Came here for the first time today. The lady is soooo sweet and she made my brows look amazing! She even gave me a facial massage afterwards! I’ll be coming here for a good while (:

Very nice experience, I like to get my eyebrow, forehead and upper cheek threaded and they even gave me discount. The lady was nice as she ended the session by cleaning my face and applying aloe and rose water. Highly recommend as they take direction on what you want!

Walked in for eyebrow threading. Staff is kind and friendly and were able to accommodate me. They also gave me a first time customer discount which was great. They offer various services. They also have various packages you can sign up for and save. Conveniently located in Capitol Hill area. Professional and good service! Attaching an image of their available packages for reference!

Great little salon. Got a perfect eyebrow threading as a walk-in. Perfect shape. Price was as on website ($15) and I tipped $5 because for the price it’s crazy inexpensive and she did a fab job. Very sweet to offer rose water & aloe afterwards. If I lived here this would be my go-to salon for threading!

Never recommend anyone to go there. Got my waxing done and it was pathetic experience. Got bad skin scars on both of my hands and skin is peeling. Those people are not professionals and for sure they don’t know how to do waxing

Not only is this place VERY competitively priced, with special touches like rosewater, aloe, and eye massage, but they’re so skilled!! They communicate with you and really go the extra mile to provide a great service quickly with a great price. I am very picky with my brows and like to keep them as thick as possible, and they do a great job listening. Onzu especially is my favorite, but all the people who work here are great. Thank you Om!!

I went there for waxing yesterday, they were really harsh with the skin. They were ripping off cold wax very slowly from the body. I am scarred all over Update after 1 week- I have got hyperpigmented spots all over.

I've been going to Rita for a few years now. She's always done a great job, and the prices are reasonable, especially with a membership. They've recently added new staff, who show great attention to detail, and take the time to explain their process to new clients. I remain a very satisfied customer, and will definitely be back. :)

I just took the threading session from Om salon and I loved my eyebrows more than before, won’t lie that it did hurt a little but it always does anyways. I would like to recommend this place for its cost effectiveness and quality of service!
