I really enjoyed my experience here. I was a walk-in customer and I got service right away. They have gel X nails. Lin was my nail tech. She was fantastic! The place is clean and offers a lot of services. They have a hair salon and offer waxing and threading for eyebrows. I will definitely be back.

nails: 5stars if you do with Henry, he is the best. Hair: I did my hair with Sam, I think that's he's name, he keep trying to flirt with me the entire time, very unprofessional. it was the week of my wedding and he did nothing like I asked for, I hated my hair and I feel ugly, but I pretend I was okay with it just cuz I wanted to leave tht hair chair as soon as possible, I was so uncomfortable with the constant flirting, bad job and no professional at all. Now I have to think what to do with my hair on the week of my wedding. Nails are overpriced.

Terrible service. Two of my fingers were bleeding. There is glue all over my hands. I found the service rather rough.I did acrylic nails. The sides were not even polished correctly.

i never met a more rude person one of the employee (nail tech)from this salon who unplugged my stylist drier as he began to blow dry my hair and she had to plug in her wax machine ( she does acrylic nails) without a care about me as a client and waved her hand to me to go away … and said her client is waiting … no respect and no empathy for others.,, and when i tried to reach the salon owner she wouldn't return my call in addition i looked up their a/c filters must not have been changed because it seems to be dust/mold so thick over the wash bowls it made me sick to see. it appears the owner is absentee and doesnt care about what happens in the shop I like my stylist Paul who is kind and an experienced professional. He didnot say a word regarding his coworker being pure mean!! i felt terrible for him but if not for him i would Avoid this salon ! i took pictures of the filters to show owner if she took the time to hear my complaint if she cared.

I researched best places for dip near me and this salon had the best reviews and highest rating but I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I made an appointment for dip manicure and was told my appt was with Andy. I was sat down and waited for someone then eventually had two other technicians rush me through (not sure what happened with Andy) but a rush manicure is not very comfortable or relaxing. And it took 2 hours. The shape is great and the dip was ok… but because it was rushed the product was not applied edge to edge. The top layer with was done with a gel coat did not stay for even a couple days.

AMAZING!!! Came into town and googled the closest salon. This one came up, but, I thought I’d ask around also. And I was directed here. This has been the BEST blow dry I’ve EVER had. Super quick, and the sweet lady listened to what I wanted/expected. *HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Gem**

Georgette SLAYS the hair game. The color is always perfect and she does a gorgeous job with the blow dry and style. My curly hair leaves her chair transformed! 🙌🏻

Georgette is a gem! I came in visiting Chicago from out of town and am so lucky I found Georgette. She made me comfortable and did a phenomenal cut and blow dry. She somehow created exactly what I had in my mind! I had a fabulous Mani / Pedi as well by a fantastic staff member.

I just moved to the city and was in search of a new nail salon, and boy am I glad I found this place! Lynn gave me a dip manicure and it’s truly the best I’ve ever received. She shaped my nails perfectly how I’ve always wanted them and she was so sweet and took her time to make my nails look pristine! Can’t wait to go back!

I went here for the first time on my lunch break from northwestern on this past Thursday to get a quick no chip manicure and I thought I would have gotten high end treatment with the amount they charge for just a no chip mani. I had a girl named Daniella who seemed sweet but didn’t speak a lick of English so I couldn’t tell her what I wanted her to do or fix. She started taking my old polish off with only a drill, she didn’t soak them off with acetone like most other shops do which made my nails super thin and brittle. My cuticles were BARELY cleaned and from what I learned, you need a good cuticle cleanup in order for no chip to last. And lastly, the most important part- the polish had already started chipping on day 3!! All for over $50! Super disappointed and will not recommend this place to anyone!

I’ve never had to leave a bad review prior to this.. but I felt it was necessary after the price I paid. Lupita did both my full set and my pedicure. My pedicure was OK, minus the polishing.. I had paint on my skin. I had an acrylic full set done, I wanted a wider square round nail… but she glued on skinny coffin nails. I got home and actually like looked at my nails, not a single nail was the same length, I had glue under my nails and even on some of the sides of my nails, the acrylic was so uneven that the gel polish couldn’t make it look all one color. ONE nail was literally so visibly shorter on both hands. I was truly embarrassed to go out in public. The following day I called and the lady who answered was very professional and apologetic but requested me to have the same girl re do it, or she could refund me.. but it was never refunded. I obviously had to go elsewhere and pay for them to soak them off and restart because of how tragic they were… and even that nail esthetician was in complete shock at how badly they were. Maybe one of these days I’ll receive my $65 refund.

Moonie and Lynn have impeccable customer service skills. They made me feel welcomed. Moonie is meticulous and takes her time. She does such an amazing job and beautiful designs. She is honest on whether or not she can create a look and shape of choice. She is extremely knowledgeable on the health of nails. She gave me great suggestions and advice on what would be best for me. I saw Lynn do a beautiful set on her client as well.

Walked over from our hotel...truly fantastic work! I didn't feel rushed during the drying process, and prior to that, the attention to detail was impressive. Price for a basic pedicure was less than where I live, in a smaller city. Highly recommend!
