Ultimate Japanese Head Spa was the best experience! So relaxing and kind of fascinating to see my scalp’s issues up close—the massage combs feel great and the products and recommendations were perfect for me. Will definitely be back! I would get one every day if I could!

Amazing experience with the head spa! The *only* recommendation I would make is to have reclining beds as my back hurt so bad afterward. But the experience itself was 5 stars!!! My head has never felt better!

It was nice, but not sure I’d return. The water was so hot at first and she didn’t even ask if It was ok temperature. I didn’t feel like she even got the back of my head very well especially down toward the nape of the neck. It was just ok IMO for the price. It was also cold and there wasn’t really anywhere To rest your arms except for under your body

Didn’t get to experience because we couldn’t even find it and then we were late and they couldn’t get us in. Google maps takes you in circles On one way streets and signage for the salon is barely noticeable. I called 3 times while we were trying to find it. . They picked up after I called three times. We were actually down the street from the salon and one of the staff came out to show us where it was. Once we got there they said we were too late and couldn’t get us in (even though I had been calling for 15 minutes). And they charged for the full amount. Soooo disappointed. I booked this as a treat for my daughter and myself and I’m really upset I’m paying $300 for nothing.

My friend and I did the Japanese Head Spa Experience at the West location. When I was booking the appt, the person who I spoke to informed me they have an open format at the OTR location and private rooms at the West location, which I appreciated, so I booked it for more privacy. The treatment itself was fabulous and relaxing - what a way to pamper yourself! They have a self-serve dyson blow dryer available along with styling cream/spray. They do a good job towel drying, so I left with it damp. My hair was beautiful the next day!

My mom and I recently visited Omega for a 60-minute head spa with stylists Breanna and Casey, and we were thoroughly impressed. The salon had a relaxed atmosphere with ambient lighting, and we appreciated being able to share the same room for our treatments. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breanna provided a personalized and comfortable experience for my first-ever head spa, exceeding my expectations. Casey carefully addressed my mom's specific scalp concerns, leaving her hair looking rejuvenated. The process included a fascinating microscope scalp analysis before and after the treatment, showcasing clear results like reduced buildup and redness. The experience was incredibly relaxing, and the $145 price was well worth it.

Went here with my mom and sister and got the Japanese head spa and it was AMAZING! I had Casey and she was super kind and made sure I had a relaxing time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to treat themself for a special occasion.

I got the Japanese head spa treatment and it was AMAZING!!! My favorite part of going to get my haircut is the washing of my hair...imagine that for AN HOUR!!! Before you start they show you your scalp and the buildup of products. Sounds gross but when you see how clean your scalp is post treatment it's soooo satisfying! Then you get a heated eye mask which felt decadent! The halo water spray will make your whole head tingle, along with the products and brushes used you feel so relaxed and pampered! The neck and shoulder massage made the whole treatment complete! HIGHLY recommend and plan on going back to have my scalp throughly cleaned throughout the year from product build up!

The light touch therapy ASMR session i had with Crystal at the new Omega location was hands down, without a doubt, worth every single penny. I've been an ASMR listener for like, 13 years now, so to get this experience in real life was pure bliss. All jokes aside, I would sell my soul for a membership of this service. I hope this becomes so popular that it is a service that is always offered. If you've been wanting to tingle, relax and escape for awhile I highly recommend this service. I had to sit in the car for about 15 mins before I could pull off because I was just so zen. Thank you so much.

Today I received the Japanese Head Spa and let me just say, if you have not had this service at Omega- RUN and book an appointment now! I have never been so relaxed in my entire life. From start to finish the entire staff was kind, knowledgeable, and offered top notch services. Jessica was absolutely incredible and at several points I had toe to head goosebumps! If you want a relaxing and calming experience that will leave you feeling amazing, look no further!!!

After months of debating, I booked a head spa treatment at Omega with Emily. The consult was great and you see instant results. My scalp is so much healthier and it brought out some of my natural curls that I haven’t seen in years. After the service, the owner stop to ask how everything went while I was blowdrying my hair. She was so kind and compassionate. She gave tips on how to prevent hair loss. I will 100% be back to support this business and continue a healthy scalp journey.

I had the Japanese Head Spa Experience with Casey and it was amazing. The experience was a 10/10 and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Casey was very attentive and super kind and made me feel extremely relaxed. She truly made the experience even more enjoyable with her warmth. My scalp feels great!

I had ultimate, which is a head spa treatment and facial. I was very underwhelmed by the experience, in theory it was nice, but the esthetician barely used any pressure on the scalp or with the gua sha on the facial, most times barely touching my skin. Because of this, I didn’t really feel like I had any results for $200. It was also weird that you don’t get a private room and my spa water thing squeaked the whole time. Not a bad experience, but extremely underwhelming for the price.

Okay experience. I got the Ultimate Spa Experience and my aesthetician wouldn’t increase the pressure of the scalp massage even after 3 asks. I also had to ask her to not skip the base of my scalp. And they didn’t have water available for the customers when asked.
