They can’t shape your eyebrows using wax only thread. They offer a package deal for services.

Eyebrow threading and wax were a fail. Uneven eyebrows. They didn’t remove any hair with whatever wax they were using. Could have told me if the hair was too short before charging me for the waxing. Would never go back here, even though it’s only a few blocks away.

Had a great experience at Omni getting my brows threaded and tinted, as well as my lashes tinted. Astha did a great job and my brows looked more precise than ever after visiting Omni. Omni uses natural dyes so I felt safe knowing that none of the products would irritate my skin or eyes!

My eyebrows were uneven and misshapen after a threading session with Rachana. When I tried to remark on the unnatural shape, Rachana made an off-putting remark about my facial features as a way to justify the "new shape" of my eyebrows (exact quote: "you have such a large forehead, an arch wouldn't look good on you"), which I thought was unnecessary and rude. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 12+ years and have never had this experience (or current eyebrow shape for that matter). Other clients seem to have had a good experience here, so it might just be me (and my large head) that threw her off.

This is the worst eyebrow thread I’ve ever had. The technician did not seem to know what she was doing at all. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for 10+ years and I can confidently say this is the worst experience I’ve had with a technician. I was so frustrated the whole time. I believe some of the other technicians may be better and it’s just this one, but I won’t be coming back.

Very good hospitality with experienced staff. Covid-19 rules were followed. My eyebrows were done very nicely, didn’t hurt. Looking forward to coming back.

Worst eye brow threading I’ve ever had. The technician does not know the craft and my left eye now has a huge scar / bruise that hurts. Rule number 1 of threading: DO NOT CAUSE HARM! No trimming offered either. And it’s 40% more expensive than my regular spot in the city. Totally not worth it!

I already go to Kyamuna for all of my waxing needs (close to painless as it can get!), but today she also gave me a pre-vacay lash lift and tint. As you can see from my before and after, she’s taken my no-makeup game up significantly. I love it and will definitely be back!

She went above and beyond for my service. However, she was using waxing strips for sugaring. I was confused. I’ve never seen anyone use strips for sugaring. Clean environment.

my brows are now perfectly shaped thanks to the care and expertise of Rachana. I’m never careful with my brow care, but she did not chastise me in the slightest. That alone is well worth the price of admission. Rachana is super thorough and patient and was grateful when I asked whether everyone was vaccinated. (I was especially grateful to hear that all employees have been vaxxed and boosted.) I have found my go-to place at last. thanks Omni!

Exceptional work. (I opted for threading and sugaring.) Best underarm and bikini waxes I've had so far! Rachana was very hospitable, detailed, considerate, and fast. Felt very comfortable with their COVID-19 safety practices. Looking forward to coming back.

Quiet cozy place. Relaxing experience. They use sugar wax with strips as opposed to the hard sugar wax that you reuse. I find it a little less painful. They change out wooden sticks after every use (as they should). Kind and accommodating employees.
