Walked in a bit skeptical but the reviews were so good that I decided to take the risk. Let me tell you, Sumbul knows what she’s doing. She’s excellent with hair color and great with her customers also. I’d recommend this salon to anyone looking for color or a haircut!

I recently had a fantastic experience at this salon with Ms Sumbul and Ms Lisa. Most sweetest woman I’ve ever met. Their service was exceptional, and these ladies were incredibly knowledgeable about hair color and hair cut. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone looking for top-notch service and expertise. It's definitely worth a visit.

Sumbal the owner has been in the business for a long time, besides cutting and caring for hair, she knows whats best for your scalp and hair, i had a haircut and blow-dry she did an amazing job She is fast and really precise, she gets you in and out pretty quick. . I booked an appointment here for a haircut and it was my first time coming to this salon. The worst service I have ever gotten at a place! Owner (sumbal)is not friendly and welcoming when you first enter. She has an arrogant attitude. I showed her a pic of how I wanted my hair and she didnt say much other than “okay so layers” and went straight to cutting. My haircut took her like 10 minutes max when in other places it takes around 30-40 minutes because I have alot of hair and its long. I asked her if she could blow dry my bangs before cutting them and she just says “okay ill do that later” and proceeds to cut my hair ignoring my request. She also didnt blend my layers and said she will do that later as well. She had me sit in the hooded dryer chair for like 20-30 minutes which is very odd since I didnt get any color treatment. She began working on other clients and I began to grow impatient due to my scalp burning. People dont sit at a dryer machine for haircuts! I felt she thought she could brush me off due to my young age and put the least amount of effort she could so that she can work on other clients she deemed more important. Why book the appointment if you dont have time to be attentive to every customer? While I continued to sit at the hooded dryer chair, i stuck my head out of the hood dryer because my scalp began to burn. The owner and another worker there began making gestures to one another to figure out what they were going to do with me. I found that very rude and unprofessional. I should’ve walked out. Finally the other lady gave me a blowout which I thought was included because I did not ask for it. I was charged $60 for a bad haircut and the worst service. My hair was uneven and choppy. She never fixed my bangs or blended my layers. The cut she gave me was also not what I asked for. The owner however did end up giving me back $25 for the blowdry later that day after a call was made by my sister. She acted real sweet in front of my sister and tried to gaslight me about how I didnt communicate with her about what I wanted. She also admitted that she was a little busy (lol) and that she cut my hair different from what I wanted because it wasnt achievable due to my hair being thin even though its been achieved before by another stylist. My hair is not thin but now it looks that way because of the very short layers she cut in the front when i specifically asked for layers in the back. She then offered to fix my hair after the damage was already done which I refused. I feel some places treat certain customers differently due to their age, status, or familiarity. This is one of those places.

Please don’t get a hair cut from hair. She doesn’t know how to cut hair at all. Ruined my hair completely. She doesn’t know how to blend layers, hair is uneven. It took her like 5 mins to cut my hair, she didn’t give it any thought or time. I was in complete shock. It was my first and last time going there.

they put highlights and a blow dry and did the most amazing job EVER and lisa was very sweet about everything and hyped me up after it was done and i felt so great about my hair! i highly recommend!
