The highest quality Korean spa in LA. The prices are high to match, and you can get a better deal at other spas, but the amenities at Olympic are unmatched. The space is clean and the customer service is fantastic. You can get the same quality Korean body scrub at another spa, but the massages are at Olympic are unmatched and are totally worth it. The shiatsu is my favorite. There is a mandatory 20% gratuity that is not included in the prices on the website. Update: They’ve remodeled the steam sauna and gotten rid of the jade tile. It is now just ceramic tile. A jade steam sauna is a staple of the K spa experience, and I am sad to see it go. The spa is starting to feel more westernized.

Best experience from beginning to end. This was a Christmas present in 2024. This Korean Spa is for women only. You are greeted with a valet to park your car, the cost is $3.00. You register, then they give you a quick tour. You will get a “watch” to open and lock your locker and appropriate size slippers. In the spa area, everyone is naked, getting in an out of the pools. The pools are small with a capacity for 4-6 people. There is a cold pool, a sea water and another hot like a jacuzzi. Then, there are the different saunas, the herbal one, hot stone and cold room. Immediately next to this is the area for the treatments and showers. Walking around, people wear robes the spa provide. You can bring snacks or order in and eat in the patio. They provide light snacks, hot drinks like tea and flavored water. I had the Goddess treatment. It lasted about 75 minutes. You lay down on a massage table like surface. A woman scrubs and rubs your entire body with extreme force, then rinses with water by throwing it at you, applies creams and oils, you rinse in the shower, return, scrubs some more, washes your hair and it ends with a magical face mask that leaves your face smooth and super clear. They also have individual massage rooms and a warm floor where you can lay down to take a nap. I believe you can stay in the spa for as long as you want. They provide some toiletries, but you can bring your own too.

Ridiculously high cancellation and reschedule fee. One of the few places I wouldn’t bother calling if you have to miss your appointment. They make you feel bad about it and wish you never called. Woman on the phone was curt. Did not expect this when you have to pay $60 for a day pass.

I love the spa - it is one of my favorite in LA. However I tried a facial (Deep Sea Firming) and my skin is still recovering from it after a week… they put a product on my skin that was so irritating, my face became red. They took it off but they didn’t really seem to know what to do… at the end of the treatment I had to wash my face off (again) cause I was red and my skin was burning (it was an another product so it happened twice). I have had facials before and never experienced this. Usually by looking at someone’s face they should know if the person has dry/sensitive skin and what to do about it. It just felt like they followed a protocol without taking in account the person in front of them. Apart from that, I like the spa amenities but very disappointed by the facial - especially for the price.

Absolute luxury. I got the K-pop treatment and it was just perfectly balanced. It was my first time and I tried every pool and detox room. Stayed to tee hours and enjoyed every minute of it!

I used to come here all the time, but the prices have increased significantly beyond what feels reasonable for the location. Nevertheless, I decided that since I had such a good experience before I would go back. I tried and couldn’t even book an appointment online because of an error message, I called and the rude person that answered said I need to change my credit card info on my account. What account? I never created one. Why are you making customers be the ones to update this information? I’m going somewhere else.

The best! Loved the Goddess wet treatment. My skin felt baby soft after. Love that they have snacks, tea, and an outdoor area to relax in. Definitely make sure you vet there early enough to enjoy the rooms before your treatment.

I had a wonderful experience at Olympic Spa. This is a slightly more upscale Korean spa compared to others, so the service prices are a bit higher, but the quality is on par. Little touches like iced towels and a more extensive menu makes it worth it. I got the body scrub and I loved the use of OSEA (clean) products. I felt absolutely luxurious and restored after my treatment!

I inquired about the requirement for customers to pay a 20% tip on the total service price. In response to my query, a staff member explained that failure to adhere to this policy would prompt a call from the manager, who would request the 20% tip payment or place the individual on a blacklist. Ironically, I humorously expressed my willingness to be placed on this blacklist, as it holds no significance in my life. I have since advised all my friends who enjoy visiting Korean spas to avoid ONLYMPIC SPA. Consequently, we have opted to patronize a different spa that does not enforce a compulsory 20% tip and offers exceptional service. It is worth noting that this gratuity is not legally mandated but rather a part of the establishment's internal policy. Considering that the service price exceeds $200, the insistence on an additional $40 tip seems unjustified to me.

I was shocked when I was told that the service charge is mandatory 20%.

Love this spa so much!

One of the best spas in LA, all Women, clean and tidy and quiet. However, the prices for day spas have doubled the price and only via reservations.

The worst customer service The place and accommodations are very poor but the prices and service charges are like Beverly Hills. I wouldn't recommend anyone.

First time here. Came here for my birthday. I got the scrub and Cbd massage. Scrub was fine but the massage was disappointing for the price. She basically poured oil on you and gave you a quick massage and that was it. I did not leave feeling any better. The amenities are nice.

I had to cancel my appointment on principle. They now charge for valet parking. I parked my own car and they wanted me to pay 3$ anyway. I did not have my car key for the man to park my car and I don't understand why everyone has to do valet. I already was going to pay 220$ to be at the spa and receive services. While it's 3$, it's the principal. If I'm parking my car I should not have to pay for valet. I'm paying for something I'm not receiving. I don't understand why they don't include parking in their "service fee" which I don't even know actually goes to the masseuse. Not worth it. Go to Wii spa. Cheaper services and they charge the same price for parking. They also have a restaurant and a much larger facility. Update: for less than I would have spent at Olympic Spa I went to Wii spa and got the same services plus a pedicure and lunch for under 220$ (I used to do pure bliss at Olympic.. but is 220$ with gratuity and now they are forcing their customers to pay 3$ for valet parking even if they don’t park your car…) Needless to say, Olympic spa has lost a customer and any referrals I was making to other nurses and patients…

Love this spa! They are plus size friendly and have very clean and nice accommodations. Will be giving this a try again!

Such a relaxing experience. I've been to Olympic twice and enjoyed every moment each time. I've booked the Chego duo treatment each time. It starts with a mini scrub and, though I'm pretty ticklish, it's one of the best parts of the experience. Something about the scrape is just satisfying. The massage is always a winner and leaves me wanting to curl up and sleep. If you go, make sure to have a drink and snack before going into any of the saunas, just so you don't fall asleep in one. The clay room is the best, imo, and the ice room a close second. The wet areas of the spa is really comfortable. The water pressure of the showers is excellent. The best part is that it's ALL WOMEN. They don't have a cafe, but do offer snacks and allow door dash deliveries. There is a private veranda for lounging and tanning. There is an area for doing yoga (complete with yoga mats) for you to get a stretch in between saunas. The slippers are SO comfortable and can be purchased for home.

Lot has change since 2020, no restaurant, 20% tip included in bill, 60 dollar for a day pass (ridiculously high) also cancelation fee and reschedule fee. i asked if i could come later they said they would charge me if i change the time. eventhough the spa was empty. front lady with glases working on june 2th, was awful rude she seems unhappy, and very impatience, and thats why I went with the nice lady next to her, but she kept getting into the conversation. please dont have this kind of people working there. your prices are hight the minimum I expect is to be treated courteously. pros place was clean, snakcs provided and cleaning crew extremely helpful and nice

this place have staff that are so mean I went there on Saturday they Force you to get treatment to get into the spa +20% tip is mandatory and I didn’t want any treatment. They didn’t let me in. in order to get in you have to spend at least $120 which is not worth it
