Booked an appointment online for a wash and hair cut. Pricing was not clear online for this specific service, only says “varies”, even though those service prices separately were displayed online. I ended up paying $100 for in total a 30 minute service that typically takes an hour. The actual service is why I’m giving two stars. The person who checked me in was nice but my stylist who I was assigned to barely talked to me. No hello, only asked how short I wanted my hair, and no goodbye or thank you. I left disappointed because she only washed my hair for maximum 10 minutes and trimmed my longer ends of my hair and didn’t touch my curtain bangs. Also not sure if it’s customary for this salon to offer any beverages while you wait or etc. but would’ve been nice and shown some sort of hospitality. I was shocked that I had this experience considering all the great reviews online…

Best salon in Miami! I have known Olivia from a very long time, and her and her team’s professionalism knows no boundaries. All of their products are top-notch so my hair is always healthy. This is one of their top priorities: the health of your hair. Can’t recommend them enough!

Definitivamente recomiendo los alisados permanentes de este lugar con los ojos cerrados, muchas veces gaste dinero tiempo y cuando llegaba a mi casa y lavaba mi Cabello volvia el friz nada me quedaba bien y me decidí a ir con ellas sin tener ninguna recomendación y estoy feliz feliz ayer lave mi cabello en mi casa y solo con la secadora me quedo como si lo tuviera planchado del momento espectacular y sin un pelito tansiquiera erizado de verdad recomendado 100%gracias Lisandra por tu maravilloso trabajo

Olivia @OliStarBeauty gave me the best experience I’ve ever had. Sitting in her chair was so relaxing, we had great conversation and I left feeling confident in my new hair. I showed up with my hair all dead and poofy and now my hair is so soft and bouncy. My hair hasn’t felt this healthy in years. I have a tendency to dye my hair when I get bored but now I plan to come to her for all my needs. She’s my one and only ☺️. Their little shop has EVERYTHING too. If you haven’t made an appointment, you need too. It’s a whole experience. They do hair, lashes, brows, permanent make up, nails AND tattoos. I usually don’t leave reviews but I had too. I’m still over here, touching and flipping my hair 😂. Y’all should go follow her on IG and FB and see for yourself. She’s incredibly talented and down to earth, so understanding and patient. She really went out of her way to get me right before Thanksgiving and I’m do grateful to have met her.

Fui por primera vez a este salon y Oli me dejo el cabello hermoso y me lo cuido muchísimo al cambiar completamente mi color. Todas las chicas son respetuosas, profesionales, educadas, alegres , espectaculares. Les recomiendo este salon situado en la acogedora ciudad d South Miami. Hay pura vida en ese lugar.

I have been doing my hair with Olivia for the past 7 years wow 😍, before Oli my hair was my nightmare with too much frizz 😬 black and so curly but all that changed the first day that Oli touched my hair, She goes above and beyond to protect my hair and make it look gorgeous, feels super soft all the time, and I only need to use a hair dryer when I wash it to get ready it looks exactly as it did when I got it done at the salon. Recently my lamp genius(Oli) fulfilled another of my wishes a little change jjj first one month ago I got JaqueMate Alisado and now a beautiful balayage Is like magic my hair is beautiful, shiny, healthy, soft, strong, lovely jjjj. I recommend 1000...% Oli and all her team are the best!!

No puedo estar más feliz con el resultado de mi cabello. Desde que entré, el ambiente fue acogedor y equipo muy profesional. Me escucharon atentamente y cuidaron cada detalle para que me sintiera satisfecha. Si buscas un lugar donde realmente cuiden tu cabello y te hagan sentir especial, este salón es el indicado. En el día de ayer tuve el placer de visitar este maravilloso salón a realizarme un corte de cabello y un alisado. Amé el resultado son un equipo de trabajo maravilloso, excelentes profesionales una atención espectacular simplemente un lugar mágico que toda mujer necesita, así que si aún no te decides este es el lugar indicado 100% recomendados. Excellent service and my hair looks AMAZING! Booking was super easy through their booking page (through IG), price was a great value for the service, and the staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about all things hair treatments and color. Place was very clean. Fully recommended. I was beyond pleased with my hair straightening treatment. My hair shined like a mirror!

Hola sufrí una mala experiencia quedaron hacerse responsable, y no lo cumplieron totalmente… fui de modelo y decía balayage, me decoloraron full dejándome manchones en el cabello, y luego al día siguiente trataron de arreglarme eso, dejándome peor, me tiñeron 3 veces en el día, lo cual me dejó el pelo muy quemado, para al final terminar colocando color café oscuro. Lo que le dije de un principio, yo sé que un olí trato de ayudar, pero como veía que yo lloraba y lloraba me dice no te preocupes yo te hago hidrataciones cada semana, dos por semanas, y después cuando tu cabello esté bien yo te hago el balayage, lo cual me hizo pocas sesiones de hidratacion, para luego decirle que debía pagar 100 a 150 por session, lo cual para mi no es grato por que no pretendía que mi pelo se quemara. Asi que no tuve una buena experiencia. En lo demás me imagino que son buenos en alisados. Gracias tengo las fotos de todo por si es necesario subirlas.

Me encantó como quedó mi cabello de hermoso y también con el trabajo y cambio realizado en mi mamá, ella quedó muy feliz. El personal es súper agradable y amables. Sin duda 100% recomendado.
