used StyleSeat app to book my appointment. Definitely call. Nay twisted my locs and her in-house braider, braided my hair.

"OhSoooJazzy" is very unprofessional and is very dismissive when asking what you want. Nay the owner is not catering to the customers and rushes just to get paid for that hour and moves on to the next appointment. She is very old school and is not in touch with modern terms and styles. If you are considering going here, PLEASE RUN AWAY! They are disrespect and will ruin your hair.

Be advised this is a July 2021 review!!!! This Place here !!!!! ( OH SOO JAZZY ) Is the Worst of the worst. Absolutely unpleasant to eye as soon as you walk in. So unprofessional, unorganized and The owner (Nay) hires Beauticians who practice without a license , who are violent without self-control and will assault and battery you, if you inform them that you are unhappy with the service of your choice. They use a local Security guard As a form of intimidation Who seems to be Programmed to agree with anything and anyone staffed at the salon regardless if they’re lying or telling the truth. This environment of a business is totally unsafe and you may lose your life to gun violence. Orange County sheriff response time is the only thing to save you if you book any appointments at ( OH SOO JAZZY ) You will be robbed of any money or deposit regardless if you are not satisfied. VERY BAD PLACE TO GO IF YOUR LOOKING TO GET Natural STYLES CUTS, WEAVES , etc You have all been warned Don’t go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH SOOO JAZZY is flat out bad business & terribly violent from the staff to the environment

Found Nay on Booksy for an emergency retwist appt for my 9 yr old son. We had been searching for a good loctition for quite sometime. Nay was happy to squeeze him in. She did an amazing job reviving my sons hair! He asked to return, if you know my son that’s a HUGE compliment. He hates having his hair touched and he said nothing but great things about Nay. Thanks again!

I booked with Ebony for knotless braids and I will never do so again. She was more than 20 minutes late to the appointment without any acknowledgment when she walked in. She was rude, unprofessional, and not friendly. Also, there is little to no consulting before the appoint besides what hair color to use, (which she asked for, the morning of the appointment). She didn’t respond when I tried to consult with her, almost week prior to the appointment. Not until I texted her again 3 days before the appointment just to reconfirm because I did leave a deposit. She replied, “you received a confirmation email when you booked the appointment”. The appointment was long, awkward and the worst experience I’ve ever had in a salon. This is not a full reflection of Oh Sooo Jazzy’s as a salon/stylists but this was my experience there with Ebony. It felt like it was a bother to do my hair. I did not leave the appointment happy as you should after you got your hair done. I felt very uncomfortable. I just wanted to pay and leave as soon as possible so I could be done with it.

I’ve been looking for a hairstylist for me and my daughters that we can go to regularly for about 2 years now and once I got my hair done by Moy I knew my search was over. She is very professional, on time and friendly. The salon is beautiful and clean. Every stylist that works there is friendly and professional. It’s just a great atmosphere. This is my spot 😊
