Mimi for the win, she did amazing on my nails . I been in the area for 3 years now salon to salon and never had anybody met my standards on nail art but she’s got it in the bag! Everybody in the shop is super nice and welcoming. One tech was so honest she couldn’t do my design and called Mimi she said she’d be there in 30 mins worth the wait . I highly recommend!!

Diana did an amazing job with my nails. I normally don’t get nails with designs but I decided to give her total creative freedom and I am so glad I did because I LOVE them! Highly recommend, fast and friendly service :)

I went in yesterday to get a SOAK OFF. It took 45 minutes for them to get my nails off, during this time I was switched between three different nail technicians who repeatedly stopped doing my nails to answer the phone when someone not even 5 feet away was doing nothing. They didn’t get all of the acrylic off of my nails because my nails would be “too weak,” but I went for a soak off to get all of the acrylic off of my nails. Today when I called asking for a refund they initially refused saying they left it because my nails would be too weak and I continuously told them that they didn’t do what I payed for which lead them to reluctantly give me a refund. Second time going to this salon and I will not be coming back.

Mimi is the best nail tech I have ever been to! She is the sweetest and beyond talented. I have never left with anything but a smile on my face. I cannot stress this enough Mimi is the BEST! This picture is my nails from a couple months ago that Mimi hand painted each individual flower flawlessly. Again, she is so amazingly talented and I strongly recommend going to her.

My girls and I have been coming here for several years. Mimi and her staff are awesome. Whatever nail style we’ve desire, Mimi has fulfilled. The service is top notch and the nail quality is the best we’ve experienced in Virginia Beach.

👄Today was my 2nd visit to this nail salon.The location is great and close to my work ( 1st Pct)Nimmo Prkwy. I was very impressed with the service and professionalism of the entire staff!! Everybody is so friendly. CeCe did my pedicure and Mani polish change my first visit. Hannah took GOOD care of me today with my pedi and hot wax. The salon is super clean , decor is spot on and the hoiday music sets the tone! The owner was attentive and made sure that I was satisfied w/ my service! I made an appt for 2 weeks! I'm Happy 👏to say THIS is my new nail spot!!! 😍 Check them out!!💅 H

This was my first time coming to this nail salon and I was greeted as soon as I came in. I didn’t schedule an appointment but was taken care of right away by Diana. She was quiet but still sweet & ensured I liked my nails throughout the whole process. I will definitely come again when I’m back in Virginia!

I’m new to the area and had been looking for a new nail salon and finally found the perfect one! I have been about 4-5 times now and I have had a different nail tech every time and the results are always consistent. The environment is great and everyone is so friendly!

Mimi is hands down the best! I’ve been to her 2 times and she never disappoints. This is my home nail salon now and I’m never going anywhere else. I get a builder gel set with gel color, and my nails are the longest and healthiest they’ve ever been. Mimi takes pride in her work, and is always available for appointments. Go see her!! Also the pedicure is amazing! The staff is always friendly and welcoming and the place is very clean.

I’ve been going to one touch for a couple years now and absolutely am obsessed! I’ll see them every 3-4 weeks for a mani and pedi, they take such good care of me always and are the only salon in Virginia Beach that does nails correctly in my eyes! Mimi kills my designs each time! I highly recommend them to everyone, I will guarantee you get complements all the time after seeing them!

This is easily the best nail salon in Virginia Beach! The inside is clean and well maintained. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Sometimes when you walk into a nail salon, you’re forced to wait a few minutes before anyone acknowledges you and it is awkward. At One Touch, I am always greeted immediately by multiple people. During peak times, they provide realistic waiting times for walk-ins which is always nice! My favorite part of this salon is how many of their manicurists can do a wide variety of styles to include dip powder, gel, and acrylic. Other salons in the area only have one or two staff who do a specific type of nail service. That can be tough when you’re walking in and no one is available to the set you need. They also have an insane amount of color options!!! Oh and Mimi might be the most talented nail artist in the state. Her artwork is very impressive. Highly recommend!!!
