I began getting facials with Bailey, and was then transferred to work with Aisha. I’ve been getting facials with Aisha for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the very beginning, they both were incredibly transparent about the treatments and what I could expect. They took the time to walk me through each step, making sure I understood the process and what the best results would look like. I really appreciated how clear they were in setting realistic expectations and addressing any questions I had along the way. I’m currently on my 5th treatment out of the recommended 6, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results so far. My skin looks and feels amazing, and I’ve seen such a noticeable improvement since starting the treatment plan with them. Both Bailey and Aisha are not only professional but genuinely care about the progress of their clients. They make sure you're comfortable throughout the session and offer personalized advice to ensure the best care for your skin. I had an amazing experience at Opulence! Crystal was absolutely fantastic. Her extensive knowledge and warm personality made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. I came in for Botox and decided to try their weight management program to help get back to my normal weight after my second baby. The results have been phenomenal! The entire staff was incredibly polite and professional, and the facility itself is spotless and welcoming. I truly felt cared for and valued as a client. I highly recommend Opulence and Crystal in particular, she is a gem! I’ll definitely be returning for future treatments.

I recently traveled over an hour to see Crystal at Opulence, and it was absolutely worth the trip! Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and welcoming front staff, which made a great first impression. Crystal exceeded my expectations in every way. I have been a patient of Opulence for over a year now. I was referred by a friend who spoke very highly of her treatments, but what I experienced blew me away! The entire staff, from the front desk to my provider, was incredibly attentive. Each time I come in, I feel like I am talking to friends. Before being a patient, I was not quite sure what I needed, I just knew I was starting to look my age. They were phenomenal about recommending ALL of the treatments I would need to achieve my desired result, but in a digestible way. My husband has even come in for Dysport and now a hair transplant! Both of us are feeling much more confident and like ourselves. Opulence hands down has the best team in the city!

Best Med Spa in Chicago, I would never go anywhere else. When people tell me, "You don't need botox!" ... Sarah is the reason. The whole team is really great about not suggesting services you don't need and giving you lots of education and information about problem areas or procedures you're interested in. Plus everyone is so welcoming (which is important if you're nervous). Can't recommend highly enough.

It's incredibly refreshing to engage with professionals who prioritize your well-being over anything else. One of the most remarkable things about my visits has been the honesty. There have been times when I’ve asked for treatments or solutions that were at odds with my long term goals. In those moments it’s meant so much that I was advised to rethink things, always with the explanation that said treatment might not be the best or right choice for me. The level of empathy and integrity to doing what's right for the client is invaluable to me. If you're looking for a place where genuine care, respect, and professionalism are at the forefront, I could not recommend Opulence more. They have truly set a gold (Olympics anyone?) standard in the industry.

There are so many med spas to choose from in the River North West Loop, Fulton market and downtown area but not like Opulence. Not only are they super friendly, but what is mostly important to me is their level of professionalism and knowledge that they have when it comes to injectables and facials. They have a Diverse staff who I trust for my skincare needs. Front staff is super friendly and helpful and accommodating to my schedule . Shout out to Sarah who does all my injectables. Botox Queen! Get your lips done!! She has a conservative eye and just Makes your lips feel plump without looking like a duck . I 100% recommend this Med Spa over anything one else in Chicago.

I can’t recommend Opulence enough!! Sarah and Baylie are fantastic. I was referred to Sarah by a friend and have done a couple of treatments with her (Botox and PRP for dark under eyes). I was nervous for PRP but Sarah put me at ease. She explained the process to me in detail, and made sure I was comfortable before, during and after treatment. Really happy with the results so far! Aside from the great care, I will continue to go and refer friends to Opulence because they don’t sell you on services or products that you don’t actually need like other places I’ve been to, and that speaks volumes about their professionalism and care! 10/10!!

The docs explained everything clearly, and the procedure was practically painless. The results are amazing—my hair looks full and natural, and I've received so many compliments. Sarah is so incredible I would follow her anywhere… Infact I did and now that she is at opulence the experience is even better. I have referred half a dozen friends to her who ALL have stuck with her after having their own positive experiences. She genuinely wants you to look and feel your best. She is so professional and never pushy. Could not recommend her enough.

I recently saw crystal at opulence and it was probably the best experience I have had with aesthetics. The space is extremely nice, clean, and feels like a spa. The entire staff and team were super welcoming. Crystal did an amazing job with my injections. She made me feel super comfortable, listened to my concerns, and made the whole process feel painless. She gave me the natural look I wanted and I love the results. I have had some bad experiences in the past with injections but would HIGHLY recommend crystal/opulence and will definitely be back!

I started coming here about a year ago based on a recommendation from a friend and couldn’t be happier. I originally went for Botox but have since had other procedures. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly, welcoming and genuine. They are not just trying to sell services. They actually listen to my concerns and needs and explain which options would best give me the results I am looking for. The spa is extremely clean yet warm and inviting. It feels like a high end med spa without any of the pretentious atmosphere. It’s clear that the staff is well educated and well trained. I highly recommend.

This is a long overdue review, as I’ve been seeing Sarah for Botox over the past 5 years and followed her to Opulence. I can’t imagine a kinder or more knowledgeable person to entrust with such a personal service. She’s honest about whether a treatment is right for you and takes a conservative approach that has always resulted in beautiful, natural results that still allow me to express my emotions!
