Saying this was a such a treat feels like an huge understatement. I was able to book a last minute, day of appointment a few hours beforehand which I am so grateful for. I’ve never done a head spa before and I completely understand the hype now. Halli took unbelievable care of me, and was so diligent in explaining the process and what each product was going to do for my hair. She asked questions about my hair and my routine, she massaged the heck out of my head, neck, upper back and shoulders (was so needed), and gave me a hair treatment I can’t stop talking about resulting in the softest and cleanest scalp and hair I’ve ever had. The atmosphere there is phenomenal, the sauna was delicious and she let me go in multiple times (granted it was just the two of us there), the products are natural and smell amazing, the blow dry at the end was gorgeous. I loved every second. I did research today of this type of service in the area. This service is the most affordable, and offered the most in their experience. It’s so worth it, and I’m so happy I decided to do it. Trust me, call them before there’s a time you can’t get in.

I treated my 2 girls and myself to the hair spa treatment. It was a fabulous experience. We were treated very well and left feeling relaxed, pampered and energized. The sauna was great and the shoulder massage was the best I've ever had. We can't wait to come again and add a facial to the experience. We all highly recommend this place.

amazing experience here at opulence!! as someone who lived in asia, i can confidently say this was an authentic, peaceful spa experience. the towel dress, the slippers, the blanket, warm robe, etc. all added to create an extremely comforting, cozy, and luxurious vibe! the products (Oway ) and services they provided were all awesome as well! i will definitely be back here!

Jordan provided an amazing spa experience. I walked out of there feeling more relaxed than I have in a year and my hair never felt or smelled better. I highly recommend Opulence if you want a 5 star experience!

I had a great experience with Ashley! It was very relaxing and my hair felt great ! The only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 is because there was no curtain separating the headspa area from where a guest can be sitting waiting for their appointment next. A curtain or a partition of some sort would’ve made it a more private feel. I would also suggest not taking phone calls when with a client and allowing those to go to voicemail and calling back at your earliest convenience. None of this would stop me from going again, but it would enhance the experience. Definitely give it a try! It’s great !

I had the best time at Opulence. Jordan did such a great job - such a good shampoo/head massage plus an incredible shoulder massage. The spa was welcoming, intimate, and not intimidating at all. I immediately felt at ease and comfortable. Highly, highly recommend- I can't wait to go back!

II highly recommend this establishment as it offers a unique and enjoyable experience. I suggest that everyone give it a try, as it may be new but certainly provides good value for the price. The amenities, from the sauna to the complimentary wine, are top-notch. Additionally, Ashley provided excellent service.

I had such a wonderful experience here. Ashley the owner did such a wonderful job and made me feel super relaxed. I enjoyed the experience as a whole for my first ever experience at a Japanese head spa. I highly recommend this place and would be going back! 😊

Great experience! We were thrilled to find Opulence after searching for a nearby headspa. I took my sister here for her birthday, so relaxing and our hair and scalp have never felt better! We will absolutely be back!

I felt very well taken care of at Opulence. I was able to relax as they washed and treated my hair and scalp. At the end they styled my hair appropriate for my curl type (loose curls). I left with such soft pretty hair, I will definitely come back with a friend. Highly recommend!

I had a glorious experience with Ashley. Not only did the head and scalp cleanse and neck and shoulders massage feel great but Ashley is so personable and welcoming. The shop is relaxing and clean.

I have never felt so amazing. It was clean and quiet and just overall so relaxing. As a college student, I was looking for a self care day with something within reasonable price and I am so happy I chose here. I am so refreshed and relaxed. I can’t recommend this place enough. The place is very clean but the talking between the owner and the employee while you are trying to relax makes that hard to do and to add to it the owner answered the phone at least twice leaving the client on the table to wait for the call to end. They are not stylest and when I left my bangs were sticking straight out so our day in Pittsburgh was over at that point.They need to at least buy a flat iron. There is no privacy between the waiting area and the spa area. Not worth the 160.00 it cost.

Service was great, environment was clean, calming and very relaxing! The beds we laid on gave messages and it was heated! My hair looks so much healthier as well as shiny! Both people working (sorry don’t know the your title!) were so kind and sweet! They told us the whole process and it was fun to listen to and learn about when they started! I’m definitely going back again! Thank you for giving my friend and I a great experience! We had a blast!! Definitely recommend to a relaxing spa day!

Ashley and her team at Opulence are just what Pittsburgh has needed! From the second you walk into the spa you know you’re going to leave changed. There is so much to be said for the ability to provide not only an excellent head spa but also nourish your soul. A head spa is an absolute must for anyone looking to maintain healthy natural hair. I had no idea how much build up I had in my hair until I had my first head spa at Opulence. My scalp feels cleaner and my hair is lighter and shinier than ever!

Had a wonderful afternoon at the spa with Jordan! I came in excited about the whole head/scalp spa experience and Opulence did not disappoint. It’s clean, well-appointed, and the staff is so welcoming! The blowout at the end was the icing on the cake and the products they used left my hair smelling and feeling amazing. I can’t ever go back to getting a shampoo/ blow out at those chains. The Opulence team is so knowledgeable and truly cared for my unruly hair in a way no one ever has. The gentleman who did my service was so fun and inviting!! He walked me through every product and really helped me understand why a head spa is so much more valuable of an experience than a typical blow out. I’m a customer for life!

My experience at Opulence Head Spa with Jordan was wonderful! From the minute I walked in it was already a good experience. Jordan greeted me at the door (so friendly) and showed me to the bathroom where my robe and slippers were laid out. The place alone was spotless and it just had the most relaxing vibes! Loved the calming music selection he picked! Honest review though… Over all everything was incredible. The whole process , the set up, I felt so refreshed at the end. Jordan walked me through every bit of what he was doing and putting in my hair. He had so much knowledge of the products, it was great. I will just say I was there a lot longer than anticipated which I scheduled this because I thought it was a good time frame. Also though I enjoyed conversing I also enjoyed just sitting quietly when we did. The massage for the neck and shoulders did not give what I expected it to be but it was all super relaxing. The whole concept of this place is brilliant. I 100% will be back. You totally get your moneys worth. My hair looks and feels fabulous. I already raved to many of my friends to come in!

What a treat! Do yourself a favor and get yourself a deep cleanse. My hair feels so light and clean
