Gave me a huge rash all over my face almost a 3rd degree burn. Tried telling them their service was painful and they said “Nothing we can do about it your face is just sensitive” and here I am. If you want your face to look normal and you want to be pain free, do NOT come here

First off let me start off by saying Dr. Wayman delivered both of our beautiful boys so we go way back. Heck of a lady who works unbelievably hard. I’ve been going to the spa for several different things the last couple of years. When you’re big and ugly you have to do all you can to keep yourself presentable. It’s a very enjoyable environment and all of the gals there are ridiculously nice and helpful. It’s an easy decision for me to highly recommend this establishment. They’ll take great care of you and make you feel extremely comfortable even if you’re a big ol’ ugly guy like me.

I went to this Spa because I’m new to OKC and needed a new Biote provider. I met with an older lady by the name of Misty Wayman. She had great bedside manner and made me feel at home. That’s the only positive thing I can say about here and her Spa. She consulted with me and had me get some blood drawn. My test levels were way low to say the least. I told her I was used to getting 12 pellets verses the 10 she told me she wanted to start me off with. She told me if I was not happy with my levels at my 3 week check up she would give me a booster. I went in for blood work at the 3 week mark and my levels were 300 points less than what I’m used to. I called the office for a booster and they set me up for 8:30 am the following day. When I tell you the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing in this joint it’s an understatement. I went in and waited for 30 minutes to have a nurse come tell me that Misty Wayman said she was happy with your levels. I told her that’s not what we had discussed and she had assured me she would give me a booster. This lady couldn’t even come own up to her lies! She had my $900.00 in cash and she wasn’t making any money off of the booster is all this boiled down to. I don’t wish bad or ill will on anyone but this lady is not someone I would recommend for any type of aesthetics. She made it very apparent she does not value her customers.

I’ve been coming since it’s open they offer so many things. I’ve gotten my tattoo removal and just recently laser hair removal. The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable when I ask questions. I absolutely love the atmosphere! I definitely will keep coming back!

The management and staff at Omni Lux are simply the best. You're treated more like a friend than a customer. My personal opinion is that they use the absolute best products available!
