Wish they had a minus because I won't even feel good about a 1 rating.... Sat there for 30 minutes... walked back to see how much progress she was making. 4 damn braids... then they made a call for pizza to be brought in so for the next 40 mins, they ate At least 5 people came in and they wasn't acknowledged at all..... they all walked our. Terrible

Nisha did amazing! I seldom like hair cuts and i love mine even after it’s grown out it still looks good. She conversed and connected well with you and was able to listen/wade through my confusing description of what i wanted for my hair. She also cut my 3 year old daughter’s first professional haircut and did awesome! Talked her through and kept her calm. Even was able to blow dry it and had kid ask her to do it again lol. We had a lot of fun and she even gave me tips on how to style my daughter’s curly hair! So blessed with her service! Will definitely go again. Worth the extra money to me.

Just got my hair done in medium size box braids and I love them she took her time with my hair and came in on her off day to do my hair she did so good I’m happy with my hair I love it ♥️ make sure you guys book her for your box braids her she will get your right ♥️ her name is leisa

My little sister was taken here for a silk press $65 … IT WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY, I could have done her hair and I’m not a hairstylist .. dont waste your time.

I took my daughter to see Nisha for her first big haircut and she did amazing! She talked to her through it all, kept her calm, and gave my daughter exactly what she asked for. Whole environment was laid back and welcoming. The other ladies in the shop also talked to my daughter during the times she was nervous and gave encouragement. Overall a wonderful experience, we will definitely be back!

Such an amazing atmosphere, undeniably the best time I've ever spent in a salon. Aubrey is the master of the sew-in and the other ladies had me dying laughing from the time I entered till the time I left. Amazing technique, welcoming atmosphere, eclectic and diverse clientele, hilarious and family like comraderie a definite add to my favorites list.

This is the most unprofessional business and employees I have ever encountered. I went in for extensions, paid hundreds of dollars, and walked out with 100% tracks showing and no color match. I had the hair in for 12 hours, tried to make it work but since the install was above my crown on FINE THIN STRAIGHT BLOND hair, it was impossible. The owner accused me of lying and altering my hair after the instal rather than admitting responsibility. She never saw the hair in person, but she claimed she knew I was lying and I made alterations??? She cussed, was rude and extremely unprofessional. Sometimes mistakes happen, it is how you respond to them that shows the quality of your business. I have since had extensions from other salons, when I show them these photos they all say “oh my god!! What did they do to you?!!” So, the salon is named correctly!

Chervon is a excellent stylist. I normally get the silk press and braids. She listen to what I want even when I’m not sure. I always receive compliments when I’m at work or out shopping “ your stylist does a great job on your hair” Chervon is very passionate about her clients and her work. I highly recommend her if you are in town or looking for a stylist. I will definitely keep coming back to her and to receive her service. It’s definitely hard to find a beautician when you are affiliated with the military and moving all the time. I just hope I don’t have to move for a long time so I can continue to receive the service from Chervon. Did I say she is always on time!!!! 😊Keep it up girl. The shop is always clean and warm welcoming. Every beautician is always sanitizing each station and wash station prior to each client.

I have been here many times to get my hair done, and today was the worst experience. I asked for a cut and style with silk pressed. I looked a mess when I left from there. It's wasn't no silk pressed, my sides that I got cut off was a mess! 80 dollar's wasted!

No, I would not recommend my stylist Sierra Davis/and or the salon! for these reasons 1 when I initially called to set appts I asked for bre- I was told bre wasn’t there anymore but Sierra could do it. Walked in to get my hair done. And my mother noticed the lady bre we were asking for was in fact in the shop and still very much works there. 2 when I got the first hair cut I loved it. Like I really loved it l. So much so. I came back to get the lines permanently cut into the one side of my head. And this woman.. shaved no only both sides of may head but the back as well. And in doing so cut me multiple. (Mind you she was never given permission to whack my hair off) 3 when I spoke to her about how unhappy I was with my hair she then told me “not to disrespect her” after she’s cut all my hair off and then had the audacity to leave us in the shop to sit on the phone in her car while I was under a dryer... and then to tell me I could pick my own curls out when I got home. I’m sorry. Was my I paying myself. Mind you she didn’t wash nor condition any of our hair properly. Today was by far the worse experience I have ever had in any beauty salon in all of my years. I am currently waiting to see if it will be addressed. I have yet to hear anything. I would like to believe the owner of omg (316) studio would not be ok with the photos of my before and afters nor would she condone or let me leave hysterically crying unhappy with what was done to my hair. She practically went scissors crazy. Somebody please tell me this bad apple won’t spoil the bunch. For this being my first major big chop I don’t even wanna look at myself and that’s not right! EDIT- after speaking with the owner who in fact agreed her stylist did mess my head up. (Terribly) while also telling me she wasn’t a barber lol! They then in turn say “ well we can’t put the hair back” but I’ll pay to cut the rest off. ( if your stylist was not comfortable with the request, she should have stated that instead of taking clippers to every corner of my head!)😂 never in my life have I ever dealt with something like this. And it’s clear they have no intentions on fixing and or correcting my hair. As women we thrive off our appearance , looking and feeling good about ourselves. I trusted this woman with not only my first “big chop” but I then bring her more business... the people who meant the most to me. She maliciously and intentionally shaved my off. The whole entire time in that shop 2/20 was hell entirely and I have yet to stop crying about what she did to me and my head, And it is not ok. Also after spending the money I did/do on my daughters hair. And using the things sent home with her to care for her hair it too was ruined. (With no regards to correcting it) As well as my mothers. Honestly Wichita’s black owned businesses are putting so many sour taste in many peoples mouths. I can understand why most of them don’t last long. You guys can’t just pick and choose who you provide a1 customer service too. And you sure cannot let it be ok that your stylist is intentionally chopping off peoples hair with ZERO consent. Thank you for contacting me however... Shaving my head bald is not an option for me! This isn’t even a conversation I should have to have because I never asked for may hair to be shaved.

Was extremely rude when I called about braiding services specifically micros so I’m good on taking my patronage some place else. What’s sad the person who cut my hair had so many great things to say about this place but the lady that answered the phone was straight up rude. Smfh
