I asked for an hour and she said no 30 minutes so I said okay the massage was very rough at one point she was literally slapping and punching my back 😂 she then proceded to follow me back out to the lobby and beg for a tip and I said okay bc she kept going and then she asked how much I said $5 she said that’s not 30% like whatttttttt anyways moral of the story don’t go here pore customer service and they only have 1 massage option

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PAY 30% TIP. The massage was okay. My masseuse had to stop a few times to deal with costumers so I definitely didn't get my full hour. 60 minutes is 60 dollars 30 minutes is 30 dollars. I definitely won't come back tbh.

Clean place, quality massage for a bargain. This is not a spa, but it definitely leaves you relaxed after. Very quick service!

Fantastic! Very professional, very clean establishment. Parking out front. Prices are great, the massage is the best, the hot towel treatment is absolute heaven. My masseuse knows what she's doing! I walked in terrible pain and walked out feeling like a new person. I highly recommend this place.

If you are looking for a tickle massage, this might not be for you. Tina was AMAZING! She knew exactly where to dig in but exactly where not to. I have had a lot of massages, this was the BEST one ever! I expected the 30%"mandatory tip folks talked about, but they did not require it ... good thing because the massage deserved (and got) a much better tip than 30%.

Quoted price over the phone is not real! They say it is a $60 price for one hour but they REQUIRE a 30% tip. That bumps it up to almost $80. Save yourself the drive and go to other places where they do not force a tip on you.

She basically scammed me for my money and was very persistent about a tip. Felt like she was hurting me a lot even though I told her not to go so rough with the massaging.

2nd time here. First time my wife and I had a 30 minute massage. This time we came in for an hour. Staff very friendly and great massage. The awkward moment was towards the end when leaving a tip which was a little over 15% for both of the masseuse. I guess not satisfied I was informed it’s was not the tip they expected. I didn’t complain because massage was good so we left over 20% tip after all. Overall a good experience but the tip situation was weird and unpleasant.

The place I go to at the mall was closed for Easter. Today is my only free day and I’ve been so stiff & in pain. I paid for 1 hr massage and asked for deep tissue. Nuno loosened all the painful parts on my back/neck and massaged my whole body down to my toes! She did an excellent job 👍🏼
