I can’t say enough about this place. From the moment I first met the ladies of Orange Twist in Fort Worth at an event where I live.. They have all been so amazing to work with. I’ve only been to one other place and Orange Twist and the ladies are no comparison to the other place that I will not mention. Morgan has been amazing from helping me buy the right product regimen (ZO SKIN HEALTH) I’m absolutely in love with!! 😍 . I got a great deal at one of their events on a package of Botox and filler that I can’t be happier with… I just wish I would have purchased another one.while they had their Oct packages Jenn is an amazing, gentle injector. I find her to be a perfectionist. Jenn take’s great care of any concerns that I have and she works with me to get the perfect results. She’s none other than an artist.. I had my lips done one time at another place and I couldn’t see much of a difference . After Jenn did mine is when I realized the other place didn’t do well at all. If you haven’t been to this location I guarantee when you do, you’ll love it. I want to thank Morgan for all that she’s done for me in my process as well as Jenn. I love my Botox and lips results and I know I’ll love it more when I get my touch up. Thank you ladies!!! One more thing don’t leave without at least purchasing ZO SKINK HEALTH exfoliating polish it will change your life. I’m going to post a photo of a display they setup at the second event where I live, it was amazing.

I love it here! As soon as I arrived Morgan greeted me and gave me a tour of the place. This is the first time to do anything to my face other than facials and Jennifer was thoroughly knowledgeable about everything and helped me feel so at ease about the lip fillers I was interested about. She is very light handed and the pain was not near what I thought it would be. I love how nice, smooth, and plump my lips are feeling during the healing process I am currently in. I am looking forward to coming again!!

The Orange Twist staff were super kind, informative, and they made me feel comfortable when I was there. Jennifer was amazing, she really hears you out and helps you get to your goals. She made me feel more beautiful and confident about myself. My lips look amazing by the way! I recommend her 100%

The whole staff is super friendly and welcoming. Jennifer is awesome she has been doing my botox and lip filler for a while now and I always get so many compliments on how my lips look. She really does take the time to listen to what you’re wanting to achieve. I recently did a lip flip and i’m extremely satisfied with the results! i definitely recommend Orange Twist.

Could not recommend this place enough! The staff here are all about making sure you are very well taken care of, informed, and assisted in all of your needs! You can tell they really prioritize customer service and attentiveness to their clients. I have been here numerous times and always enjoy my visits! You won't find a better med spa than this one right here! Especially if you get to chat with Morganleigh or Jennifer!

If I could give OrangeTwist in Fort Worth 10 stars I would!! This is a long post, but the customer service I experienced was above and beyond. First of all their membership is the best value out there. Hands down. I joined back in September, and then unexpectedly lost my job. I called to put my membership on hold until I got my feet under me. They did it, and even offered me a free HydraFacial when I explained why I was putting it on hold. I was too upset to take them up on it, but the offer by itself was so kind!! Fast forward to being briefly back in Fort Worth 6 months later. I've taken a job in a new state, but I texted to find out if I could drop by to pay out the contract (I assumed I would have to) and either do a service or buy product. They had already taken care of the membership!! They also got me in for an appointment (with little notice) so I could use the credits I had. On top of that- somehow I had a gift card on file- I think it may have been a HydraFacial I bought, but never used. I just expected I lost it, but no! Morganleigh was so understanding and helpful!!! Karen did a phenomenal job!! I just cannot rave enough about how great this place is. It's one thing to have good customer service when you are hoping to have a repeat customer, but to be kind when you don't have to be. When someone has to cancel a membership. To be accommodating under stressful circumstances, and to even go as far as to offer a little reprieve for free for someone you know is going through a rough patch... that feels unheard of these days. I thank you guys so very much!! I will come to you every time I am in Fort Worth. I will sing your praises to everyone I know looking for a MedSpa. And if you open in Nashville- I will be the first customer through the door!!! Thank you so very much. <3

Crystal absolutely ROCKS! I had the Glo2Facial and I am seriously stunned by my results. I also had SkinVieve last week and the combination left my skin smooth and hydrated. Highly recommend this service and this place. The entire experience was incredible!!!!

The injector is wonderful but their business practice is shady. If you sign up for a membership and bank the money you were charged, the money disappears when you cancel the auto payment and you don’t see it again. Most places allow the money that’s been auto charged to remain in your account for future use. I would not recommend this place. Plus, they only have one injector and I could never get an appointment within a month of calling.

WOW! The Hydra Facial was absolutely amazing. Left my face and neck bright, colorful, and glowing after just one treatment. Lauren, at the Fort Worth TX SPA, was so charming and her clinical expertise, bubbly personality along with her amazing customer SERVICE left me wanting to try all their treatments. Ladies and gentlemen …you are missing out if you don’t TWIST with Orange Twist!! 🍊

I came in to orange twist to get a hydrafacial because I had dry skin, blemishes and pimples. Veronica not only did she treat the issue very well, she was knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. Also she told me how I can take care of my skin. I’ll definitely go back for another treatment w her!

I had my first ever facial with Veronica the day before my wedding. She made my skin look and feel AMAZING!!!! I’m so grateful she was able to fit me in same day. I had my very first Hydrafacial with Veronica and it was amazing. My skin was glowing for days and i had so many complaints on my skin. If you have a special event and you want your skin to glow, this is something i highly recommended you getting. You won’t be disappointed. Make sure you ask for Veronica.

Lauren and Heather are wonderful! Both ladies are so knowledgeable and take the time to explain each process in great detail. I highly recommend getting a Hydrafacial! There is honestly no going back to the traditional facial. Lauren takes her time with the process and even gives an amazing neck and head massage at the end. 10/10 recommend

I have been seeing Delana at Orange Twist for about 8 months and have had nothing but good experience. She is always so sweet, and pleasant to be around. She always checks on me and makes sure I am comfortable and sends me home with detailed instructions for any home care or products I get. Would highly recommend going to see her!!

I have been to OrangeTwist 3x now for IPL. Delana is fantastic and so kind! She explained everything to me and was very informative about what to expect during and after the procedure. She took her time and didn't push products or treatments, which I appreciate! Compared to other places, the price is much better without sparing quality. I get hormonal acne and also use retin-a (prescription strength) and still have been struggling with my skin. I found that the IPL helps more and also doesn't cause the dreaded dryness. The main reason I tried IPL was for hyperpigmentation. I noticed significant results probably 1-2 weeks after my first IPL and have noticed even more improvements with the following two IPL treatments.

Megan, the manager at Orange Twist is the best! I told her about my TMJ and the troubles I was having and she had the solution and got me booked right away. Crissee is the one who did my jaw injections and she was so sweet and honest with me (which is always refreshing!). I had an amazing experience and will definitely be back!!!
