Great experience! Highly recommend. It did take alittle longer than I was expecting so make sure you have enough time. Great results. Can’t wait to go back! Nice office, smelled amazing, nice artwork, friendly staff, Dr D. Is extremely personable and easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns and didn’t push anything on me, he explained everything he was doing and always made sure I was OK. Make the appointment, you won’t regret it. I’ve wanted this procedure for many years but was always too scared (under eye filler) I’m so glad I found Omni Sculpt!

Dr. DeGironemo an artist. I have previously gotten botox from my dermatologist and while I liked my results, I never thought it was worth it to keep up with the injections and didn't return. Then I got dysport from Dr. D. OMG, my forehead hasn't been this smooth since high school. Worth every single penny. Dr. DeGironemo is knowledgeable, kind, funny, and, most importantly, a skilled perfectionist. Office hours are convenient, service is prompt. I will be back for my reinjections!! Update: since my original post, I have continued to keep up my Botox and have added a touch of filler. I was nervous about the filler, you see so many women ruin their faces with excessive filler, they end up puffy and weird looking. By using a restrained touch, Dr. DeGironemo provides subtle yet effective treatment with filler. I had people tell me I looked rested and “ten years younger” after the injections, but no one guessed it was filler. No fear of “pillow face.” A licensed, knowledgeable injector is worth the money, people. Don’t go for the cheapest option. It’s not worth the risk when it comes to your face. Any rando with a syringe can say they are an injector, but you want someone who has a license and years of anatomical education. You want Dr. D and team.

Iam now 62 yo and Dr.D has me looking like lime time has stood still for me at 40.Seriously 😆 I use to live in Houston and would travel to Dallas just for Dr.D I recently moved here to Dallas in September and there was only 2 reasons 1: grandkids 2: Dr. D. 😊 he is absolutely amazing 😊

Love my result! Friendly staff. Smooth and professional service. I'm not being incentivized in any way to write this review. I wanted some filler to subtly reduce the hollow circles under my eyes. Totally happy with my result as it is exactly what I was going for. I uploaded a before and after photo for you to this review. The after photo was taken 5 days or so after the procedure, and you may notice a small amount of bruising still. It is there because I was taking ibuprofen a week leading up to the procedure which can thin blood and cause bruising. The bruising will be totally gone in a day or so as of writing this. The filler feels totally integrated with my face and I cannot feel it -- feels the same as before the procedure.

This is the type of place that I felt safe coming because you are being seen by an ACTUAL DOCTOT. We went over cost BEFORE anything to make sure I was ok with this. It was obvious Dr. D cares about the long-term health and wellbeing of his patients. I would refer people to him. And return.

Dr. D is AMAZING. I was really nervous about getting my lips done for the first time. There are so many places that will do it, and being disappointed with my result was obviously a big concern. I did my research and chose Omni Sculpt. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve had friends who started going here and they’ve loved their results too. You shouldn’t trust anyone to touch your face if they don’t have a real understanding of the anatomy they’re working with. A huge part of my decision was based on Dr. D being an MD. I’ll recommend him to anyone looking to get something done. He listens and really cares about getting you the best possible result.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the results of my 2nd visit to Dr. DeGeronimo. I was very reticent, on visit # 1, to do anything else than what I had been doing for 20 years. He explained the procedure of making my face look balanced. He answered questions about the ingredients in these products. I finally bit the bullet and am so happy I did this for myself! My husband said I look younger when I saw him afterwards! And, his staff is fabulous, too!

I went to see Dr Degironemo right before my wedding and I was blown away by the results. He was able to give me natural results that helped me feel so beautiful and confident on my big day. After lots of research and reading lots of reviews i decided to go with Kybella for my stubborn chin fat I came across Dr. D and decided to go with him and i am very happy i did . The staff is very nice and friendly and Dr. D is great with an awesome bedside manner. He explains everything to you in detail , doesn't force anything, gives you suggestions based on his expertise , and provides realistic expectations. If you don't need it he is going to tell you. After careful consideration i did my first treatment of Kybella this past Monday (12-02-24) it was a little painful but i have a high pain tolerance so not too bad the next day i was swollen like a bullfrog but that was to be expected as he had already explained everything.. Week 1 my swelling has decreased significantly and only just a little tender i can already tell i will not need a second round but he did tell me i needed fillers in my chin since it is small and weak so i'm looking into my next phase with that. I highly recommend Dr. D I will post photos at my next appointment in 5 weeks Thank you Dr D. for helping me regain my confidence 🥰

After turning 40 this year, I wanted to give myself a boost in order to keep up with my kids. Dr. Louis was recommended by a friend, and I’ve had a great experience so far. His guidance has been spot on for what I needed, and my wife has really enjoyed being under his care as well. Highly recommend him for longevity medicine, outside and inside.

This was my first time getting lip fillers, and I was a bit nervous but excited at the same time! The staff were so welcoming, and the consultation was great. The injector took time to explain the procedure, answer my questions, and discuss what kind of results I could expect. They even applied extra numbing cream and a stress ball beforehand so the process could be more comfortable! The results were so good and they even offered me a serum that’ll help me with the bruising and swelling! I’ll definitely be coming back to get more filler:)! I recommend Omni Sculpt MedSpa for anyone considering lip fillers. Or any filler!

Update: Dr. DeGironemo reached out to me personally and apologized for the subpar interaction with front desk. His communication skills are outstanding and he displays great leadership. He seems extremely personable. I did not book, but I hope to meet him one day. I appreciated his response. Original Review: Was thrilled about reviews and photos. My old med spa closed and I’ve been searching for a new one. I called to book a new patient consult and there was so much background noise I couldn’t hear Kelsey very well. It sounded like she was in a crowded room. I was alone in my car so I knew it wasn’t on my end. I let her know I couldn’t hear her she became extremely curt and I could hear her flustered tone of voice. Upon setting the appointment I thanked her and she hung up on me despite me not being done talking. We hadn’t even discussed other questions I had. I called back immediately and cancelled appointment. If front desk is this rude and it’s allowed, I can’t imagine I’d want nor trust the injector touching my face. Don’t let the professional website fool you.
