Andreina did an amazing facial! I was so realces and my skin feels great. The massage on my shoulders was perfect as well. She gave personalized product recs across several price points - so knowledgeable! And the woman at the front desk was also very welcoming and helpful. Will be back!

Absolutely incredible. I got a massage with Norma and she was clearly a PRO. Knew exactly where all the muscle groups and tendons were to get results while still being gentle and relaxing. I usually hold a lot of tension in my shoulders and they have never felt this loose. The spa is in a super cute shopping center too and they validate parking. I’ll definitely be back 10/10

Amazing experience! A long flight, jet lag and hotel pillows were causing me some pain. So I booked with Urban Spa by my hotel. I got a couples massage with my husband. Both therapist were incredible. They knew exactly what we needed! The prices were great. Front desk was so sweet and helpful. I felt like a new person after!

Had a 60 minute massage, absolutely wonderful. The place was clean & quiet, everyone was friendly/professional, and the massage was perfect. I walked out feeling relaxed and refreshed sipping complimentary green tea. Will definitely be back!

I had Rebekah, and she was absolutely amazing! As a massage therapist.. I’m acutely aware of touch, and I was pleasantly surprised by how connected and fluid her touch is. Definitely recommend!

I had a lovely experience with Carissa for my facial! I feel so moisturized and pampered after my session with her! She’s super detail oriented and cares about the clients experience which I really felt under her care. The spa itself is super accommodating when I goofed my appt time they made it work for me anyways! 10/10 recommend! I will probably come back here for a massage based on reviews I’ve seen as well.

I had a lovely experience with Corrisa who is available on the weekends. I had a custom 60 minute facial with led therapy. She was so kind and answered all of my questions. Mark who was at the front desk was also very warm and welcoming. I was lucky enough to score a sweet deal on Groupon and purchased 3 future facials (3 is the max), however, they offer a membership plan where you pay monthly and get facials and massages at a nice discounted price. Looking forward to making this my new go to spa. Per other reviews, park at the Bloc as parking is validated there. Thank you Oil & Cream!

My first time receiving a massage; Rebekah was fantastic. We talked about some problem areas before getting started, and she was very mindful and respectful. She checked in occasionally to make sure the pressure was okay and did a great job on my upper back and shoulders. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and loose. Will definitely be back! Park at the Bloc (they validate your parking) and head toward Hope St. They’re on the street level near the entrance of the Sheraton (or past the UCLA Health building if you’re coming from inside the plaza). They are a bit tucked away and it took me a moment to find the location, but they were kind and accommodating regardless. Worth it for the massage! Edited to fix spelling.

What a gem of a place! I’m so glad I found this place on Class Pass. I had a massage with TJ and it was SPECTACULAR! She had the best pressure and wonderful technique. I literally fell asleep on the table. I can’t wait to come back!

Rebekah is amazing! Her massages always leave me feeling better than I came. She gives great advice on what to do between massages that will help you for your next visit. Alice at the front is so friendly and provides great information and service.
