Callie has done my hair before and I was very satisfied with the cut. I arrived to an appointment that I had made 2 weeks prior and I was exactly 5mins late due to traffic. When I went in I was told she had to finish up a client because I was late and I could have someone else. I said I would wait and they told me that she would have to reschedule to another day. I do understand, it is a business and they cannot wait around, but then I see Callie come around the corner with a client that has her hair fully done in foils. That was not done in 5 mins. They double booked and screwed me over and then blamed me. I hate looking for new hair stylists, but I will not be returning to Options.

I used to go here years ago, but had moved out of state for a while. After moving back closer to the area and trying other salons, which was frustratingly bad experiences, I remembered this salon and quickly made an appointment. I loved my experience coming back! I booked with Karen and she did an amazing job. She is super professional, fun, asks good questions to figure out what you want, and considerate too~ I'll definitely be sticking with her from here on out!

Took my teen daughter here last week for the first time. Her stylist, Jess, did an amazing job! My daughter showed her a picture of what she wanted and walked out with exactly that! Super sweet and caring. We will be back!

Jess was phenomenal! I have only had bad hair experiences anytime I have had my hair professionally done, but she made this experience WONDERFUL:) Thank you so very much!!!! I definitely highly recommend her services:)

Bailey was the stylist who did my hair and unfortunately I don’t think she knows what she is doing. She completely failed to do what we discussed (blend my roots so you can’t see the grow out) and it was very obvious. She also told me my hair looked like I box dyed it and when I told her I’ve only had it professionally done she said “I’m not saying I don’t believe you but I’ve had a lot of people lie to me about that and I know what it looks like”. When I confronted her about not doing what I asked she only offered me a 50% refund. I was very unhappy with her service.

Baylee has been my stylist for three years now. She is by far the best hairstylist i’ve ever had the pleasure to come across, so much so that I’ve recommended her to several coworkers whom all have had pleasant experiences as well. She takes her time, holds a keen eye to all the little details, and genuinely cares for me not as just a client, but now a friend. Its harder and harder to find good people who take pride in their work these days, but she continues to go against the grain by providing the best possible service she can, every time. Sometimes she’s pretty booked up so when she can’t get me in, Karen also does an amazing job! :)

I have used Diane as my hairdresser for over 20 years. She is not only an excellent stylist, but also a good friend and confidant. If you need an experienced hairdresser that will do an excellent job with cutting, styling, coloring, and perming your hair, Diane is your girl!

As far as the service quality goes, it was pretty solid, I wasn't unhappy my first 2 visits. However, recently the scheduling has been terrible, I had to reschedule multiple times over the last 2 months only to cancel my appointment entirely. The first time I rescheduled was because after I had shown up for my appointment they said they didn't have time, I don't understand why they would let me schedule and then turn me away, the next appointment available to me at that point was 3 weeks out with no sort of priority. I then notified them a week in advance that I would be unable to make the second appointment due to a change in my work schedule, to which I was told I would have to wait another 2-3 weeks.

Had a first visit with Karen this last week! She was very personable, did a great job and I loved my cut! The salon seemed to have good Covid safety protocols. Immediately after my shampoo she cleaned the chair, and the same with me leaving the chair after my cut. Everyone was in a mask and I felt comfortable visiting. I booked a 2nd appointment!

Thank-you Options for another awesome color! I've been going to Options for about 4yrs. now and I have not been disappointed once. I would also like to add that I was a licensed hair stylist for six years before I had to give it up. So I know what to look for and this place is outstanding in customer service and style. Callie is the owner and my stylist but I have observed and recognize other very satisfied customers. So if you need a great cut or color don't hesitate to call!

I never leave bad reviews and I’ve waited a week since I hate doing it, but I did not have a good experience here. I went in for a partial highlight and a trim. I entered my choices on their website appointment maker and it gave me a reasonable price. First, it took FOUR hours for a partial highlight (one color) and a minimal trim. My two children 8 and 10 were waiting and, though they sat well behaved the whole time, I felt so bad making them wait so crazy long. By the time it was over my back was also killing me (I’m 31). Second, my stylist and several others I observed were not friendly at all. It’s not fun having a negative person do your hair for 4 hours. Third, I observed my stylist and at least one other chatting on the back room while their clients sat WAITING (not for color to set)....that makes zero sense. Fourth, when I went to pay they charged me $15 more than the price generated for me online and WHILE I was kindly explaining the woman at the desk ran my card! She didn’t even act like she cared or may do something to correct it. Lastly, what kind of salon doesn’t allow you to tip on your card? That’s the first time I’ve ever seen that. My stylist only got $10 for 4 hours of work because I rarely have cash. Honestly, she deserved $0, but I’ve never left a small tip and it made me feel yucky.

It had been AGES since I had colored my hair. I was tired of my natural color, so I finally decided to do something about it. I found this salon on Yelp (surprise, surprise), and after seeing great reviews about Katie, I booked an appointment right away. Getting my hair done by Katie was a fantastic experience. She’s super talented, and she brought life back into my hair! She was also a fun conversationalist, which is important when you’re doing balayage for like 3 hours. Another thing I liked was that she has 5pm appointments on Thursdays, so that made it easier to fit around my work schedule. Overall, I would highly recommend this place, and specifically Katie!
