Great customer service on the phone in person and by technology. My provider, Kaitlyn, is so lovely and knowledgeable. I recommend Old City Med Spa to anyone who seems like they would want services that are provided. My mom came with me just to wait, and the lovely staff answered her questions about services, and she scheduled an appointment with excellent results. We are both looking to extend our services soon.

I have been a member here for over 5 years. My skin has been transformed. I am aging backwards and it’s all thanks to everyone at the Old City Med Spa. I used to never go out without makeup because I didn’t like the way my skin looked. Now I get compliments on my skin without makeup and my friends and family say that my skin has never looked so good and I am 50 years old. They brought my confidence back and I can’t recommend them enough!!

My esthetician was very specific and explained processes clearly. She provided a mirror so I could see progress throughout the procedure. She educated me on options for future treatment. She respected my choices and advised me I could change my mind at any time. Also, I left the spa with moist and and radiant skin. I am booked for microblading next week!

Each person with whom I had contact made me feel comfortable and welcome in addition to providing excellent services. The facilities are clean and inviting. The services are seamlessly scheduled to move from one service to the next without feeling rushed, yet I was out in a reasonable amount of time to get on with my work day. The women who work there are articulate, intelligent, and knowledgeable and each is able to articulate steps in procedures/processes on services being performed. That is why it's 5 stars from me! 😁

The staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable. I chose them to help me lose weight and I have been taking Ultra-Burn injections and Semaglutide, then switched to Tirzepatide when my weight loss plateaued. Since February, I’ve lost 60 lbs total ( It’s Now late August as I write this), so 60 lbs in 6 months is far beyond what diet and exercise alone could have done. By the way, those 60 pounds came off without ANY exercise or dietary changes. I had some very mild Nausea occasionally for the 1st 2 weeks which was expected. After that, ZERO side effects! My blood work has improved as well. I now feel much healthier and better about myself. My energy levels are up and I’m wearing clothes I thought I’d have to throw away because they were too small. Dana is great to work with. Once I’ve lost all I can, Or all I want to, I may consider the EMsculpt-NEO procedure they offer. I received a 10 min. Demo of the device and it seems like it could work to help lose the last bit of fat around my midsection. One word of caution: Parking is scarce but that can be said for any Down town business.

I had a baby in January and the first chance I got to have a few hours off to “treat yo-self”, I came here and had some Botox with Katelyn. She was, as always, very caring and personable despite me being tired and fully mom-brained out during my appointment. I am so grateful for her and how understanding she was. I looked noticeably less tired very soon after seeing her and it really helped me get through some of the crazy post partum hormones when adjusting to new mom life. I’m looking forward to getting back soon! :)

Update 6/12/24 See photo below For their answer back about my concern in regards to the way they communicated about the issue in hand 😂 I was out of town When I came back in I asked if the month of May membership could be reinstated at least once this year. I was told no and one of the comments from front desk employee for the reason was"because patients were abusing this" I stated how could it be an abuse when it is money being payed by the client not free money given to the client and as it would be used anyways. Then the manager of office came in and mentioned while we chatted that "you are not forced to have a membership, you can choose to not have one". Regardless if so, I found it passive aggressive these two statements and attitude in regard to the enforcement of policy. It showed a lack of respect for the client that comes into the doors to have treatments and is spending money... I use to tell people about this place but after this treatment as the manager mentioned I don't have to "renew membership if it doesn't work for me" again that also sounded unnecessary and made the experience more uncomfortable. There are ways to broach situations without losing respect and dignity So no I wouldn't want anyone else to feel as I did and I find it highly ridiculous to not roll over or give an opportunity to roll over during the year as other places do. I would have oversaw this though with a more sincere respect towards me. When I have an opportunity it will be a review as well for google As they say bad reviews are mentioned more than good ones 🤷🏻‍♀️ because as a collective we don’t want others to feel the same way. I do hope at some point a more sincere friendliness is shown from staff in the future that would match clientele and services.
