Got my nails & toes done, toes are alright but this set is not good —I have a lot of bumps & holes in the nails, she didn’t actually paint them (just did a clear topcoat on pure acrylic) and they’re a dramatically different shade than my (pure white) toes. I tried to voice my unhappiness to the girl & she just didn’t want to hear it, told me no, because she had another client waiting so I paid and left. It’s disappointing that one girls service made my experience bad, because I liked my pedicure & the ladies were all mostly very nice. I also had a job interview that I got these done for. But I unfortunately I will still be on the hunt for a new nail tech!

I live out of state and wanted to buy a gift card for a friend who lives in the area! The owner was very helpful and even offered to hand deliver or mail the gift certificate out so that it would arrive before Christmas. I love supporting local and small businesses. I'm just a dude who likes a pedicure every once in awhile and I've been going here for 6 years because it's 2 minutes from my front door, but I just wouldn't be able to recommend it to anybody. 1.) Communicating with this business is kind of a nightmare. They need to forward their calls to an English speaking daughter/son, or something. It shouldn't be so frustrating to communicate the basics. (Are you busy, can I schedule a pedicure, what time... They are consistently incapable of understanding these basic questions) 2.) The 'decor' is atrocious. They need to hire an interior designer and make this place over. C'mon guys, invest in your business. There's plenty of money here to support your business, but the bathroom is gross, there's boxes visible everywhere, the chairs look like they are 15 years old, there are cheesy stickers on the windows and stuff on the wall from Michael's that just looks bad. Ugh. 3.) They've made my feet bleed the last two times I've been there. I feel like rule number one is not to injure your customer? Seriously makes me want to open a salon. Seems so easy to do it the right way. The fact that we were the only two people in there on a Saturday afternoon should tell you that your business is struggling. Get a scheduler who can communicate, redo the entire place, turn off the blaring TV, play some relaxing spa music, don't injure your customers and bruise them up with terrible hot stone leg massages, and maybe you'll be busier on the weekends.

Nene at Organic Day Spa is the owner and is a talented artist. Nene can create a new set of nails in 45 minutes and they easily last over a month. The pedicures and waxing are incredible and precise. I have been a customer for over nine years and am always amazed at the results.

Worst experience , and the owner the greediest person. If you are going to train someone don’t use them on a new client. Horrible!

Couldn’t be more disappointed. Got a SNS manicure and gel pedicure on Sunday and by Tuesday 2 of my manicure nails are completely broken/chipped. The service was nice but i cannot see myself returning after this. SNS should last at least 2 weeks and now I’m on a trip out of the country with 2 broken nails.

PRAISE THE LORD!!! I finally, after two years of trial and error since moving to Lakeway, found my hidden gem! Where do I begin! First and foremost the staff is so warm and friendly, I can't say that about any of the other nail salons I have been to in this area. I called to set a second appointment and they answered the phone, greeting me by my first name. Even better, their prices seem to be a fraction of the cost of the other salons. Ask for Holly or Hannah! AMAZING SERVICE! 5 star WELL DESERVED!

This salon accepted my friend and I as walk ins. We both had pedicures. My nail tech was nice but didn’t do all of the steps of a traditional pedicure. It felt like she was in a hurry. My friend’s nail tech was much more thorough. I had to ask for my nails to be cut (which is fine) but the tech tried to paint them without filing them. They had obvious sharp edges from being trimmed. I asked her to file them and it seemed like it upset her so I kept quiet the rest of the time. She didn’t use a callus remover or pumice stone on my heels and didn’t use a buffing block on my nails either. I had gotten a higher pedicure package (not the base) so I expected more attention to detail. In my experience I shouldn’t have to ask for each step to be completed. The pedicure looked fine at the end of the day but I did not feel like I got my money’s worth when my friend had a great pedicure. I think if I had a different tech I would have been much happier with my service.

We had an absolutely terrible experience here. I made a reservation a week prior to Christmas to treat my daughters to facials and manicures. We showed up at the agreed time and found the owner decided to take the day off. There was only one employee working and she did not do facials. I spoke to the owner on the phone. She said she called the day prior and left a message. This is not true. There was no message. She didn't even apologize. Our "spa" day was ruined. Unfortunately, I can't recommend Organic Day Spa to anyone.

*****GO HERE!!!**** Picky picky me who has only gone to one salon for 5 years in south Austin, but moved west and out of desperation stumbled upon this jewel 💎 The ladies are amazing and Leo too! You can tell their customer’s love them when you walk in because they always have flowers from grateful patrons or people are stopping by with gifts and hellos to show community appreciation. They support the local schools by sponsoring LT groups. I always see high schoolers, which is a good indication of price, popularity, and patience. They do an amazing job and always supersede my expectations. I really enjoy coming here because there’s never a wait and everyone is always happy to see you! They take their time when you want to relax but can also accommodate when you are in a hurry. I am picky. I’m that annoying picky that will leave with the nails I want if I have to have them re done... I know... but I’m the one paying and it’s on my hand for two weeks so I want them to be gorgeous, not tolerable. I have NEVER had so much as an eye roll when I ask for a fix or color change and I have done both. They happily adjust and that makes me feel comfortable coming back. All clean tools, clean bottle tips, they wear gloves, good wine, and Leo has hands for your calves and feet!

I love love love the way NiNi did my nails. I was hesitant to try the SnS because of the drilling. She talked me into trying them and was so gentle I didn’t feel a thing. They look lovely and I will be returning!

This was the first time getting my nails done with any other service besides polish. At first, I came in for gel nails with tips, but Ni Ni suggested dip nails instead. You see, my nails are short and grow about 1 centimeter per year. I've worked very hard to get the to be thicker and Ni Ni said that the gels would hurt my nails more and not stay on as long as dip. I went with dip and got my nails done sparkly blue. It's been 4 days since I got them(P.S I'm always doing something active and hard on nails) and only 1 fell off(P.S I'd been picking a it)! I will most definitely come back to get them filled. I highly recommend Ni Ni to anyone for any service.
