I am so grateful that Mariah and Brooke were able to step in and save the day after my previous hair stylist fell through. These ladies truly went above and beyond, tackling 13 of us with such professionalism and skill. My half up hairstyle was absolutely stunning, and the updos for the bridesmaids and mothers were flawless. They arrived on time, followed the schedule effortlessly, and truly made the whole getting ready experience enjoyable and stress-free. I would highly recommend Mariah and Brooke to anyone in need of talented and reliable hair stylists. I couldn't be happier!

I loved working with Onsite Beauty Artistry for my wedding makeup! They made the whole getting ready experience so fun and all of my bridesmaids looked stunning! Mariah did my hair and makeup, she took my inspiration photos and worked wonders making me look and feel beautiful. Having an outdoor wedding in August I was nervous about how my makeup would survive throughout the day, but I didn't need to be. By the end of the night my face still felt as fresh as it did in the morning.

I cannot say enough good things about our Hair and MUA that were at my wedding this month! Sarah and Mariah were such a great team to work with, very efficient while executing the perfect look that our wedding party wanted! We received so many compliments from all the wedding guests about our looks all night long. The pricing for having a bride and 5 guests for Hair and MUA was also unbeatable compared to other companies in this area. Would highly, highly recommend this company and their team! Brooke was incredible! I got compliments on my hair and makeup all evening at my wedding, and my bridesmaids looked beautiful too. We accidentally provided her with the incorrect address, yet she was very kind and understanding. I would definitely recommend booking her for your wedding :)

Had an amazing experience working with Mariah and Brooke for my 2023 wedding. Brooke and Mariah arrived on time to our location and were quick to get set up. we had 7 people total including myself getting both hair and make up done and both were on top of making sure everyone got done before our scheduled finish time. Mariah and the Onsite Beauty team were so great to work with for our wedding! Mariah was friendly and easy to talk to when we met for preview hair and makeup. She listened to what I wanted and was happy to make modifications based on what I liked/didn’t like (as well as able to make suggestions when I couldn’t describe exactly what I was thinking!). I prefer a more natural makeup look, so I was a little nervous about looking overdone but Mariah was able to perfectly capture a look that I loved! On our wedding day, we had to start hair and makeup a little on the later side due to our venue’s arrival time but the Onsite Beauty team was flexible and able to figure out a timeline that would work. All of the stylists were very welcoming and made everyone feel comfortable. It was a really fun, stress-free way to hang out together and get ready – good vibes all around! Everyone was very happy with their hair and makeup and the pictures look fantastic!

My wife and I had a great experience! We hired them for our elopement day. They traveled to our Airbnb and did both of our hair and makeup. Being out of state, we were unable to do a trial. But just sent inspiration pictures and everything turned out like we wanted! We would recommend and would use again if ever in the area.

The little goodie bag of extra supplies was very handy as well. The whole process of the make up trial run to day of was so smooth and helped me know I chose the right vendor for my wedding hair and makeup.

Onsite Beauty did my bridal hair and makeup as well as my bridesmaids and mother of bride/groom hair & makeup! These wonderful artists took on a big group and they were so professional and kind throughout the entire process. Mariah was the lead artist and she is so talented and made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day, she really listened to me and made sure what I envisioned my bridal makeup to be came to life. All of our hair and makeup held up through a long hot summer day and a night of dancing! The team was organized and helped coordinate the makeup timeline ahead of time so there were no worries the day of the wedding! We were all ready on time and looked absolutely stunning!

The stylist helped me make a decision that kept me from having a horrible day (Bride). I was being very stubborn about having false lashes, but as it turns out, they make me a bit claustrophobic. Whoops. They helped me put my comfort first so I could focus on what mattered for my wedding. They provided a chill environment, with good music and easy conversation. On the downside, we had some communication breakdowns due to emailing. I felt like I was getting a form email with the first sentence rewritten a few times, and I did receive the exact same email more than once. But we got there in the end. I asked for a smokey eye with a little bit of purple and I picked out a slightly redder lip color. After forgoing my trial apt. I would recommend to any bride that they consider making time for it.

Brooke and Morgan styled myself, bridal party and mother’s for my wedding day! The trial was smooth and Brooke was super helpful and professional when I changed my mind about my hairstyle afterward. We added a half wig to my look and Brooke took the challenge in stride! We all felt so beautiful the day of the wedding and I’d recommend OnSiteBeauty’s services to any brides who want to feel gorgeous on their wedding day :)

Brooke and Mariah were the perfect hair and makeup team for my wedding day! I was living out of state while we made the arrangements, so I wasn't able to have a trial. But this ended up being no problem at all - Brooke immediately understood my vision for my hair, and Mariah went right to work making my eyes pop. It was just what I wanted and all my bridesmaids were really happy with their hair and makeup. Her team was really fun the day of the wedding too. Hired On-Site Beauty for my 2022 wedding and they did an absolutely amazing job! Mariah and Angelina were absolute rockstars. I really appreciated the extra time and effort they spent with myself and a few of the others getting ready to make sure everyone felt comfortable and beautiful on the wedding day. I typically have really dry skin and my makeup doesn’t always stay in place. I was AMAZED how perfect my makeup stayed during the day and even well into the evening. I’ve already recommended On-Site to 3 other brides I know getting married in 2023!

After two years of having this vendor on the books due to covid I still never got a quote and would have to write several emails to get a response. Then when I had the trial run it didn’t turn out nearly close to the inspo picture and they charged me $275 but never quoted me! Absolutely terrible service was highly disappointed. Also the tease in my hair was so bad I had to go to my hair dresser to untangle it. The owner Brooke doesn’t seem to care because she has too many clients to bother replying to people. Was very stressful so I ended up going elsewhere and they were amazing!!!!

Brooke was great to work with! She did the hair and make up for myself and the wedding party. She is very transparent with all her communications and very easy to work with. Her number one priority is that you, the client are satisfied with how you look! Her calm demeanor left everyone feeling at ease in what could pretty a pretty stressfull/ nervewrecking time. Not to mention she traveled over three hours before the sun even rose to help make us look good! You can count on Brooke and her team on your wedding day.

I would NOT suggest booking your hair and/or makeup with this company. I read the reviews and several people made comments on her responsiveness. I did not listen and I REGRET it! Personally there is enough going on during your wedding - having to email, call, and text several times to get an answer just adds to the stress. Don’t do it! Besides this fact, she doesn’t follow her own contract. I moved my wedding from 2020 to 2021. Minus the “covid cleaning fee” it specifically stated we’d stick to 2020 prices, which she did not. The artists did a good job. I think my makeup looked great! However they were 15 minutes late and we got behind schedule. Two of the bridesmaid had to get their eyelashes glued back on before they left and I had to redo one of mine after the ceremony cause it was halfway off. We had to re-curl the bridesmaid’s hair after photos/before the ceremony because it was coming out. Out of all the vendors, OnSite Beauty by Brooke was the only one I was unhappy with and wish I could have gone with someone else.

We hired Brooke and a couple of her teammates for our wedding in December. In total we had 8 gals that needed hair and makeup, including two brides. This was a wedding that was scheduled for 2020 but unfortunately had to be rescheduled due to covid, obviously, to December 2021. Initially when we booked with Brooke in 2020 she was pretty easy to get a hold of and was very responsive to my many questions. Things became a little more difficult in terms of getting a hold of her during the later half of 2020 and the first half of 2021. I think she was dealing with what everyone else in the world was dealing with: covid, rescheduling work/jobs, cancellations, trying to keep her business afloat, family deaths, kids and school, and still trying to keep her family life in good spirits. Of course, as a bride, I was trying to ensure everything was on track, panicking a little, and wanted to nail down hair and makeup. Eventually as the world calmed down - or rather - we found a way to live with what we are in now, Brooke and I connected and nailed down a plan for hair, makeup, a trial, when/where, timeline, the works. She is a pleasure to work with and such a sweet and calm person. My advice is to give her a little grace with responses. She is basically a one-person business (not counting the salon) just trying to provide her amazing services to you. She and her team did such a beautiful job on our hair and makeup. I've seriously never looked better and I've never seen my friends so done up! A++ all the way, even with some bumps in the road. Brooke, you made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day and I will forever be thankful for your amazing work. Absolutely the best decision for hair and makeup. Thank you!

Onsite Beauty By Brooke did hair and make up for my wedding ceremony on August 9th If I could leave a 10 star review I would! They are simply amazing and went above and beyond on my wedding day. First off their team is so talented and every ones hair and make up looked stunning! There professionalism was outstanding and also made myself as well as my entire wedding party feel special, beautiful and ready for the day. Holding a ceremony during covid comes along with some additional stresses, I cannot express enough how they handled this as a team and seamlessly followed all guidelines so thoroughly! They were so clean and organized and made everyone feel at ease and so relaxed not to mention were so fun to work with and have there the morning of. I've had my make up and hair done many times before and I can tell you my hair and make up has never lasted THIS LONG! It was an outdoor ceremony in 80 Degree weather and by the end of the night my hair and make up still looked so flawless. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone! They were such a wonderful start to my day and made me feel so incredibly beautiful and confident. They 100 percent exceeding all expectations I would have had, they were seriously phenomenal!!!

To say that I am disappointed by both the service and the morals of this company is an understatement. I am an emergency medicine PA, and in the time of the COVID pandemic, Brooke’s reaction was dismal. First and foremost, their COVID rebooking policy for the same day of the week next year (a Saturday) was an additional $250 fee for no reason. When I asked for a refund (given that the number of people contracted to get hair and makeup done would, by law, be an illegal gathering), she argued that I could have a gathering of 50 people without any issues. I was so appalled by her lack of social dignity, blatant disregard for human wellbeing, and illegal activity. Eventually, she spoke with me over the phone, and agreed to a 50% refund which felt fair to both parties (in the middle of replanning a wedding, I just wanted this to be off my hands). After confirming a refund via email, she NEVER refunded me. I sent follow up email after follow up email and tried to call at least 15 times with no response. I had to contact my credit card company to start a claim against her and am still awaiting a response. Please do not book with her as there are so many amazing vendors out there who are more socially conscious and deserve your support! Every other vendor I had for my small elopement was so fantastic and downright amazing, so please do NOT book with Brooke!

UPDATE: Immediately after posting this review Brooke emailed and called me to explain that she had thought she had sent my contract to me. She did not see my emails and feels it likely got lost amongst the many emails that flood her inbox. She was apologetic and immediately sent me my updated contract after the call. My experience was similar to the 1 star reviews below. Short version: Took my deposit then stopped communicating altogether for the past 4 months. Details: Had to reschedule my wedding to a new date due to COVID-19. I had already paid the deposit. Brooke was initially responsive and understanding, our communication was smooth. She confirmed that my deposit was non-refundable but that she could re-book me with a new deposit for my future date which she confirmed they would be able to do. I agreed and she said she would send me a new contract. I never got a contract. She stopped responding thereafter. No response to my three follow up emails or my two phone calls to her business in the subsequent four months. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt -- busy with all the wedding date changes, , financially difficulties in light of COVID-19 -- maybe they had closed altogether! .... but then I saw that someone posted to their instagram account 5 days ago. Clearly she is not interested in working with me anymore. Would have been nice to get some communication back that they could not or would not be able to accommodate my wedding.
