I have been to this salon many times over the years and have always had a good experience, especially with getting my nails done. However, the past few times it has not been a positive experience. This past Saturday, I had gotten a full set done and it was very much below my expectations. The woman doing my nails was rude and did not shape them how I wanted to and they were also put on crooked. After two days, my nails had already started to fall off and now its been not even a week and I only have five nails left. Absolutely unacceptable and I will not be returning to the salon.

The two barbers Leo and Simon do a great job. Very affordable, fast and efficient. The shop also gives you free shampoo and conditioner, just tip the nice lady who does it.

Leo the hairstyle he cut my daughter hair too short and he cut too many layers so my daughter's looked so thin even though my daughter has shown to him the picture of hair style she wants to cut . My daughter cried because her hair too short and thin ...He doesn't know how to cut woman hair , I never want to come back to this place again because Leo is suck !!

This place use to do a really good job now they just seem they’re in a rush to get you out of here and don’t really know what they’re doing! Went today for an eyebrow waxing and a haircut for my son and my sons haircut wasn’t done how i kept asking for them to do it and the woman doing my eyebrows took off half the side of my eyebrow and then when I said something she had nothing to say like it’s crazy smh don’t go here!

Overall, I am very pleased with the service that I have received in the past. I must admit that their style of taking reservations leaves a bit to be desired. I call to schedule an appointment, they do not ask for name or number. What bothers me about this is that if they have to cancel for any reason, there is no way to contact me. Case in point, last Sunday with the pending snow storm. Where I live there really was no snow so I schlepped myself over to the salon only to find out it was closed. No note on the door, no message on their business phone. There were others that were standing outside as well, considering that we were all from that area, it was not a super big deal BUT!

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AT LEAST THE NAILERY PART...MY MOTHER AND 5 YEAR OLD SISTER WENT TO HAVE A POLISH ON HER NAILS MY MOTHER HAD GOTTEN A GEL MANICURE AND PEDICURE THE LADIES WERE EXTREMELY RUDE SHE WAS EXTREMELY HORRIBLE WITH MY MOTHER'S NAILS MY MOTHER'S SKIN WAS RED....THESE PEOPLE ARE A VERY DISRESPECTFUL THEY "FORCE" YOU TO GIVE A TIP "FORCE" LIKE GANG UP ON YOU ALL UP IN YOUR FACE...AND THEY ARE SOOOOOO SLOWWWWWWWW....I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER COME BACK HERE IN LIFE!!!!!

This Sunday I went and got a refill I usually go to Philly nails but figured it was right around the corner ... my nails have no shape they are so lumpy and bulky I will never go back !

This isn't your upscale salon but they really are so kind and do a great job. I go for a blow out everyweek and feel like a new woman. The lady who washes my hair gives me the best wash I've ever had In life and also very affordable

Been going to this Salon since it opened, about 10 years ago, very clean and nice atmosphere the hair stylists are very good. All the technicians are very nice. I like going to the owner for my hair cuts, but went to a few and are all really good!!!

I hate leaving a review like this but the more I think about it, the more I feel like I should. I have been a loyal customer for years. My wedding party had their mani pedis here. But the last few times I have gone in to get my nails done and get them painted black (which I done for years) the girl just flat out said no. I thought this was a one time occurrence and I paid, tipped, and left. The next time I went the same girl said to me no we don’t paint men nails. So I got a a regular manicure, paid, and tipped. I really was kind of embarrassed how I was treated and sadly will never go again. Your paying for a service and should not be treated like this. Specially with the years I been going here.
