Christy did a great job, she turned me from brown to blonde with such expertise. She gets it when you want a micro trim. She’s stylish and funny. Salon is nice, and clean. I would definitely recommend Christy.

David is an amazing and wonderful guy. He greeted me with a lot of enthusiasm and respect. I came in for a consultation before getting my hair done to make sure what I wanted was doable and he calmed my worries and assured me that it was possible. Let’s just say I am obsessed with my hair and definitely will be coming back for touch ups by David .

I had my first appointment with Rosa yesterday. She is amazing. My hair is difficult to deal with as my top hair is straight but I have coarse hair underneath. It takes talent and care to blend and shape it. Rosa did an outstanding job. And her shampoo/scalp massage - heaven!

My personal experience was not good. I paid 230 dollars for highlights and haircut. The highlights looked terrible. I had different colors throughout my hair. I went home and dyed it all brown. Not going back to the Belvidere location. Very nice girl but she doesn't know how to do color.

Rosa is absolutely phenomenal! The color, the cut, she is amazing all around. My mom had a severe hair emergency after a hair "stylist" at another shop messed up her hair. Rosa truly saved the day! She brought happy tears to our eyes with her great work. She is professional, caring, and really good at doing hair. We will not go anywhere else! We could never thank Rosa enough 💗

Channa is a color magician! Asked for a color match from when we lived in Alaska 5 years ago.. shower a picture and good Lawd... almost EXACTLY what I had before. Ya'll, I didnt even know the colors the previous stylist (5 years ago mixed together), but Channa did that thing 🙌🏾

Channa truly worked miracles with my daughter’s hair. She was nice, patient, explained the process, very welcoming, and a Godsend. My daughter had an event and was super excited to show off her new do. Channa is the best!

I was very fortunate to find a wonderful stylist when I moved here. Channa is an excellent stylist and she is a master with hair! I always see her for color and cut. I absolutely love Channa and OM Hair Salon. I have struggled for many years in search of someone who I can trust my hair with. After many failed attempts, I am so happy Channa was recommended to me. Channa saw how unhappy I was with my hair and she helped me fall in love with it again. She not only takes her time to ensure it comes out to her standards but also gives me guidance on the upkeep of my hair. The salon is very welcoming and everyone is down to earth. Well what to say. A haircut appointment with Channa @ Om salon was the most pathetic experience I ever had in a salon. I couldn't get myself to get an haircut so cant comment on Channa’s hair cutting skills . But my two cents folks, hear me out and think twice before booking any appointment with Channa. I booked an appointment with Channa for a haircut over phone, at phone she was very cold , I assumed it her being busy and didn't give a second thought to it until later. I came in half and hour before the appointment on the appointment day. Im new to El Paso and hoped this would be a nice experience. However Channa didn't greet me , I met her at the door ( she was leaving to pick up lunch) . She had her other client waiting at her station, she asked me to wait . I was happy since I heard lot if good reviews and waited. I was waiting near the reception where the other stylist was busy with her own client and there was no one I could even ask for a glass of water. My appointment was at 4 pm , I was there at 3:30 so I was just waiting and it was 4:05 when I finally asked for a glass of water from the other stylist in desperation since it was hot and I was thirsty. Channa never bothered to offer me a glass of water or anything ( mind you she went to pick up her lunch in front of me came back with soft drinks and food — passed by me as I was sitting by the reception .. not a word or “how are you doing” ..I repeat not a word). Rather I heard her mention “no water” to her fellow stylist when she checked with her for me. Rude ! However the other stylist was kind enough to get me a bottle (I presume from her own stock). I took the water and continued to wait. Channa was nowhere to be seen near me she was at the back station working on her client my be. Finally It was 4:21pm when I got impatient and asked the other stylist when she was done with her client to please call Channa,. She went in again and called me inside , I went to Channa’s station and asked her how long its gonna be she said she is still blowdrying so it would be still be a while before she could attend me. I asked her if she could have walk up to me once and told me that personally once... she shrugged and said , “ well yes, ok” And thats it . I told her that it was ok if she was late but I would have appreciated if she could once come up to me and told me personally that she would me more than 20min late . She started a sentence like “Well technically its 20mins “ and then shrugged again and went quiet, but I got her message.. technically it was 20mins since as It was me who was there early. I very well remember I apologized for being early and asked her if it was ok to wait in her reception to which she agreed. As a first time customer I frankly expected a more courteous and attentive behavior. Needless to say I came back without cutting my hair and never going back there again.A stylist however good may be is worthless if not a good person, and thats what Channa is.

Channa is great! She is welcoming, friendly and fun. I was very satisfied with the way she was able to tackle this hair and it maintained for several weeks. I will be returning. So happy to have her in El Paso!

Channa was AMAZING with my cut/color. After searching all over El Paso for a quality hair stylist at an affordable price, I FINALLY found Channa and I am so happy I did! She listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. We also had great conversation the entire time too :) I would recommend her to anyone!

I really enjoyed my first visit at OM. Chanda is a great hairstylists and did everything that I wanted with my hair. Getting your hair colored by someone new can be stressful. Chanda is great and I highly recommended her. If you are looking for something new, give her a try.

I was so fortunate to come across this salon. I am traveling around the country with my husband and really needed a root touch up. Doing a Google search I found this place and I was luck enough to get an appointment with Channa. She did an amazing job!! I told her I wasn't crazy about my color and she toned it down on top of root cover!! She was awesome and I would highly recommend her. This salon was amazing!!

I’ve been going to OM Salon for about a year now, Channa is an amazing hairstylist very accommodating and pleasant, she took me blonde without damaging my hair I get a ton of compliments. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
