I am a traveler and saw a recommendation about this Spa online, so give it a try! I have to be honest say: It was a great experience, I have never had such a great experience in any Spa! With Mark's help, my back, neck, and shoulders have been greatly improved and relaxed! I highly recommend this massage! I have already booked a session for next week and I even plan to fly in from Madison, Wisconsin once a month in the future, desperately need Mark's treatment and help!

I tried the 1-hour Tui Na massage at Orchid Spa yesterday, and it was fantastic. The therapist Mark was experienced and thorough, focusing on all the right spots to relieve my tension. The spa itself had a peaceful atmosphere, making it easy to unwind. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone in need of a great therapeutic massage.

Did not have a good experience here. My wife and I scheduled a foot reflexology appointment and our experiences were completely different. The male therapist seemed to be falling asleep as he was giving me a massage and was not putting any pressure. He will make it seem like he is using a lot of pressure by the way he rocks back and forth but there was none at all. My wife thought I was getting more pressure than her but once I told her my experience she was shocked that it was only a rub. My wife, with a female therapist, was getting the full reflexology experience which included more pressure and a massage stick for her pressure points. Overall, my wife had a great experience but I would stay away from the male therapist there. He looked like he was falling asleep and did not put any effort into my massage.

Great spot for foot massage. I’ve visited 3x so far. It’s clean and super relaxing. I get the 1 hr foot massage for $60. Start off by soaking your feet in warm water while getting shoulder and back massage, then sit back for the feet/leg massage. I like to go the day after lots of walking at Universal. Andy does a great job!

After me and my husband had a long day of walking, we decided to head for a foot massage. Surprisingly, it was good! Service is great, very friendly and the atmosphere was awesome. Would recommend anyone to go for a enjoyment and treat yourself better ♡

Easy to make appointment. Been living with years of lower back pain and it finally became unbearable. I came in with 0 expectations, but I’m definitely glad that I’ve made this decision to go with Mark the owner. He knows what he’s doing, did a quick consultation on my symptoms, and had suggested a combination of acupuncture and some deep chiropractic massage. Acupuncture was about 25 min, and the chiropractic massage was about 10. The process was a little painful but I was definitely expecting it due to years of pain. I gotta say I left the place very satisfied because my back already feel better than before coming in. It might take me to go back a couple times to completely get rid of my pain, but it’s definitely worth every penny!

I had acute lower back strain and went for acupuncture at this place. Mark is very skillful, acupuncture itself could be painful but the treatment brought a lot of relief to back pain and stiffness. It expedited my recovery so I can return to work faster. I like the vibes of the place, very calming and soothing. I recommend this place and will be back to try foot massage.

I splurged and got a 60-min deep tissue and 60-min foot massage and it was amazing. I left feeling like royalty! I've had a significant number of massages over many years and these two rank in my top ten. The masseuse I had had great technique, was polite and efficient, and made my experience truly wonderful. I am so thankful and appreciative and can't wait to treat myself again soon.

One of the better casual massage parlors I’ve ever found, and is definitely my favorite in the area. They are extremely consistent — every massage I’ve had there has been great, and when I’ve brought friends and groups of people there everyone always leaves very relaxed and happy. The facilities are spacious and clean. It’s obviously very well staffed, even though they’re doing a huge amount of business they can usually see you more or less right away. The one hour deep tissue that’s what I love. Will 100% be back!

Made a last minute appointment & they were able to get me in within an hour. I was skeptical knowing most massage places open late, that accept walk-ins can be sketchy. But, this is a genuine establishment perfect for when you’ve had a long day of work & need an hour to decompress. I got the Tui-Na Chinese massage because I prefer deeper pressure. My shoulders, neck, and pectoral muscles are always sore due to my build + I repetitively lift toddlers and clean hunched over for a living. (I’m a daycare teacher.) The Tui-Na massage dug out a lot of my knots in those problem areas. I would go again & try other services!

I will start off by saying that this place saved me from the aches that I was having in my feet. The spa is located in a plaza and when you enter the place, it is quiet and so serene inside. I received the cupping service and foot massage with reflexology & acupressure. I felt absolutely renewed when I left the place. Mark was my host and he loosened every tension that I was having in my body. Both services was for a good amount of time and brought about real results. He touched just every point in my feet. I did not have any complaints. I can honestly say, you will not regret coming to this place. I am actually considering getting a membership there and I planned on taking my husband to experience a session. All in all, I highly recommend this and I am telling you to go book an appointment now. Thank you Orchid Foot Spa for a wonderful experience. I will be back.

I was repeatedly pressured to upgrade, even after clearly stating I wasn’t interested about 4 or 5 times. After I firmly stated that I did not want to upgrade the masseuse rolled her eyes and left for me to change. In that moment, I wanted to leave but decided to give it a chance. I immediately regretted my decision, the massage felt rushed, low effort and the energy she was giving off was terrible. I left feeling tense and uncomfortable, as the entire situation was unsettling. This was my first visit, and based on my experience with this particular masseuse, I wouldn’t recommend it. I can't speak for the entire establishment, as my experience may have been with someone more focused on making money than providing quality service. _______________________________ Reply to owner’s response: I never once mentioned having any pain points to anyone. I was fully aware of the message I requested. There’s a big difference between double-checking and obsessively pushing for an upgrade after I repeatedly clarified what I wanted. Likewise, there’s a difference between being gentle and soft versus feeling rushed and receiving a low-effort massage.
