I know some reviews complain about people being rude that work here... but I don't think that's the case at all. They are hard-working and attentive to detail. I adore Nini, but all the people working in this salon do great work. 5 stars here! I have been going for 2 1/2 years. Trust my review!

The worst service I’ve ever gotten. I went here for my wedding pedicure. The nail technician told me to wait 15 minutes for my nails to dry. She did French tip which was absolutely uneven and did not look good at all. I went back before my wedding to get them fixed. They couldn’t get me in and they told me it was my fault. I had to get a whole other pedicure on top of all the wedding plans I had.

Had an amazing powder dip done this week while traveling through town. This would be my "go to place" if I lived here. On time with my appointment, fast and efficient, and super job!!!! Love it!

Went in to get sweater nails done. Was not a fan. But since the nail technician was pleasant and I had an appointment scheduled for the following day, I figured I would just get it fixed when I went in the following day. Unfortunately, an emergency came up the day of my appointment and I was forced to cancel the two pedicures I had scheduled. When I called to cancel, the receptionist informed me I would be charged $10 per service for the cancellation. I was never told of this policy, (when I had made the appt, less than 24 hours prior, I was just told to let them know ahead of time if I had to cancel. Makes sense, but never told of the charge.) When I informed the receptionist of this she rudely stated she did tell me. I was not going to argue and go into detail of my emergency. I will just never be going to this establishment ever again. Deserves no stars.

I personally would not book with “Arraya” she cut up my fingers while filling them down and didn’t do a great job on the nail art I requested. Plus I was definitely overcharged, I could’ve said something but I didn’t want to embarrass her nor myself. I asked for almond and she gave me stubby stilettos….

My wife and daughter went here and it wasn’t a great experience. Charges for services that were not done. Manicures for both, one got lotion hand massage and the other did not. Employees were arguing. Not a clean place of service. Beautiful place but workstations were not clean. And they had not been open long. My wife got powder dip and the guy filed her nails down so much they were painful after.

I have them a 3 because I did like the way my nails looked on my hands… however not great experience. The first time I went as soon as I walked in I felt so awkward and weird. They were NOT friendly at all and very unwelcoming. However, I stayed bc I just moved here. I had a nail tech I won’t name her but her name started with “A”. she was very nice and personable and I did enjoy talking to her. And her talent was great. I loved my nails so I decided to try to go back and maybe if they saw I had been a customer before they would be more welcoming. Not the case. I had a different nail tech and my nails DID look good, all my nails turned green and I got an Infection. I have been getting nails for 12 years, new sets every couple times. Never had this happen. She also didn’t speak one word to me the entire time and wasn’t very nice at all. So I just felt awkward. Then I got a pedicure and the lady was sweet, she filed my toes down until they burned and I took pictures in the care immediately after. I told her multiple times it hurt and she kept saying just ticklish, and continued. The paint and shape did look good, but it was actually super painful. And yes I still tipped well bc I’m an empath and hate being mean 🥴🥴🥴 so, I gave them a 3 because honestly my nails looked good! But atmosphere was terrible 😔 and the fact I now have bacteria and also my feet were in terrible pain after the second time, I won’t be back. This is a 100% honest review and this is for the people just moving here and wondering where to go, I’d avoid.

The nail tech was very quiet and not very personable. My dip powder overlay was very nice but the top clear coat did not last beyond the same day. 4 days out and it was peeling off the tip of most of my nails and today, 6 days later they are chipping off the tips. I am on vacation and should def not have to redo my nails normally any sooner than 3 weeks. My pedicure however was super. The nail tech was very sweet and did a great job.

My friend and I got pedicures with regular polish (I got black and white stripes on my big toes and sky blue on the rest, they did a great job). We chose the Volcano Pedis and we both agreed that they were the best pedicures either of us had ever had. They take their time to massage your feet and calves...there were rose pedals and orange slices involved in the process...It was amazing. HIGHLY recommend! Also, they are very friendly and the chairs were awesome too!

I have had great service here every time! Friendly and professional. So many choices! I loved my hand painted nails, which I requested for my first trip to Hawaii! I am never disappointed. 🙂

I have these guys another try, and I'm glad I did. Ti is the best for nails. The person who did my pedicure was ok, but no massage - just pedicure and moisturizer rubbed in.

I had a great experience the first few times I came but today wasn’t not great. The place was very empty and usually they’re packed. I waited a while to get my eyebrows and lips done. And some the technicians was just hanging out and chatting. Very disappointed

I love this salon. They may be a little more expensive than other places nearby, but it's worth it. The salon is beautiful, everyone is really nice, and they do amazing work. When I needed an overhaul after a different place (out of town) ruined my shape and gave me ingrowns, Nini and Trang gave me the reset I needed. I'm so happy with their work! Color for reference is DNC Sunset Suede (#879).

Called to ask if they have availability - they said yes. Arrived on time and when I got the the front desk person saw me but showed poor customer service: looked at me and turned away. I mentioned I would like to get a full set of nails. Again front door staff looked to the nail tech and he said “ NO”. I asked no what? And he said “ no we don’t “ I then realized he was referring there was a 2 hour wait - left this place and will never come back-

I normally go to a different nail salon but since this one had great reviews, I thought I’d try it out. The nail tech that I had didn’t know how to do the ombre set I wanted. She was yawning and visibly tired the entire time I was there. After attempts of making conversation, I just gave up. All of my nails are a different thickness. They’re not shaped right. I’ve had my set for about a week and 2 have already broken in half and I’m not rough on my nails by any means. Will not return.

Marraya did a lovely job on my nails today. Last time, I got extensions with Gel X. This time, I got extensions with acrylic. Marraya listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered a perfect look for me. I've done many nail color designs in the past, but today I wanted a simple, elegant French Manicure. Marraya Nailed It! (pun intended). I'm very happy with the quality of work and the value I've gotten at ONE.

Mindy is the best! I have been going to one nail lounge for about 6 months, and I went to Mindy before/ after she had her baby. She’s been consistent with my nails, but also taking care of my nail health. She noticed my nails were reacting to the acrylic I have always gotten, and had me switch to gel. My nails are slowly recovering, but I am just really happy to have a nail tech who cares more about just getting clients in/out and takes the time to educate me and take care of my nails!

Not impressed. I had an appointment here yesterday. The girl that did my nails spent most of the time looking at her phone that she had laying in her drawer. I had a screenshot of a picture i found on their site and she was unable to recreate. It was just glitter and a matte finish. Coming home from work today I noticed my nail had chipped….. never in 15 years have I had polish chip on acrylic nails.

When my friend was getting a pedicure and I was not and I was able to put my feet in the water and use the massage chair this place deserves 5 out 5 stars
