Shayla provided extreme customer service. I was in the area after a haircut and stopped by. She was able to accommodate my needs & shampoo my hair. Very nice and the atmosphere of the shop was super peaceful. I highly recommend Shayla for your beauty needs.

Beware!!!!! Shayla will scam you. I had an appointment set up for 10am this morning, and Shayla was a no show I stayed will 10:35am and no sign of her. I called her several times and no answer and no vm set up to leave msg. I texted her several times and no response. Later that afternoon she charged my account as if she had done my hair. I called again and she answered this time and stated that she had emailed me this morning an hour before our appt and rescheduled it for 10:30am which she was still not there at 10.30am. She was rude very unprofessional and took no accountability. She should have called or texted me on such short notice to make sure that I was okay with the change or even rescheduled if needed. She had an attitude and told me I was making her upset and that I needed to work on my communication. This was the most unprofessional and frustrating experience I have ever had. I'm so disappointed that she would treat anyone this way. You should always treat people the way you can to be treated.

I had an exceptional experience here. I went to see Shanee for lock maintenance and a hair cut. She was very accomodating, professional and I left feeling freshly in love with my hair. I appreciated her friendly and positive nature and for the fly style. I am looking forward to returning for more. Give this space a shot. Its worth it.

A coworker recommended the shop to me as I am only here near the Greenville area for a few months. Darryel contacted me. She was very professional, quick with a response, quick with setting me up with an appointment and I was in and out when I got there. I have had bad experiences in the past. She listened to my concerns and DELIVERED beyond my expectation! Very knowledgeable and sweet. Would definitely recommend her and the Omni Rootz. I loved my hair. She is now 1 of 2 I will ever let in my head.

Omni Rootz is by far the BEST place to go if you want your hair done, I've been going to Shayla since I was 14 and I’m now 20 years old. I’ve never had an issue, anything you want done she can do, and if not their are other stylists who can, who are also wonderful! The mood in the salon is ALWAYS warm and friendly they are very welcoming. I highly recommend coming here to get your hair done.
