I recently booked a deep tissue massage for my girlfriend with Cat, who did an incredible job. My girlfriend was thoroughly impressed by Cat’s skill, attentiveness, and professionalism—she came out of the session feeling amazing and completely relaxed. Unfortunately, our overall experience was overshadowed by uncomfortable interactions with the staff. When we arrived, I rang the doorbell, and someone came to greet us. As I held the door open for my girlfriend to enter, I was stopped at the threshold and questioned about whether I had an appointment. I explained that I was there with my girlfriend and asked if they needed anything further from me since my card was already on file. At the time, I assumed the strictness might have been about maintaining a private, peaceful environment, so I let it go. Later, I returned a few minutes before my girlfriend’s session ended, waiting outside with our son while he finished a snack. Another patron arrived, rang the doorbell, and was allowed inside without hesitation, but when I approached and politely asked to wait in the lobby, I was sharply told no. After explaining that my girlfriend was receiving a massage, the staff member’s demeanor shifted, and she reluctantly allowed us to come in out of the cold. While Cat’s expertise provided a wonderful experience for my girlfriend, I found the interactions with staff off-putting and inconsistent. I’m left wondering whether these exchanges were standard practice or indicative of something else. I hope the establishment takes this feedback to ensure all customers feel welcome and valued.

Great experience as a first timer getting a professional massage. Great location nice and quiet. Staff polite and helpful. Really enjoyed it for my first time, definitely felt better after. June was great.

Opal has always been a great place. Really careful, considerable, therapeutic massages that have tangible health benefits. But my recent visit was another level. Noreen is a game-changer. I haven't been able to touch my neck for ages and wanted to avoid a very delicate area that has been life-changing. She worked up to it and by the end was able to really get into the area and relieve so much pressure and pain. Quite remarkable. Could not recommend highly enough.

Wow. What a wonderful little spot! I worked with Tina and she was phenomenal. Kind, patient, knowledgeable, and caring. The office is so peaceful and set up really well for navigating in your post-bodywork stupor haha. Can't wait to come back! I've wanted to try craniosacral therapy for years and I'm happy that I was able to start here.
