I’ve been a regular customer of your salon and have always appreciated the service, but I’d like to share my experience from this past weekend, as it was disappointing. I came in on Saturday, January 25, for a no-chip manicure. I requested a nude/clear color but was not satisfied with the outcome. The color wasn’t what I wanted, so I returned the following day, Sunday, to have it corrected by another nail technician. Unfortunately, I felt the technician didn’t thoroughly clean off the previous color before reapplying, and the results were rushed and unsatisfactory. To make matters worse, I was charged almost the same amount for the correction—only $10 less than what I paid the day before, despite it being an issue from the initial service. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter, as it left me feeling undervalued as a regular customer.

I had a great experience at OMG spa. From booking my appointment to checking out, I felt taken care of. My husband and I both enjoyed the Lake Michigan Spa Pedicure and it was absolutely delightful. Sheila was my technician and she was very kind and professional. We left feeling very relaxed and pampered. Thank you OMG.

I came here to get a pedicure done for the first time and I was very impressed on how professional and clean everything was. I was very much well taken care of during my time here! Also, the receptionist here were absolutely delightful,understanding and helpful. The experience I had here was absolutely phenomenal and will most definitely come back again. Shoutout to the hard working Nail Technicians!

Do NOT buy a gift card from this business. They are stealing from their customers. They do not honor the gift card and claim it expires 1 year from issuance. It does not state this anywhere on the gift card. Also, this is illegal in the state of Illinois. Gift cards cannot expire sooner than 5 years from issuance and after 5 years the money should be considered unclaimed property and given to the state of Illinois. OMG spa is not doing any of this. Not only that, but they did nothing to try to resolve the issue. I was in the spa to receive a service. Before receiving the service I was told they could not honor the gift and someone would call to speak to me. I left with no service and the expectation someone would call. The manager was unavailable that day and did not call me for more than a week. After numerous phone calls to speak to someone they never returned my calls and said no one was available to speak with regarding honoring the gift card. Someone worked hard to purchase this for me as a gift and this business just stole that money. Buyer Beware as this business does not operate honestly.

I recently visited this beauty salon, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The salon itself is spotless and has a very relaxing atmosphere. I loved the quality of the service they used high-quality products and ensured I was comfortable throughout!!!

The nail technician Mekka did an amazing job on my nails. She was super kind and patient. I was very clear on what I wanted and she did her thang! I wasn’t able to leave a tip because it is a bit expensive. But she definitely deserved 5 stars!

This used to be a great place I frequented for the last 5. Years on a monthly basis. I can no longer support. I always liked the service, cleanliness and ambiance. It has deteriorated over the years. The nail technicians are not friendly (some combative to requests) towels no longer warm, soaking bowls need to be replaced, etc. For the price and expectation of tips I expect more. I will need to find another place to go.

As a busy realtor, finding time for self-care is rare, but my experience at OMG Spa in Chicago’s South Loop was worth every minute. I enjoyed a relaxing morning with a pedicure and Medcure treatment, and Mercedes took her time to ensure everything was perfect. The spa’s beautiful atmosphere was incredibly soothing, and the staff made me feel at ease right away. They even offered me a hot tea, adding a lovely touch to the experience. Diana is an excellent nail tech. She makes the time to set up her station nicely and make it comfortable for you. She takes her time and even cares to take the time to help a very indecisive person, such as myself, to choose my color.

I went to get my old polish removed and get a pedicure. The one huge plus of this spot is that it doesn't smell of nail polish, which is a plus for anyone who is sensitive to smell. I did a walk in appointment and they were able to fit me in immediately. My nail technician, Ivy, was very professional and was attentive to what I needed. The place is very clean and organized, as well. However, for what services I asked for, the price seemed a bit high, especially given I wasn't getting any nail polish put on. I wish they had a price for just their pedicures (with no nail polish) but that was not made clear to me. The other downside is that each pedicure station is very close together, leaving very little room for nail technicians to move in between.

$32 for a polish change on toes and did not last longer than 7 days. Was told they do not do fix on polish changes at all after being told it was $6. Quality work lasts longer than a week regardless of polish change.

honestly, the only reason i stayed at this unprofessional, poorly run, overpriced salon is because of IDA. I witnessed during multiple appointments with her, the supervisor come over to her station questioning what she’s doing/keeping tabs or even provoking her- extremely rude and abusive. In addition to this, i recently learned that they fired IDA due to ongoing issues with the supervisor. in my opinion, she was one of the only nail techs in there of value so i know they will realize they’ve messed up greatly. IDA was truly one of the ones who kept this business afloat with her loyal clientele and professionalism alone. MY NAME IS MANAH AND I AM DEFINITELY IN MY CLIENT RECORDS. have been for years.

Tina did my feet and she was so thorough. The experience was not rushed. I tried the milk and honey pedicure with the callus removal. The best pedicure I have ever received! Ask for Tina!

I booked a pedicure and manicure for my 4yr. Old daughter. My 4yr. Old finished before me. This unprofessional company asked me to move my 4yr. To sit unsupervised at the manicure tables without me. It wasn’t because of being booked (see pictures). In a world where children have to be protected, I can’t believe the mindset of such a company that doesn’t value the safety of children. The woman then proceeded to say “she’ll be right over there”. I literally had to ask her to stop, because take no time for a stranger to do something. Then, I was asked to pay the same amount to have her nails done in the pedicure chair. To add to the blow, the receipt was brought to me, which is not the protocol. Guest sign receipts at the door. I refused to sign because I felt targeted for protecting my child. A rude supervisor walked over and said you have to sign now. She didn’t give me a reason for breaking protocol. I told her that I’ve signed at the door like I’ve done for the last 3yrs I come. Then, a rude Supervisor asked the technician to stop my services. Then, said why did I bring my child there. I told her that I’ve been here several times with her and will not be back. Children mean absolutely nothing to this company.

I saw a mother and her child treated dreadful in OMG today. And, it was because the mother wanted to share a big manicure with her daughter in the manicure chairs. I saw how the desk young lady behaved and I told that mother that I’d do a review because it wasn’t right. Even the nail technician thought the supervisor was out of line, it was all over her face. That mother only wanted her daughter to sit with a trusted adult. I heard her ask to book at a later time with another tech for her daughter since they were in such a rush. I wonder if they treat all of their customers this way. I can’t bring my daughters here. We have to protect our children.

I’ve been coming here a few months but this experience Ill never return. Young lady and her 4 yr old being serviced for mani/pedi, well daughter finish her mom and they wanted to proceed w/daughter mani in a different area ok.. well mom explained she didn’t want her 4 yr old to sit alone and would wait for next avail person if necessary she wanted her daughter to have the full experience. I thought understandable, makes sense… well the manger and tech said NO. I thought this was absurd so the mom cancel the rest of services. The ppl in charge not only asked why she brought her daughter but also brought her tab to her while still seated in the pedi chair. Talk about uncouth, poor customer service and experience. Seems their only concern was getting done getting money and move on to the next. Ppl we have to be mindful where we spend our dollars. Since Covid I’ve seen increased prices, service charges and wait times only to receive subpar service, subpar experience and overall come or not attitude. Why such a simple and understandable request not be accommodated? If I wasn’t sitting so close I’m sure this would be told differently. OMG spa do better! Lady should write the owner!!

i got the romantic rose pedicure and decided to just get regular polish(which i never do) because i think it’s insane that they charge 65 extra dollars! for no chip polish. a little tip if you want to keep your pedicure under $100 here just get regular polish for the time being so that your pedi doesn’t come out to be $150. They also used this blue plastic protector for their bowls, it took away from the aesthetic of the rose pedicure it made my photos look cheap. on ig they advertise there pedicures with the clean classy luxurious look of flowers in a white spa bowl. which i understand for hygienic reasons they have to use the plastic but make the plastic clear maybe.. anyway she put the foam toe separators on my feet while she painted them then sent me over to the nail dryer, the separators rubbed against my nail because they were a little too big and ruined the polish.. they were so irritated and could care less when i said one of the toes were messed up in the nicest way possible. NO one wanted to fix it. the girl who did my pedicure went on break i guess right after me. i literally sat there for around 30 minutes and over heard the girl at the front desk say “idk what the tell her” after i repeatedly asked if anyone could fix the nail really quick. They made me wait until she was done with her break. This is why i go to ig techs and gave up on salons so long ago..
