Hands down my favorite nail spa in Philadelphia. I spent years finding quality salons that were worth the money. The spa itself is gorgeous and clean. The customer service is an 11/10. And the techs are so skilled. Naomi is my personal favorite, but everyone is so kind and talented. My favorite salon in Philly!

Great service all around. The ambiance inside is immaculate. A different vibe on a whole new different level. Anyway I had got the Decadent Pedi package which was serviced by Samon P. When I tell you the best foot massage I've gotten done ever! don't believe me? go try it! I dare you. But here's a quick video I did while I was there. My new favorite salon and spa! I had my first experience at Omnia right before Christmas and I must say, I was so impressed! Not only is the space absolutely beautiful, from the moment you walk through the doors you are made to feel special. The receptionist took my coat and hung it up for me after offering me a beverage. Immediately I could tell how clean and pristine the space was and that this team is committed to professionalism and making their clients happy. I got a fast dry manicure with Samon and I cannot say enough how happy I am with her services! She helped me pick a color, gave me some different options of what I might want and quickly got to work. She listened to anything I asked of her and gave the best hand massage! After that, I got a pedicure and that was even better! The equipment was top of the line, every employee was so kind and accommodating and they offer such a vast variety of services. Samon was so professional, funny, kind, and you could tell she’s passionate about not only about what she does but her clients too! Samon is the best and I cannot recommend her and Omnia Spa enough! I’ll be booking my next appt today!

I had my 2nd Russian manicure at this establishment both times done a bit differently but this time I could tell was exceptional. My nail technician Sole was meticulous and fast actually. I will post pictures at my 3week appointment. Also the customer service is very good. Prices are a bit expensive but the salon is beautiful, clean and offers many services.

I paid $95 for a horribly done Russian manicure. I went in for BIAB but since it was so transparent…I ended up adding gel on as well. The application is uneven. Some areas are darker than others. The surface is bumpy. The worse part is that the gel color doesn’t even go sidewall to sidewall. HUGE gap. Really disappointed!

I received a cleaning old polish($15) gel ($15), chrome ($25), and French ($15) manicure with a European cuticle(55) trim. I was not happy with the European cuticle trim because it is not how it should be, but whatever. I spent a total of $125, excluding tips. The salon is beautiful, and the staff is very organized. Update: 1 week later, all my polish started bubbling. I am not considering coming back.

October update: Another amazing brow service with Taylor. I lived in Philadelphia for the month of June when I first met Taylor (review below and see pics 2 and 3). I have not been able to find anyone (I tried 4 different people locally) who can map, shape, wax and style my brows like Taylor. She is a makeup artist so she appreciates that brows need to look symmetrical and perfect. I live 30 miles away from Philadelphia and happened to be in town yesterday so I booked an appt. with Taylor for a brow wax and my 1st brow tint ever (see 1st pic!). I literally do not trust anyone except Taylor to touch my brows now. I am a forever client who will make the trip every month on the train so she can make me feel so amazing and beautiful. June:I had an amazing relaxing day at Omnia. If you want the best natural brows...go see Taylor. She took the time to map out my brows, shape them perfectly and filled them in with a brow pencil, so they have the appearance of microbladed brows. I have been getting my brows waxed for years and they never looked this good. Absolutely phenomenal work. Hannah did my gel mani/pedi. Her work was meticulous on my very short nails. I am looking forward to them growing long again. I appreciated all of the world class treatment. This was my first time at Omnia. I will definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Omnia Spa Old City, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way, deserving a 10/10 rating. The customer service was top-notch, and the upscale setting radiated warmth and sophistication. The décor was stunning, and my technician, Jason, was not only skilled but also delightful. I appreciated the comprehensive range of services offered, from hair and brows to lashes and facials.

I think it’s concerning that this salon has a surcharge for the length of nails. This was my 1st visit based on seeing someone’s tik tok, the nail tech mentioned it and I didn’t think anything of it. I would get short nails too if I’m going to be charged an extra 20-50 dollars. I’ve gotten nails done in larger metro areas (LA, NY, Atlanta etc) and never was charged extra for the length that I wasn’t aware of prior to booking an appointment. The tech did a decent job, I likely won’t return.

I never give reviews, but I am Extremely disappointed with Omnia and will never return. After spending a lot of my time here. I sent my sister in for a VERY special occasion and the quality of customer service was so disappointing. She had the most chaotic and undeserving experience and I can no longer return. After even speaking to the co-owner Naomi she would take NO ACCOUNTABILITY about it and even tried to blame me for not knowing what a “team up” is. Why would we know what that is. Subjecting my sister to sitting uncomfortably for hours getting her nails and feet done at the same time while people were yelling around her because there was no order amongst the employees. Had my favorite nail technician in poor working conditions and changed feet technician three times and didn’t even give her a full leg or feet massage. Paying $100 for a pedicure for poor customer service is not what I would ever encourage anyone to do. Disappointed because I loved my regular nail technician but refuse to support a business who doesn’t take accountability or care about the retention of their clients.

Long review but please read. I just had the worse experience ever at this nail salon. I’ve been before and it was good, but this nail tech was horrible and the salon took absolutely no accountability! The tech was using the electric filer to remove my gel on my toes. It started to feel super tender so I told her, she apologized but kept filing. It then started hurting so I told her to stop and looked at my toe, it’s an actual crack in the middle of my toe nail!! 1. How the hell did you file that much that you cracked my toe nail. 2. WHY THE HECK WOULD YOU KEEP FILING!! Another nail tech came over and apologized but said since it was an opening (crack) she wouldn’t recommend polish, acrylic or anything be placed on the toe. So now my big toe it just bare!!! I was frustrated so I decided to just get the gel on my nails removed and not get my nails done. I get To the front and the lady says my total is $86… so I asked why? My pedicure couldn’t be complete, toe nail polish couldn’t be complete and I didn’t get my nails done. Again, all bc of something their tech did. She goes I know, I’m sorry about that. Then proceeds to call the owner who says they’ll make a note on my account for next time and make sure she doesn’t do my nails again… huh? You think I’m coming back here? And they acknowledged that she messed up and kept apologizing but no actions behind it. So I paid $86 for an incomplete pedicure and my nails still aren’t done. Lmao I feel like I just got punked. And what’s even more frustrating is that I probably can’t get my toes done for a while bc now the toe has to heal!! I could Literally cry 😢 Thennnn they usually validate parking if you spend over $100 (which I would have done if my services could be completed, which again wasn’t my fault that they weren’t) so now I have to also pay for parking. I asked if she could validate it, she flat out said no lol so $100 spent for an incomplete pedicure and nails not done!!! I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon to anyone!!!!! 0/10, the nail tech messed up big time and I understand people make mistakes but ACCOUNTABILITY in this case would’ve went a long way!!! I’m so upset

Awful experience here. Do not go here unless you want to overpay for less than average work. I paid extra for a French pedicure that looked terrible I didn’t even want to go on vacation with it. When I called to just ask for a color change within their 3 day time period they charged me $40 dollars to fix their mistake. Unprofessional and greedy. It looked so bad that I had them do white polish because I didn’t trust them to do French at that point. Management was no help nor did she offer a price difference for the color. They use to be good here but I would never go back or recommend!

My nail technician actually gave me the WRONG color. I didn't notice until I got off the bus in the sunlight. I had showed her a picture of what I wanted and ha assumed she pulled the right one. I called them and asked could I return for the right color the next day...and she told me it would cost me to do that!! I spent $$$! NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT!!!!!!

Always SO accommodating and thorough. Everyone there is very kind and professional and the spa itself is beautiful and immaculate! I’ve been getting gel mani/pedi and lashes there since they’ve opened and it’s been such a luxury to have them in Old City. Highly, highly recommend!

Omnia is worth every penny and support! Went in for the first time today and enjoyed my experience so much, and will be a returning customer! My nail tech was Snow and I appreciated the attention to detail and level of quality on my structured/hard gel french manicure overlay. She took her time, ensured I was okay every step of the way, was extremely knowledgeable and attentive and just overall an excellent tech! I have been trying out new shops since moving here and am so glad I've finally found the one. My mother is a specialized nail tech and i've always found it hard to find shops and techs that match my standards of quality, skill, and professionalism. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed that the techs are well versed in Russian Manicures which is not common in Philadelphia. Very pleased! Thank you , Snow & Receptionist team! You all were wonderful.

One of the technicians misunderstood me and cut down my natural nails to put on extensions (which I did NOT ask for) which also doesn’t even make sense given that my nails were already long. Picture 3: My nails AFTER my appointment. I paid $104 for this. I mean the work speaks for itself, you tell me if this looks of substantial quality? My experience was far from what I expected. I would’ve been better off going to a chop shop. Oh and I was there from 11:30-3:00 in the afternoon! All they could offer me was a $15 gift card. An absolute joke. Edit: Their response to this absolute rubbish and the owner is manipulating the truth to protect the integrity of their company. I feel it’s important to clarify some points to ensure accuracy. Again, I did not request extensions. The length of my nails in the initial picture clearly indicates that extensions were NOT needed as my nails were already long. As far as my nail condition, my nails were healthy, and there was no reason to cut them down and add fake tips. The condition of my nails prior to the appointment can be seen in the photos I provided. I even added more pictures of what my nails looked like prior to my appointment to further prove that my nails were long and healthy. I expressed dissatisfaction with the service quality, not the cost. I requested a refund or store credit, which was declined. Instead, I was offered a $15 gift card which I had no choice but to accept even though it didn’t address my concerns or the fundamental issue of my dissatisfaction with the service provided. As far as me declining the offer to see another technician, I declined because my initial experience at Omnia Spa left a bad taste in my mouth. I didn’t feel another attempt would be worth it considering the issues during my first visit. It was a very draining experience. I believe it’s important for the truth to be represented accurately. My intention isn’t to harm your business but to provide an honest account of my experience.

I had high hopes for this place based on the good reviews but I did not find this place to be worth the price. I got a gel nail polish manicure and did not get what I asked for (a simple square with rounded corners, nude nail with glitter). I had to run to catch a train so I did not have time to ask for any corrections. I did not get the glitter I asked for, the corners of some of the nails were so sharp I had to reshape them at home, and the nail polish started peeling up after less than a week of very typical wear (every single nail is peeling up in at least one edge of my cuticle). My partner also got a manicure at the same time as me and the tech cut the side of their nailbed with the cuticle trimmers. The customer service was fantastic (hence the two stars), I just wish the manicure was better.

I walked into this place after being referred by my hair dresser and immediately loved the vibe! The customer service here goes above and beyond any place I’ve ever been before! I am visiting from Canada and they immediately treated me as if they knew me for so long! So happy with all the services I have received here over my stay in Philly! I have gotten lashes, eye brows and pedicure and acrylic full set.. I highly recommend this place!!

Since my birthday is this weekend, I knew I wanted to get my nails done and have a different experience to feel more pampered/relaxed after some very busy months. So, after doing some research and seeing great reviews of this spa, I decided to give them a try + so glad I did! As soon as I walked in, it felt like the ideal vision for what I think of for a spa environment - clean cut design, bright lighting, modern chic yet comfortable furniture. I was immediately greeted by the front desk staff. They checked me in pretty quickly and asked what I would like for my complimentary drink (I chose a Mimosa). Though I got my pedicure done first, I was able to solidify the color options for my manicure. Since I had a particular French dip design in mind, the staff was super helpful in finding the right base color. Ezgi did my pedicure and she was great! I loved talking to and getting to know each other and I felt relaxed and taken care of during my pedicure experience. For my manicure, they changed my person and I ended up with Camille - love her!! She was so personable and kept the conversation easily flowing while doing my nails. And she did an excellent job! I wanted a particular design for this dip full set and she executed it perfectly. Perfect length and shape, design done exactly as I requested (including the heart on each ring finger) and overall well done service. Some may say that the prices are a little high, but I'm of the mind that you tend to pay for what you get. I feel that I've paid almost the same at one or two other places, but didn't get the same level of experience. The atmosphere, cleanliness, professionalism and friendliness of the staff along with the quality of service is worth it. I highly recommend checking them out and I plan to go back again soon!
