Overall a good experience. I love the color I received but the initial cut was uneven. The salon was able to get me in quickly to correct the cut with a different stylist. She even shampooed and styled my hair. I really appreciate the atmosphere of the salon and how curteous they were to correct a mistake.

“Amber has been recommending products & hair tips for over 10 years now. If it wasn’t for her, my hair wouldn’t nearly be as healthy as it is now. I wear my hair natural and curly always but even though my hair is as curly as it is, it’s extremely fine. I’m allergic to just about everything lol and my hair is just as sensitive. She’s taught me what my curls need according to my unique hair texture & hair needs. She’s helped me learn and give some sort of direction to help me find what I needed. I also used to use drug/grocery store shampoo and conditioner until amber told me how horrible it actually is for anybody’s hair and WOW what a difference in professional shampoo and conditioner alone. Amber has never recommended anything that wasn’t beneficial for me. The pricey professional products are 100% worth it and Amber knows what she’s doing! She’s extremely educated in the products she uses and will tell you why she’s using it. If opposed to anything, she always listens to her clients and is never offended. Don’t be afraid to trust her and experience all she has to offer”

Amber is an awesome stylist. She has been an excellent stylist for at least 7 years. My style stays for 3-4 days. She is totally consistent. When I leave the salon, I always feel fabulous. Try her, you will love her. Sarah Griffith

I love Crystal. She's awesome @ what she does and always so nice and happy. I cheated on her 2xs by going to other places, and she never made me feel bad(lol). I love the Customer Service also. This, salon is awesome

I was told my stylist would call me back to schedule an appointment. After several days and no call, I stopped in to be greeted by the manager where she scolded me on their policy.I didn't appreciate her rudeness and condescending attitude. I won't be back.

Every two weeks I visit with the salon for gel nail fill-ins. Debbie Solar is the tech that make my nails look beautiful. She also does the pedicures. When she isn't available, Trina or Joanna do the trick . I have had my hair cut and styled by Angie, who is very good. Also, Crystal is THE ONE for waxing. Everyone who works in this salon are very friendly and very eager to make your visit pleasant. I recommend On The Boulevard Salon & Spa to anyone (men/ladies) who want this experience.

Nope. Paid $150 when I was quoted $110 on phone, but whoever they booked me with was out with a sick kid so they said this lady charges more..not my problem! Haircut and just touching up roots (w/ "gloss") Haircut wasn't a disaster but not great either. And a few days later I still have grays.....so she didn't even cover my roots! Unprofessional about the charges and now I have to still go somewhere else VERY SOON to just get roots done. Feeling played and wasted money

Recently moved to Baton Rouge. Found this salon near me with good reviews. First time I went in had lost lot of shoulder length hair due to illness. New hair growing in about 4 inches long - total mess!! Angie cut & styled hair that day & looked great - especially given mess it was to begin with! Over several months cut grew out - & looked great at each new length. Time to get styled again at longer length. Scheduled with Angie again - again she did wonderful cut & style. Will definitely continue to have Angie style for me. She is awesome!! Have also had Crystal wax brows & lips. Excellent, good for several weeks. Plan to have Crystal do permanent eyeliner after 1st of year. Staff always pleasant.
