This place is the best! - very affordable too. I get my eyebrows threaded here and it’s only $8! Plus, they have a rewards program where you can get threaded for free. Everyone there does a great job, they very kind + professional, and I’ve never had a bad experience. They take walk-ins and are very fast with services!

I have been coming in this place for almost 6/7 years and the ladies always do a great job on my eyebrows, tint & eyelashes. They are very detailed and listen to you what you prefer. It’s my go to place. Highly recommend!!!

Never going back again. I went here today for my eyebrows and I've been here before, had great experience. Not sure if the girl was new but my eyebrows are the worst they've ever looked. Uneven, messy, one is too thin and one is too thick. I wouldn't even give 1 star if I could.

Usually, I get good service, but not today. I was in for a very simple procedure (5 minutes max), but the tech kept interrupting. Every time a customer entered the shop, she would stop, go talk to the customer instead of telling them to please sign in and have a seat...That's just plain disrespectful.

It was my first time coming in this place for permanent brows. It was great experience and they look fantastic after they are done with ombre shading. She was very attentive and detailed to what she was doing. Great customer service. Highly recommend!!!

I have been bringing my teenaged daughter here to have her eyebrows threaded for more than a year now. The staff do an lovely job of cleaning up her brow area (she has more substantial brows) and leaving them look natural and well groomed. We continue to visit them as they are quick, affordable, and competent.

I went to this place, on a whim, to get my eyebrows done since my friends were recommending this place but I did not expect it to be THAT good. The environment and the staffs were nice, and the services were amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Let me start off by saying that I’ve been coming here for SIX YEARS. I’ve always loved the way my eyebrows turned out, and have always received great compliments and referred many people here. However, after my visit on 9/7 I will not be returning. They did my eyebrows, I told her I only wanted my eyebrows done. She asked if I wanted my upper lip (no)…then brow tinting (no)…then started pointing out all the blackheads & whiteheads on my face and started pushing me to get a facial. I said no, she kept pressing on and said it was only $45, would make my pores look so much cleaner, my makeup so much better, me “pretty, pretty”. I called the following day and asked for the manager, they said she only works Friday and Saturday, took my name and number and said she would call back- it’s Saturday, so I called to follow up because I never got a call. She claims she called, talked to my husband (don’t have a husband and this is my cell) and he said I left for work….turns out the manager was the one that did my eyebrows and pointed out every flaw she could see. Great customer service!

Worst experience ever. I went in for a Brazilian. The lady refused to let her wax cool off a bit before putting it on me. After i mentioned several times it’s too hot. She ignores it by saying it’s on the lowest temperature. After almost a hour she began to pull the strays left out with her fingers!!! I’ve never been asked to help with a Brazilian. She needed my help as those i was her first client ever. I would def never come back her again. $45 spent in the WORST way!!! Not to mention I STILL HAVE HAIR ON ME…UGH!!

Can I say ... SMOOOOOOOOOOTH?! Came here for a brazilian deal on Groupon and ended up doing both the brazilian and also getting a lash tint. Looks to be a family owned business, but not sure. Definitely privately owned that's for sure, so I'm happy to be supporting a small business. This little shop is nothing froofy, but offers excellent prices and QUICK service! The lash tint is such a good deal! I haven't found a cheaper place for this service so I had never tried it before. It didn't take very long and turned my lashes a luscious black, which is AWESOME because I don't like to wear mascara so this will be AWESOME to just use a curler and BAM! My Groupon was for two brazilians. The first one was done by the older lady in the salon. I could tell she wasn't super experienced with it as it took a while, was kind of painful and left a little wax behind. The second time I went the brazilian was done by one of the younger ladies and she was REALLY GOOD! She was SUPER quick and the wax itself wasn't very painful at all! I could tell she is very experienced with providing this service. I'm pretty sure I've found my go-to place for waxing and tinting from here on out!!!

I have been coming to this place for years. The ladies listen to exactly how I want my brows done and do great each time. I got single lashes and facial other day and absolutely enjoyed the service. Big shout out to Optimal Eyebrow Threading.

Good place for eyebrow threading (cheap) - about 2 of their workers are very consistent with their work - others often rush and do not keep consistent shape, slow down a bit.
