Most traumatizing experience of my life. I was left blind with corneal abrasions in both eyes after a simple microneedling treatment from lidocaine. Despite me explaining that my eyes were burning, the esthetician did nothing but give me gauze. I ended up in the ER that night and was unable to see or work for the next 5 days.

Dr. Gharbi and his team are the ultimate professionals — everyone from the front desk staff to the medical staff are amazing. Their facility is spotless and very chic, and I’ve always had a great experience here. Pricing is fair and they are honest about expectations and outcomes for services. Highly recommend!

UPDATE : you can see in their response they said to reach out if I wanted to discuss. So I did -twice- and they never responded. They are quick to respond when they want to take your money and after that they could not care less about you. They are as fake as it comes and they do not deserve your business. ---------- I would avoid this place. About a year ago I paid $2,000.00 for a non-invasive procedure to address under my chin/jawline (nothing crazy--just kill some fat cells with heat and tighten the skin to make it a bit more defined). I did not see any results from the 2-session procedure so they offered to try a couple other procedures at no additional charge. I had two more sessions and those also yielded no results. They said they could do an invasive procedure (lipo) if I wanted to pay them another $1,000.00+ which I declined. They were nice and all, but I paid $2,000.00 for absolutely no visible physical improvement to my area of concern.

Do not recommend this place. I paid 400 $ for Botox between eyebrows, and the effect lasted for no longer than 3 weeks.

I am so grateful that I found Old Town Med Spa! Dr. Gharbi and his amazing staff are incredible people who make you feel so comfortable and truly care about you as an individual. I don’t just see these amazing women as “staff,” I see them as friends! I get excited to go to my weekly appointments for my semaglutide injections to see everyone! The semaglutide injections have changed my life for the better. As someone who was previously struggled with severe weight gain and depression, I have never felt so confident in my life, and as a result, I have gotten myself back out into the world and feeling better than ever. Without a doubt, I would recommend anyone and everyone to Old Town Med Spa!! You won’t regret it!!

I had an utterly disappointing and distressing experience with Dr. Shazel Gharbi, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others considering his services. I visited Dr. Shazel Gharbi for a filler treatment with a specific request for fillers that could be reversed if I ever changed my mind or experienced any complications. I emphasized the importance of this requirement during our consultation, and he assured me that he understood my concerns and recommended a particular filler. Regrettably, after the procedure, I began to experience severe discomfort and was dissatisfied with the results. I decided to seek a second opinion from another reputable doctor to address the issues I was facing. To my shock and dismay, the new doctor informed me that the filler used by Dr. Shazel Gharbi was NOT reversible. I was stunned. Dr. Shazel Gharbi had failed to inform me about the irreversible nature of the filler. This ordeal not only inflicted unnecessary physical discomfort but also it shattered my trust in the medical profession, as I had expected Dr. Shazel Gharbi to be forthright about the nature of the fillers used in my treatment. I firmly believe that honesty, transparency, and patient well-being should be paramount in any medical practice. Dr. Shazel Gharbi fell significantly short in these aspects, causing me immense distress and inconvenience. I sincerely hope that my experience serves as a cautionary tale for anyone contemplating cosmetic procedures. Always insist on clear and accurate information about the products and procedures being used, and ensure you fully understand the implications of your choices. My experience with Dr. Shazel Gharbi has left me deeply disillusioned and wary of trusting any medical professional without thorough research and verification.

I've had fillers done at various places, but this experience was notably painful, and I didn't achieve the desired results. The practitioners here seem inexperienced and resort to trial-and-error treatments. I found a better solution with another doctor. I won't be returning.

The laser treatments were good. If you’re looking for a place that doesn’t seem to want you there, but Is really excited to play awful music really loudly, this is your spot. It’s hard to want to feel confident about people putting needles in your face when they couldn’t care less that you exist.
