I am very very happy about my visit! I actually walked in when they were super busy, in which they gave me several options. I am grateful for that. My experience was only brought down by a client being rude to the staff. I am always treated as a priority and made to feel amazing throughout! I want to thank you for amazing service!

Wow! I’ve never been to a better nail spa. They took care from from head to toe. So luxurious but the services were super reasonably priced. All were super professional and caring. I will only go there now for ever. You won’t be disappointed for sure.

I love this nail spa!!! Skylar is wonderful in the front when checking in and making sure I'm taken care of with a drink! Theresa is wonderful at doing my nails and keeping me up to date with all the new nail trends!! I always feel pampered and great when I'm at this nail spa!!!

I set up appointments for my wife at various locations at times depending on availability and time. This time around I tried out Orchid for my wife. I called, set up an appointment and sent her on her way with the money on the date. She has her preferred place but that wasn't available within this timeframe. So I set her up with the Deluxe Mani with Gel $45+13 and the Orchid Spa Pedi With Gel $69+$13. Only one of her feet were really taken care of vs the other on her Pedi. One foot was left feeling rough and was rushed. On her Mani the tech cut her and scraped her cuticles, did a poor job on the nails. Quality is non-existent, 2 days and already falling apart. I don't recommend this place. The staff was courteous and the services seem very interesting but the bottom line is that If the service is sub par and the quality and durability are almost non-existent then they get a poor review and one less customer from me and my wife. Update Wife went back for the guarantee fix. Well. It's was worse than the original. Instantly broke hours after the fix. Please avoid this business for your nail needs. I posted the picture of the thumb nail completely destroyed the same day.

The nail techs didn't realize that my friend is fluent in Vietnamese so they talked badly about us throughout our mani/pedi appointment. She was visiting me from out of town for my birthday and we came here hoping to have a relaxing time but they ruined it with their bad attitudes.

BEWARE!! STAY AWAY because you will be given horrible service. They take absolutely no pride in their services. Tommy will rush through the work and yet claim to have given "the best that he possibly could" after leaving my hands full of polish, dry cuticles, and the top of the nails with dust and acrylic residue. It is unbelievable. The charms that were put on my nails fell off the next day. The application of the acrylic was also yet another horrible thing. Some nails are thicker than the others. Theresa as an owner failed to correct her workers mistakes and denied to service me. Horrible work. Never coming back here.

I walked in for a jelly pedicure with Jenny and a hybrid gel manicure with Teresa, and they took care of me. Both did an amazing job! Jenny’s pedicure was so relaxing, and Teresa’s manicure was flawless. Great experience, will definitely be back!

My new nail place. It's pretty! Clean and the staff is so nice. Nadine ( I hope I spelled her name right is awesome). Jenni is great see you in a month. They have such pretty colors and my pedi was so relaxing.

Not worth it, I wouldn’t recommend getting your nails done here. They are not able to replicate from other photos and it was pricey 💔

First time I came to this place the owner was there and the costumer service was great, this time they weren’t kind. but the nails were fine.

I liked the nails at the beginning but after a while some nails broke within a week. I got them removed and my nails never hurt so much afterwards. Even weeks later I felt the pain. It has never happened before and I’ve had acrylic nails a couple of times before that.

It was a painful nail removal . She put my hands in the solution without water just straight. My finger skin pealed a little . Then in the shaping in the nails she cut me twice. The whole process was very painful which for me was the first time ever being so stressed and in pain during a Manicure. The owner when I went to wash my hands removed my cell and bag from the chair I was and was seating another customer before I even got lotion or said thank you to the lady who did my nails.

This place was highly rated but I didn’t get what I asked for despite the nail tech redoing my polish. I wanted my nails to look like the picture on the left but I got the picture on the right.
