Amazing experience with Crystal and Corrinna for wedding hair and makeup! I booked the hair/makeup package with preview - they made me so comfortable and made great suggestions that went with the vibe I was after. I ended up changing hairstyles the day of and they didn't bat an eye. The day of they made me so relaxed in their beautiful salon, and the final look was perfect - I looked like a bride but still like myself! Makeup was more natural with some extra shadow/liner (didn't budge the whole day!), and hair was long with glossy s-curls. I definitely recommend them to any brides looking for hair and makeup!

I got the royal treatment! Crystal colored my hair and Corina cut it. My hair is thin, flat, and usually lifeless. I walked out of Opal Artistry with hair that made me look fabulous! The best part was it lasted for months and with little to no maintenance/styling required.

I was on the hunt for a hairstylist for my wedding, and initially reached out to Opal Artistry Salon due to how close they were to where we lived and our venue. After a trial and services on the day of my wedding, I have absolutely NO regrets and even if I moved far away I would make the drive/trip to come back! From my trial, Corrinna was attentive and helpful, coming up with suggestions for my desired look such as a mesh instead of extensions, and finding the perfect style for an elegant bun that was not too sleek/sterile or too messy, and perfected a minor change I suggested between trial day and the wedding. Initially it was going to be just myself and perhaps 1 other bridesmaid, but she was flexible when we all 4 of us decided to get our hair done together and called in Crystal who was also a pleasure to hang out with! Their salon is super cute and they are a duo that were just plain fun to chat with and be around while we were getting our hair done. All of my bridesmaids remarked on how enjoyable it was and how great Corrinna and Crystal were! I was also super stressed out the morning of my wedding as our power went out and we weren't sure if the salon still had power - she was communicative and ready to find an alternative at either the venue or family homes nearby. Luckily we did not have to pack up shop and relocate but I really appreciated the additional readiness/flexibility in case we had to go that route! Thanks again!

We worked with Opal Artistry for our hair and makeup for our wedding day. We have 5 bridesmaids, 1 mother of the bride and 1 bride. The final product of both hair and makeup were wonderful and very professional. Throughout the planning process I often had to reach out at two times to get a response. The day of our hair was on time but the makeup ran very long, rushing through the end. They estimate 30 minutes per person for makeup and it was more like 45-50 minutes. Enjoyed working with them and would recommend, just being realistic with schedule.

Crystal did my hair and makeup for my wedding and now is my go to hair stylist/color specialist! She’s knowledgeable, sweet and genuinely listens to your vision. I wanted a light, more natural look which she delivered wonderfully! I loved the whole bridal experience and the outcome!

Crystal recently did my hair and makeup for my elopement outside of Seattle. Even in spite of not being able to meet ahead of time and do a trial, she was attentive to what I wanted and did a beautiful job--I asked for a natural look, largely just to look like my best self and feel like that came through. My hair and makeup held up through several hours of hiking in the mountains (and lots of crying). I was thrilled with how I looked and could not recommend her work more!

I absolutely love Crystal! I've been following her from studio to studio for several years and am so in love with her new location in Queen Anne. She is the only one I ever let touch my hair, she also tints my lashes/brows and does my lash lifts. Her place is decorated with elegance and also it makes you feel really at home. They have a cute coffe bar and her sweet little dog loves on you! She always has great ideas for my hair and takes the time to make sure we're on the same page. I can highly recommend her! You will be glad you went!

We are so grateful to have partnered with Opal Artistry for our wedding reception! Corrinna has been my hair stylist for 5+ years and let her expertise shine with my wedding day hair perfection! Renting out the salon morning-of was a great decision – the vendor team had all their supplies and my bridal party and I could relax and have wonderful conversations in between services.

Crystal was my hairstylist for my wedding and I will continue to be her client at the salon. She did a great job with cutting my curls, and I loved how she styled my half up-do for the wedding. She's a great listener and nailed my vision. Also, she did an incredible job on my mother's hair for the wedding. Her hair is really thin/straight and Crystal still managed to create an elegant updo. She received so many compliments!! As for the space itself, the salon is really cute and clean. I recommend leaving a bit of time to find parking nearby (as it's in Pioneer square).

Both Corinna and Crystal are so talented and make sure to listen to what you want, ask questions and then deliver above and beyond. I never feel more confident or prettier than after one of Corinna’s blowouts. It’s such a treat.

Crystal is the absolute best! I've been going to her for years now and would not trust anyone else with my hair. She has truly mastered the nuances of coloring blonde hair, and does an amazing job every time. Their new studio on Queen Anne is beautiful and in such a great location.
