These people claim they can braid over dreaded hair, they cannot. If you have dreads and want braids don’t waste your time going to them. They will mess your hair up. The lady that did my hair messed up my dreads, some dreads are broken off, thinning and they won’t do anything about it. I will not be coming here anymore

Got me in right away. I asked for stitch braids and got braids and she braided my . thoughts, and future thoughts 💭 😂But great service overall also prices are a little steep. I brought my own hair and was charged 130 for 10 braids.

This salon came in to my rescue when another salon canceled my appointment 2 days before. I called Olivia’s and she was happy to get me in right at 9am. We were done with my hair about 3.5 hours later! I will be coming back, as everyone was kind and fast and overall wonderful! My lines were neat and perfectly spaced. Such professionalism and talent!

Very unsatisfied! I waited over 30 minutes to get two braids and the results were not at all like the picture I used. I was later told it would be $50 but they would give me a discount to $30 due to the wait.

They set up me an appointment and I drove from nkc and wasn’t no one able to do my hair. They didn’t call me and cancel or nothing let me get all the way there. Need better service . If I could they would get 0 stars

Maurice, who wash my hair was very rough wash my hair with a wet towel around my neck and it smelled ,replace it with a dry towel and it smelled when it was time to blow dry my hair. He was very rough. Do not recommend going I had to say something to him about him being rough pulling my hair as my neck going back-and-forth. Came in to get crochet done as I seen the lady getting her hair done in crochet and she was cringing in pain from Olivia, forcing crochet needle in her French braid!!!so I decided not to get my hair done!! By Olivia… NOT saying that Olivia isn’t good, But I wouldn’t know because that was my first time going, which was bad Not a good experience!! NO ONE GREETED me when I came in!!! (SADLY)I had to ask who was Olivia and I greeted her.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES FROM Olivia and Maurice!!!

Been coming here for 4+ years. Will no longer return due to unprofessionalism and inconsistent work quality. Pros: Neat and clean Senegalese twists Cons: Unprofessional when it comes to booking. If you book an appointment time other than 8AM, you will most likely be stuck waiting hours or getting pushed to another day because they are always running behind (especially on the weekends) They rush on your hair in order to move onto the next client. If you ask for small/medium braids, they will do the correct size on the parameter but make the braids and parting spaces in the center of your head so big. This happened to me with box braids and my mother with micro braids.You can always tell because the hair ends up looking thin. My mother stopped coming here about a year ago after that situation. The last straw for me was when they cancelled my hair appointment despite telling me to move it to that specific day and time. They didn’t even call and tell me. Instead, I called them to check if they’ll be ready for me. That’s when they told me they had someone else still waiting that they hadn’t started on. I’m glad that I called because I live up north. If you do decide to come here, do not book for anything after 10AM or so. They might not get to you. Especially if you are getting a more elaborate hair style.

Very nice ladies. Fast and excellent braiding techniques. Sometimes they give you an appointment but they have over booked and you have to come back.

Waited an hour to be seen. You should not schedule people if you are not prepared. I drove an hour to get my hair done, waited and hour, left and had to drive an hour back. Be more considering of others time. I wasted time and gas.
