Love this place! I've only ever found 2 places i have a good experience everytime. Ann does an amazing job and very skilled with designs. Prices are very reasonable and it's a family feel. Highly recommend!

The tech who did my nails really took his time and was super patient with me. I usually only get very short/ squared tips and wanted to try a soft almond shape, but still keep them short. I felt bad making him trim more and more but he made sure to reassure me and get the result I wanted. I wish I’d gotten his name because he deserves a shout out!

I had the worst experience on Friday August 9th. The service took all of 30 minutes and there was no conversation. I did not even have time to look over color options. I walked in started to look at swatches and the nail lady came over grabbed four swatches and took me to her chair to where I had to look at swatches while she started the service. The whole appointment was rushed and not enjoyable. None of the nails are even and the nail tech took all of my length off my natural nails. Not even two days later and my nails are already chipping. Will be calling to talk to manager on Monday.

Patricia is the best nail tech I have ever had. I’ve been seeing her for years. She’s easy to talk to and listens well to my needs. She does a beautiful job and my nails are always amazing. I love how much she makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. Would and have referred her to so many people. Definitely see her if you go here. DD is amazing!!! She takes her time and is meticulous and absolutely gives THE BEST massages. She is a pleasure to chat with, but also completely understands if you don't want to chat and just sit and relax in the massage chair. I will be going to her forever!

I have been to lots of salons over the years for nails and pedicures and finally found Orchid. I have been coming here loyally for almost 3 years. They are very welcoming, friendly, clean and knowledgeable. I always feel right at home. I have recommended friends and family come here for services and will continue to do so!

I see Annie at Orchid Nails for both my nails and pedicures and absolutely love how my nails come out. She is super friendly, thorough and has great recommendations when I am undecided on color and/or designs. Her station is always clean and well kept and she does an awesome job. When I call to schedule appt's, they are always helpful and work to accommodate my schedule.

Went here last week and the man who did my fill spent 2 hours on them, even though I most say he was very patient and nice but my nails came out horrible. All nails are different shapes and sizes and I had to leave for vacation the next day so I wasn’t happy at all. Will not go back or waste my money again

Went there after I was in a airboating accident and my feet were all scratched up so I couldn’t get a pedi for a month. Went to get a pedi and they skinned my toes with the dremel. Scabs all over my feet. Two toes look like this 😭 hurts to even get in the water on vacation this weekend.

I've been going to Orchid Nails for about 5 years now & have ALWAYS had the best mani & pedi's here. Lin, Lee, Spicy, Howie, DeeDee, Annie & others are all great. I drive the extra 30min from Citrus County because they're the best around. Their attention to detail is awesome! The salon is always spotless & relaxing. Everyone is so warm & inviting. It feels like home when I walk in the door. 5☆

Patricia was extremely rough and rushed through the entire pedicure. You should not list the amount of time certain pedicures will be given if you’re not going to follow them. Mine was supposed to be 50 minutes and I barely got 40 minutes. Not worth the money at all.

I have been getting my nails done by Patricia for almost 3 years. She is a reason I keep coming back and have never had a bad set done whether it be a fill or a new set or even a pedicure she is an asset to this company.

Not impressed. $165 for 2 pedicures and a nail set, not including tip. They also only massage you for maybe 5-8 minutes and when they put the hot towels on your legs, they remove them not even 2 minutes later. Super weird. I also had to ask for them to Scrub my feet to get the dry skin off, the lady conoletly skipped that step bc she was in a rush to get her child from the bus. The lady also tried putting my flip flops back on with wet nails and scraped both pinky toes. Had to have them redone. We will not be back here unfortunately..
